I went to the store to buy some beauty supplies I totally suggest that African-American people do not purchase at the store! They are not friendly, the cashier was staring at another woman the entire time as if she was going to steal! I felt very uncomfortable they are not very customer service oriented very abrupt rude! Typical stereotype of Asian people that do not like African-Americans! Do not waste your money here you can buy half the stuff on AmazonOr go elsewhere

I went into the store and was told I could not try on a hat that I wanted to buy. Mind you they allow you to put on a stocking cap and try on every wig in the store but I couldnt try on a hat that seemed tight fitting before purchasing after offering to buy a stocking so I can try it on. Bad enough they followed me around like I was broke when I probably make more money then them but to deny me the opportunity to ensure I wasnt wasting my money is crazy when they said no refund if I buy it and something no other oriental hair store would have done. Perhaps if the man worked this day he would of not acted like that but he was not there. To me it seemed personal and unnecessary unprofessionalism.

I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here and they have definitely lost a loyal customer. I called the store prior to going requesting a frontal and i was told over the phone they had what i needed. Once i get to the store i paid for my item and went home. Once i opened the pack its not what i asked for and they will not exchange. Please spend you money at the local black owned store that actually appreciates its customers. Lesson learned! Mr Lee should not run a business like this. Terrible terrible terrible. The virgin hair I purchased isn’t even virgin hair and the braiding hair I purchased smelled like a sewer. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

They have a nice little variety of hair and product. I gave it a 4 star because when it comes down to products, the prices are well over what other retails want for them.

Love this place! I just happened to walk in there and found they have everything for hair. Their wigs are SUPER cheap and I bought three. The wig shop caters to Afro American hair but I found a great selection of hair styles for myself. Plus they have beanies, hair accessories galore. So many things to check out.

Im upset that I dont even know the young lady that helped me... but today was my very first time going in and she was so nice even offered hand sanitizer for everyone who came in!! Just wanted to show my appreciation and ty maam for being so kind!!! Will definitely come to Hair Connection for now on

They have a lot of fake goods. Items looks real with a little bit of investigation . I found out its counterfeit about 98% of items

Not open at the time they were supposed to be, called multiple times no answer. Very unprofessional. Had to go to another hair store that was opened at the start of their posted business hours.

Went in looking for a wig to wear in an upcoming play. Was treated as though I was a regular valued customer. I got one right off. The second one was more difficult due to it needing to be dated 1980s. Looked p color after color and I walked away with both wigs under $80. thank you so much for your patience and willingness to go the extra mile.

I purchased raw Shea butter that has a foul smell. On the receipt, it states you can exchange as long as you Jade the receipt. I called beforehand so I could speak with someone and the lady who answered was very rude. Don’t spend your money here!

They have the Dr Miracle Hot Gro & other Dr Miracle products for my itchy scalp (plaque psoriasis). Store seems very well stocked!

I think the lady that was showing us wigs was very rude my friend first time having to get a wig because she has cancer and the whole experience with that lady was absolutely awful.Rude and no compassion for anyone will not ever step foot in there again. No stars they sucked.

As a little bit of everything you need always in and out gave only four stars because they kind of on the higher end of the price range

Poor customer service when viewing wigs. I was looking at a wig to purchase and the lady behind the counter decided for herself that I was done looking at it and put it back on the shelf. I was in the store no more than 8 minutes total. And my hairdresser even noticed that the wig was being put back on the shelf as I was viewing it because I was in the process of discussing the purchase with her via FaceTime.

I bought a wig from here and didnt get the correct amount of change back even though my receipt showed what i paid and what my change was suppose to be then i was lied to and told she put the wrong amount of money i gave her on the cash register and i knew what i gave her because i walked in their with the amount i wanted to spend i asked for them to show me on camera what i paid amd they wouldnt show me i have been going here since i was a child and i will never go back again they are untruthful
