I brought a oil for my hair, I spoke to the girl inside that do braiding, I told her that I was looking for an oil that is Absorbs in the scalp naturally, she recommend a product did none of the above, she sold me anything. When I went back to get my money back after only using one application, I told her this oil has absorbed in my pillows and scarf. My hair was very dry, I want my money back and she would not give me a refund…Very cheap products and the people inside don’t know anything about quality product they just want to sell you something. BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

I saw a lady with her hair braided and I inquired who did her hair. She gave me the name and I immediately went and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I’ve never been so amazed and pleased with my braids. Eunice and the ladies that work with her were so friendly and kind. Together all 4 ladies did a phenomenal job!! My first time but WILL NOT be my last.

Today 102220 3pm I was charged 150 for a sewing needle. This is too much. I have never been charged this before in this store. When asked to speak to the manager she wouldn’t let me. She also told me she had no google site to leave a review.I am disappointed in this place of business. They have lost my business fir being greedy and lying.

I have found my new favorite hair spot! Eunice (I hope I spelt her name right) promptly opens her store at 0900 with her hair team and they get straight to work. They respect your time and dedicate theirs strictly to taking care of you. They work fast and diligently, doing a wonderful job! The hair salon is located in the back of the store with a tv and low music. I had a crochet done and it took 2 1/2 hours to complete! Im so excited to bring my whole family here. Thanks ladies!

I dont ever write reviews but this experience didnt sit right with me. I needed a bonnet but wasnt able to go out to get one at the moment. My boyfriend was already out so he offered to get one for me. When he went into the store he said that everyone stared at him like he wasnt supposed to be there. He asked an employee where the silk bonnets were and in response the employees and customers laughed at him and then proceeded to give him a durag and not the bonnet that he asked about. He did end up finding it and bought it but I dont think this store deserved that purchase if they were going to act like that. I hate to bring it up but my boyfriend is white so that explains why everyone acted the way that they did. It was unprofessional, rude and explains more about how they are as people if youre gonna act like you saw a deer in headlights the minute someone who is different than you walks in the door.

Best experience here! The ladies were super nice and super quick!! Only took them 2 hours to do box braids on my hair which was so accommodating seeing as though I am due to have my baby any day now!! I will definitely recommend to others and will be coming back! After having a horrible experience with another braiding shop in the Fredericksburg area I came across Peace and Love braiding and decided to take a chance. Well, from the moment I spoke to Eunice(owner)I knew I made the right choice! She was very pleasant and respectful. Great customer service, great atmosphere and makes you feel like family. My braids are absolutely gorgeous and neatly done. She takes pride in her work and makes sure your satisfied. I highly recommend this shop to any and everyone!

I move to Fredericksburg and needed my hair braided and my sister recommended. I love Peace and Love Braiding Salon. This is my second time coming. I came back because I was satisfied with the first time. Great customer service because Eunice always checks to ensure that I am satisfied. She takes good care of my hair and edges. Her braiding is just right and not to tight. Everyone is courteous and friendly. I intend to be a regular customer. I highly recommend this braiding salon.

Good product but no returns

Eunice is a sweetheart and she carries a lot of Crochet Braid hair that is hard to find in this area.

Have been going here for my last 3 sets of braids. I initially went in to have my long natural hair braided. Eunice suggested that I add some hair; this was my first time with extensions (I been braiding my natural hair for about 3 years with no issues).Unfortunately, I am now left with about HALF of the bulk of the hair I had 4 months ago 😕😡.I had no idea the damage it was causing, and was never informed that this would/may happen...If you don’t care about your natural health, their braids are ok, depending on who does them. I have had to return to fix issues several times.I should have ran for the door when she dug in a bag to use some left over hair....Also; the prices went up EVERY time I walked through the door.I’m just extremely disappointed. I trusted Eunice, and all I have to show for it are empty pockets and thin hair..

I absolutely love my hair. The braiders are so nice and friendly and its nice and clean in there and my braids are perfect I love my hair I will be a repeat client.. they make u feel nice and comfy. it was a overall great experience

This is a fairly new shop to the area ( 1 month) and is now my go to spot for braids! Mrs. Eunice and her assistant braider who I will just call P ( cause I can’t spell her name) will hook you up. GRANTED I AM NOT TENDER HEADED, but if you are I suggest taking medication beforehand (as she does not braid too tight, but she grips everything so it becomes painful once your entire head is complete, if that makes since) . I searched for hours online trying to find a braiding spot to suit all of my needs. I am tremendously picky about African Braiding Salons because they tend to give you the run around about pricing (eg: African braiding salon next to Wawa run by Emma), never stick to scheduled appointments, and are just PLAIN RUDE. They did an amazing job because they were FAST, EFFICIENT, and GENUALLY COURTEOUS ALL TIMES! I will definitely be a regular returning client!!!!
