Dont go to this Walgreens. The pharmacy is ALWAYS understaffed - not just after Covid. They also dont answer their phone - Ive called 4 times today and each time I go on hold and then several minutes later it sounds like someone answers the phone - but nobody ever comes to the phone. Then it eventually disconnects. NOT HELPFUL when theyve left a message saying that they need to correct something with your insurance - but you cant reach them to correct/verify it !!! I repeat - do not go to this Walgreens !
Don’t……. just don’t. Save yourself the frustration!! They wouldn’t honor an immunization appointment at the appointment time EVEN AFTER we showed them proof of the date and time with a confirmation code. They said “we don’t know why it allowed you to book that appointment time. We don’t provide appointments during that time.” I requested that they honor the appointment time that was given to us via the Walgreens website and they said that BOTH their pharmacists were leaving for lunch and we would have to wait until they got back. This begged the question - why have two pharmacists if they are both going to be gone at the same time?? Why couldn’t one stay and give the shot that took all of 2 minutes to administer? And why have a system that randomly books appointments that Walgreens refuses to honor? Apparently they feel it is okay to make people wait an hour and 15 minutes past their appointment time to get a shot). If you value your time, go elsewhere. Really, REALLY BAD form Walgreens!
Thank god I’m military and don’t often deal with this pharmacy… appt was at 1215 got there at 1145ish, and waited in line until 1220. Understaffed possibly due to COVID, there isn’t enough people to facilitate pharmacy operations.
Expect to wait 30-60 minuets if there are more than 3-4 cars in the drive through. Don’t brother going in, there will be a line. I’m switching back to CVS. Never enough employees to help the amount of customers
Customer service is amazing!!! Ellie or Nellie is always helpful with specials... Shes been there a long time and knows all the customers. Theres also a sweet new girl I call Bee that is always smiling... Sweet and cute as can be... Theyre all great!!!! A true example of customer service... Another plus... If there are more than 2 to 3 people in line... They immediately open another register... They dont price gouge and have a little bit of everything... I go there to avoid the long lines and crowds at the grocery stores.
The pharmacy was Amazing. They were Patient with me with all the times that called. There are the only ones that could order it and get it in 3 days. They are my Heroes!!!!Thank you all so much.❤💓💖💛💗💕
Today I was in Walgreens at white oak road Stafford, I was not happy with the customer service of cashier and assistant manager.I asked for some products and they said that they dont have but they didnt check. But when I checked I found the products I was looking for because they were there.This upset me because they might do that to all your customers coming to your store and not telling the truth.
Today I went there to returned a conditioner I got before 2 days ago, register desk lady she said we cannot return anything at this time! At the same time she was calling her supervisor for a different issues and she told him about my situation, absolutely he was really nice about it and he let me exchange it with the shampoo I like to get. Thank you so much!
I had 150 pills left on a prescription that was sent to expire without my knowing about it. The pharmacy filled #30 and said it would be no trouble to get the #30 more the following month, but when I went in to pick them up, I get told Oops, the prescription expired. So sorry. Talk to you doctor. Clearly, I should have been told in August that I wouldnt be able to get the pills left on the script. Now I have to set an appt with a doctor whos hard to see ... Im going to go days without the medication I need. Complete incompetency on the the part of the Walgreens Pharmacy at 50 White Oak Rd, Fredericksburg. Id recommend finding a different pharmacy.

This pharmacy moves at snails pace. If they tell you that you are out of refills insist on having them check again. I have been told on 6 separate occasions that I had no refills when in fact I had 3.
The lady in the front came off very rude when I came to pick up photo prints. I waited by the sign that said “Pick Up Photos Here” expecting her to come over and ask “hello how may I help you?” Instead, I received “There’s nobody over here. What can I do for you?” in a condescending manner. I obviously realized nobody was over there and was waiting for her to come over as we were the only two in the front of the store at that time. If I’m supposed to pick up photo prints at the cash registers because there’s nobody to work in that area, then maybe move the sign that tells me to pick them up in a specific area.
They are taking advantage of people who need masks. Their masks are over priced. I can get cheaper packs at Wegmans.
I had some wedding photos printed off at this location. I went to pick them up, and they made me fill out a form because of a “copyright issue.” This is really odd because I had the same photos printed off in July, and I was not asked to fill out a form. Furthermore, there were no photographer watermarks on my pictures, so how would they know they were professionally taken? I don’t appreciate the store inspecting my pictures like this, and I have never been asked to sign a form like this at any other photo printing business.
I cant say enough about how great the pharmacist,Christie and pharmacy staff are at the White Oak location. They always go out of their way to help with any problems you have. Greatest pharmacy ever.Many thanks to all.
I switched from the CVS to this Walgreens primarily due to their customer service. The entire Walgreens staff is helpful and professional. Can’t say enough good things about their pharmacy staff, in particular. When there is a problem with a prescription the pharmacy staff calmly communicates the issues and they go above and beyond to assist in resolving them. I love the automated service which makes it so simple to manage my prescriptions.
This place is horrible. Never a cashier to wait on people. I always have to leave my stuff on the counter and walk out.
Shorted my narcotic pain prescription - supposed to have 20 in the bottle but only 12 were there. Went back immediately. They said they gave us the correct amount. They did not!! NEVER LEAVE THE WINDOW WITHOUT CHECKING AND COUNTING YOUR MEDICATIONS!!!
Better count you prescription at the store cause they like to short you on the amount they give you. Then when you call them out they say oh no we gave the right amount

My Doc electronically submitted a script on Tuesday morning. Then I recvd a text that Walgreens did not have my controlled med in stock. I have been getting this med for the past year monthly on the 6th of the month. I called late Friday to ask if my script was filled -- it was not fill due to a holiday on Thursday. Piss poor customer. They will not send to another location since it is a controlled med. So Ill need to go without my Fentynal patch for 2+ days hoping it show up sometime Monday. Im also filing a grievance with TRICARE.
Great customer service, cant say enough good things about the pharmacy. Really go the extra mile to help if you have a problem.
Never enough people working, pharmacy is always backed up and takes forever.
