I absolutely love the Sephora store located outside the mall. Molly gave me great products for my eyebrows and gave me the perfect color for Bare Minerals. Mallory introduced me to the Pattern Leave In Conditioner and Pattern Microfiber Towels. She also gave me a hint as to how to use the Olapex No.6 product. Daila was really friendly and gave me good tips on how to use the Pattern Leave In Conditioner. Everyone that works here is very friendly and has knowledge of all the products. I would give this a 10, not a 5. LOVE THIS PLACE.

Really good customer services and not to packed in there

Although most of the ladies that work at this location were super nice and helpful, the cashier Julie (I believe is her name, she has a long blonde ponytail and a slight accent) was very rude.I ordered some items online before the stores closed for the pandemic. Ive been home with my grandmother as she had heart surgery in May and has since had several strokes. Taking care of my grandmother is my priority.Last night my grandmother suffered another stroke that caused her to be hospitalized. I took the opportunity today (9/8) to make several returns that I had. Julie called the manager over to process my refund and continued to make snide comments after the manager had already taken over the situation.You never know what someone is going through, especially in these hard times. Dealing with stress and trauma is one thing, but I definitely didnt anticipate having to be judged for making a return. Ive been an employee for Sephora for over 4 years, and I would have never think I would have to experience anything like this.I hope Julie and her team reads this and makes a real effort to treat their customers better.

My daughter and I came to this sephora to shop for her 18th birthday. She got a makeover and makeup as her gift. Im not sure why this location received bad reviews. We had a good experience. My daughter got the attention she deserved from the makeup artist. Granted we were there on a week night. I imagine this level of service would not be possible on a busy Saturday. Overall we were happy with the makeup and the attendant who did a good job of teaching my daughter how to apply the makeup correctly.

I want there to find some concealer and I was too shy to ask for help to find my perfect match and this lady named sky helped me and she was super nice about it she clean the tubes she was very patient with me and helped me I am find a perfect match and then my mom needed help finding a lipstick for then she helped her and she was super nice about it and then I am I went to check out in the super nice man helped me very patient and I was getting my money out and we were all super nice in a totally recommend go in there !!!!!!

I have never been to a sephora before. I dont even wear makeup. I spoke with Joy about updating my skincare routine. She was sweet, knowledgeable, and above all very understanding and helpful. She showed me just enough (different) products to make an informed decision about what I want for my skin, but not too many to overwhelm me. She catered to my desire for clean and vegan products, and my husbands desire to not spend way too much money.Thank you Joy!

I LOVE this store! Everyone is so helpful, friendly and always so willing to help. Also, their Instagram page looks fabulous! Such a great way to market and keep their shopper’s attention.

Service is awkward and the lights seem so dim/fluorescent. I got a Tarte waterproof mascara here which I had to return bc it was so dry/crusty and made my eyes water like crazy. I’ve been using the same product for several years and this time just seemed like it had to be pulled off the shelf, not sold to anybody. $25 is a lot, man.

No longer will carry IT products. Very sad.

I love Sephora, but this location is always so nice to visit. Its clean and never too crowded. The employees are always helpful, but not overbearing like at other locations. This store is located outside of the mall, which I think helps keep the crowds from becoming overwhelming.

Was there this morning looking for a foundation match and blush. The lady that helped me out had a strong cigarette smell on her hands. I felt sooo uncomfortable while she was applying make up on my face. Just a little suggestion here.. I don’t think you should be smoking while at work if you work in a beauty/ cosmetics store. Also this is the only store I always have to call the ladies for help because they are always on a corner chatting.

Have always had a positive experience with Sephora until this location. Booked a free makeover from a tier gift reward and was turned away because I didn’t have a “barcode” due to redeeming in 2020 instead of 2019. To start off, I was not greeted as I came in the door. I was told to arrive 10 minutes early, and the woman I was booked with didn’t even walk through the doors until after my schedule appointment and introduced herself minutes after. I called customer service to ask about this and was told it was up to the STORES DISCRETION to give me the makeover or not. The store was not busy and I clearly had an email with my reservation booked.

Very helpful and friendly staff all of them were very approachable even for someone with social anxiety. The organizational system is a little confusing and they only do samples for liquids which kinda sucks but overall nice atmosphere and decent selection.

Connie did my make up for a wedding I absolutely loved it. She walked me through the whole process of what she was doing and the products she was using. Shes AMAZING !!

Not surprised to come here and find other reviews of crappy service. Ive been to multiple Sephora stores where you can expect the staff to be helpful, professional, and generally congenial--excited to talk about products and help you try/test/find something that works. Ive always appreciated this about Sephora.Not at this store. Disaffected, seem poorly educated on products and Sephora programs in general--just really bottom-barrel associates with clearly poor training. Never going back to this location because I shouldnt have to work hard to get good service. Or service period.And their attitudes suck--I dont know if theyre even aware of it, but all the associates I encountered talked like rude, snotty teenagers (a stereotype, but apt). Dont talk to me like Im such a bore and an inconvenience and you cant wait for me to leave. Ive worked retail, too, and I know it gets busy--but when a customer is like, Im here and I would like your help looking for things to buy pretty directly, you usually at least feign enthusiasm about that kind of thing.In short= my enthusiasm + their complete apathy = dissapointment and NOPE

I found myself needing a lot of makeup items 2 months ago and was worried about buying brands I had never tried before. This issue was completely resolved by the makeup bar. I had no idea that you could have your makeup done by an artist who would use all of the products you wanted to try first. I showed up only 30 minutes before closing...I know, shame on me but the lady that helped me was so patient and sweet. I ended up leaving with a bunch of stuff, but I was confident that I had items that I would like and knew how to use. They also let me leave with 3 different types of samples that I could try at home and come back for.

The staff is always very helpful, and the product selection is huge. Every time I go into Sephora I find something new to buy! Absolutely my favorite store to shop at.

Love Sephora as a whole...only place that seems to have brands that dont irritate my skin or make my face swell. I was happy to find something that I enjoyed so much from home but this store and its employees are just plain disrespectful and rude. I went there twice just to make sure it wasnt an off day and I was wrong. No one helped me and I could plainly hear them talk about and ridicule not only me but other customers. Id personally rather order online instead of going there.

Ive been in this store about 5 times in the last month trying to get help with a few products! I waited and waited and every time, even after someone said they were coming nobody would help! We arent taking waiting 5 min, we are taking waiting 30+ min!!!This store has quite possibly the WORST. Customer service ever! Nothing like the sephoria I usually go to when Im back home in Wisconsin, that one is wonderful!

The store refused to credit a return back to my credit card for an item purchased 12/11/19 because it wasn’t bought at their store. They offered me store credit, but I can’t use that credit online. This was after waiting in line 20 mins.Poor customer service, ridiculous discretionary decisions. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Service was lacking at best. One associate was all over the store trying to help while others did their best to avoid eye contact.The check out line took a while.

Employees should spend less time being paranoid about theft and more time actually interacting positively. I went into that store and the girl that helped me sold me some bogas blending brush because she thought I was stealing. I was just trying to get the correct stuff and go. I usually spend 150+ when I go there and most times I know what I want. (Unless trying something new or buying a gift) I have a good job. Dont judge a book by its cover. Just because I look young, dont mean Im broke or a thief. Get it together management. This is all on you.

Not satisfied. The service was questionable. The saleswoman acted as if what I was looking for didnt exist. And it did. They did little to offer with help trying to get what I did need. Thats what I get for going out of my way to stop there.

Ive been looking for a new foundation, and heard Sephora was a great place to get color matched. As much as I love Ulta, they cant ever match me to the right shade. Anyway, I went into this Sephora yesterday to get matched and get a few samples to try before I decided on a foundation. It took forever to even find someone to help, and the store is pretty small. The person I asked to match me wouldnt even look at me, and asked someone else over the walkie talkie if she would do it. They were close enough together that I could hear them arguing over who had to help me. I almost left right then and there, and honestly I should have. But I figured if they were going to be that rude, I could at least get a free sample before I left. I wanted a few different samples, but settled for one so I could get out of there. If I decide I like this foundation, Ill be buying it at Ulta. If you dont like helping customers, dont work in customer service.

I LOVE MY SEPHORA!! This may be long but I feel the need to say it. Most of the employees know me because Im there often with my 2 boys (alone if I catch a lucky break lol). Most of the employees are excellent.. but honestly there are a few who are rude and lack what it takes to work hands on with people. There are also 2 ladies who have been really nice some days and then on other visits the same ladies are so rude and act like Im an inconvenience and they dont want to be bothered and it actually hurt my feelings at the time. But other than that there are many lovely employees.⭐⭐⭐ Connie is one who I see basically everytime im there and I love her. She is so helpful and nice and she has sold me on quite a few products. She also has gone above and beyond with her customer service.. She has a great personality and I appreciate her. I love walking in to see her. Also, Pam is so so sweet and helpful!! Shes always been very helpful to me and has also went the extra mile many times! Last week I mentioned how I wanted the new Huda palette and I wanted to be sure they would have it and Id be able to get my hands on it in fear of it being out of stock. Im sure a couple of the employees know I wanted that palette so badly haha. But Pam took my name and number but I figured I wouldnt get a call but she actually did give me a call letting me know all the details! I was so happy about that it was such a sweet thing to do for a customer and she didnt forget. Now that is going the extra mile! So those two are excellent and make you feel like youre a friend and not just a customer. Absolutely love them!. Also I want to give an honorable mention Nel and Molly. They are very nice and helpful and has always helped me and been so friendly to me.. also I forget her name but shes a blonde haired lady has a beautiful accent and she is usually over in skincare and im embarrassed and feel a little upset I havnt gotten her name yet also! But shes very helpful and has helped me so much in the makeup department and skincare. Very knowledgeable and helpful. In the long run I appreciate those who dont act annoyed and like the customer is an inconvenience just because they want to try samples first before spending a bunch of money or have a million questions like I usually do 😂. I admit I can be a bit of a pain when it comes to shopping. Very indecisive and picky. Also I have 2 young kids and money doesnt grow on trees for me so when I buy makeup and stuff I treasure it so sometimes if I need help thats the reason. So I appreciate the help I usually receive there. I still havnt found my perfect foundation yet but all the ladies above have helped me atleast get samples to try to help me out. Im just beginning to think my skin isnt meant for foundation haha. Rambling over😋. Overall a great store.. always stocked and most of the employees are excellent and make my day when I go there. Oh and Also they are nice to my kids too which is also important to me. Sometimes my oldest who has ADHD can be a PAIN to take shopping and I feel so bad when I go there and hes not listening and hiding or running around but theyve never been rude about it. Only one time one of the ladies rolled her eyes but I shrugged it off. Thank you to all of you who are so nice and helpful! I love you guys!! I dont usually like to go into Sephora or stores like that because I dont really do makeup nor my hair, from being short. Dispite how uncomfortable and nervous I get when I go in, I went for a specific product at which Sephora being one of the only stores that carries the brand. It took a few seconds to catch an employee but soon as I did she was so helpful! I was looking for a smaller size of a bottle; I only saw the big one. She checked in 3 different location to look for the smaller size and when she couldnt find it, she even asked another employee to triple check! After the second lady confirmed that they didnt carry the smaller size, she even offered to order it for me. She even took the time to understand that it was my first time using the product and that I wanted the smaller one just to try it out before completely committing! She also let me know that if the product doesnt work out after trying it a couple of times, that I can return the item! One of the best customer service Ive received! Definitely going back to this one!

Every time I come to this Sephora I am racially profiled by an employee named Celina (I may have spelled that wrong). I’m follwed through the store constantly being watched. They treat me as if I’m a child telling me not to touch certain things and being told to ask for help when I need it. I’m a grown woman, I have never stole anything a day in my life and don’t plan to. I know more about makeup then I’m sure most of them do. I will NEVER be coming back to this store.

The reviews for this store are very accurate. I love the Sephora in my hometown. The employees are are so eager to help and nice there.At this store? Forget it. Customer service is nonexistent. They will profile you and follow you relentlessly, especially black females. Theres nothing wrong with practicing loss prevention. But its pretty weird and creepy to to keep seeing the same employee appear in the mirrors behind you as you test an item out. At one point, one of the employees Pam even appeared in my selfie as I tested the photo exposure of a foundation, geesh!I think is a great company, with a great selection of cosmetics, skincare, and perfumes. They have the widest selection of products available from more affordable brands to higher end prestigious brands. My advice is to skip the poor customer service and anti-theft stalking at this location. Just buy your products online and get the free samples! :) Or visit another Sephora store, or Macys or Nordstrom!

By far the worst customer service. Ive been a customer for years and today was my first bad experience. Maybe the location or employee lack of training. Definitely will not visit this location, Im better of at Ulta.

One stop shopping for makeup. I go to Sephora because I can sample the products before buying them. The sales people are friendly, very helpful and accessible.
