I had my hair, washed, blown dried and flat-ironed by Londyn. Not only was she fast and professional, I was in and out of her seat within an hour! I have natural hair and to get what I want without spending the entire day in a salon is priceless! My hair came out cute and has lasted me for days. I will definitely be back in her chair! Wonderful stylist. Just wonderful!

I took my daughter there to get her hair trimmed and thinned out, my daughters hair is almost to her butt and is very thick and very straight I can barely get a hair tie to go around all of her hair once. The stylist was very unprofessional and actually answered a personal call on her cell phone as I was trying to explain what we wanted done. Then she proceeds to brush my daughters hair and then asks her if shes trying to grow dreadlocks (the exact reason we were there, to get it thinned out to avoid all the knots) then proceeds to say her hair isnt thick at all and doesnt need anything done to it. Needless to say the way she treated us had my 17 year old daughter with tears streaming down her face when we left. Worst most unprofessional place I have ever been. I refuse to go back.

Londyn did my daughter’s hair today. It was her end of year summer style and she did exactly what she wanted. It’s been a while since I’ve seen her smile ear to ear like she has been tonight. Definitely go see Londyn she knows her stuff, is professional, friendly, and does an amazing job!

I met Londyn few weeks ago when I went to the salon to get my hair trimmed. We talked about my thinning hair and the ways to improve it. Londyn asked me if I ever considered hair extensions and I told her I did, but was always scared it would damage my already fragile hair. We talked about different ways to get your hair extended and she recommended micro links for my type of hair. I was hesitant, but booked my appointment. The process is lengthy, but worth it!! I never had thick hair and these extensions were perfect for me. I feel beautiful. Londyn is very professional and friendly and will listen to what you want and if you don’t she will definitely give you a great advice. As long as Londyn is at this salon I will be coming back.

I had a noon appointment with Londyn and arrived at 1150. I was in the chair by 1205. Impression? Impressed!I showed Londyn the style I wanted and with one glimpse, she captured the style while adding her own touch to it to kick it up a notch. Impression? Impressed!There was no down time or breaks in the service she provided. If my hind parts were not under the dryer, she was working on my hair. She gave me a trim and silk press for $65. What?!!! Impression? IMPRESSED!She explains everything shes doing to your hair and describes the products and their purpose. See the before and after results. Impression? BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT, QUICK!!!I scheduled my f/u appointment before I left. Londyn is the real deal and you wont be disappointed. “She will change your life”

I reached out to the studio at JCPenneys to get a haircut on January 3rd 2021 and no one ever replied to my inquiry. So I reached out to the hair cuttery on route 3 and they were able to get me in the same day and Kendra did an amazing job on my pixie cut. So thats where Ill be going from now on. I must say I was a little disappointed because years ago I used to go to JCPenney studio to get my hair done back before I had moved to Colorado now that Im back in the Fredericksburg area I was hoping to be able to attain their services.

This is a very poorly run hair salon. We had an appointment for my daughter for today. We were informed yesterday the stylist we were scheduled with decided to take off so we rescheduled with a different stylist. When we arrived the lady at the counter was surprised we had an appointment with the stylist we rescheduled with. She had to call her AT HOME to let her know we were there for our appointment. We were told that she wasnt coming in and we would have to reschedule. I absolutely do not recommend this hair salon!!! Take your $ and business else where.

It had to of been God that sent us to JcPenny salon on the mall. My daughter and I was in their bathroom yesterday and a nice young lady came out a stall and said where we get our hair done and I said no where at the moment and she said well come see me and I’ll take care of y’all so we talked and got aquatinted and asked some questions and got some prices and she said they had a special for 20% off thru the end of the month so for us to think about it and come back before 3 pm as that was the end of her shift. So it took me and my daughter less Than 2 mins to think about it and we went back and made an appointment with Ms Londyn for the next day and here we are getting my daughter hair done and she is the nicest sweetest most realist person I’ve met and she kept it real and let me know what was what. I feel like God took us there and I’m so glad he did because she is very professional and did what we wanted as a customer and not what she wanted as a stylist. I would recommend to anyone to go there and ask for Londyn and she will surly take good care of your needs. I also want to share that she does weaves, relaxers, color, and cuts and natural hair too. So come by and see her soon!

Didnt know price of they own haircut...

I should have been alerted right from the get go! I called the salon prior to my appointment to check that all was running well and was told yes it was. Upon my arrival I saw the hairdresser outside having a smoke, nothing too unusual about that except that after I walk into the salon to announce myself several minutes passed then the hairdresser April, informed me that she was running an hour behind and that there was two people ahead of me. I traveled down from Alexandria for the appointment. I was there for a root touch up and a trim! I had a hair cut and color 7 weeks ago, I was very happy with it, I told her how I was enjoying the cut and the look. I cant believe what she has done to it she has ruined the cut entirely it is nothing like how it was. it looks as if its been hacked. I am so upset! I only gave a star bc to post the review you need to. Steer clear of this place most unprofessional!

Havent had my hair done but I wasnt comfortable when I walked in .The stylist Tameka that greeted me was nice but her appearance was a little discouraging,Im not one for judging but I dont think I want my hair done by someone who doesnt care about their presentation. Also, they were out of price menus (which is the whole reason I went in there) . I probably wont be going back .. i just didnt feel comfortable at all

This was my hair after I went there. Before I had a long and pretty hair and wanted to have a new style but even though the hairdresser was nice all the time and tried to fix it, it was not well executed and I left the salon regretting I went there to get my hair cut.

I have been going to the Salon since I was in high school (14+ years ago). Lisa is amazing and I refuse to have my hair done by anyone else. I feel the pain of those who have had bad experiences because I have gone elsewhere and have had bad experiences.

Sun is the best stylist at this place and has been working there for over 13 years. Everything else about the salon is sub par, including customer service.

Took my daughter for a back to school haircut I had a picture of what was wanted and her hair is now ruined! She is a few inches away from having a mullet now! Her hair is way to short in the front and longer in the back. When I requested it to be same length. The lady who cut her hair was over booked. We was seen 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment & as soon as she got started her next appointment came in making her be rushed. We will never go back here!
