Very positive buying experience with this dealership! Im an out of state buyer who found my car online after searching through CarGurus and I brokered the purchase without being able to see it in person.The vehicle was as promised and the deal went through very smoothly. I bought a 2010 Toyota Prius here and you couldnt ask for a better car buying experience. All the employees here are great. I had to bring my kids a couple of times as we were car shopping and this is the only spot that made us feel comfortable (we went to a LOT of dealerships). You will not have to worry about the usual pressures and stress when you shop here AND they will take care of you. There was an issue with our car that came up weeks after we took it home and they went above and beyond to take care of it at NO COST to us. Im buying my next car here and I tell everyone that asks for a place to shop about them.

Be careful buying, they do not provide car fax and give a sketchy car fax like report that showed me a vehicle with two owners and no damage. Pulled car fax by myself and shows 4 owners and vehicle damaged twice. (Plus vehicle looked like it was damaged and fixed even to my rookie eye)Post reply answer :I see. Actually had no idea of the second so thank you for the info, I do recall my “sketchy” comment if that holds true.However, I wish you did all that investigative work for the vehicles you sell instead of who comments.I’ll be glad to inform you that you are right, I have been selling new cars for about 4-5 months now. And that’s how I know about car fax.I’ll also have you know that my girlfriend is the one who noticed the misaligned hood and brand new headlight on one side that got me asking questions. I only got scared of the brake caliper on one side that looked like it was from a junk yard compared to all the other ones. But overall I was too distracted by the v8 like most guys to notice anything else.Therefore I went in with a open heart until my girlfriend said “I don’t trust them the car looks like it was hit, I don’t want to buy from people who lie(I was still on your side at the time I was inside) but had to walk out as it’s her car and she said no”. And then I got the car fax.I’m sure you could have missed it the same way I did (kind of??). But it just seems unlikely to me.Again, I don’t purchase or look at old cars so I have little to no experience and I will give you the benefit of a doubt. I know nothing of how expensive car fax subscriptions for dealerships are, perhaps it’s a expensive investment for a small dealership.But as for myself and my girlfriend, simple customers, who drove about 2 hours to there to see the car then we were told things that didn’t match with that we were seeing, it was a bad experience.And my review reflects absolutely nothin but my experience there.(I came to you straight from a Koons in Arlington where the associate was incredibly open and honest about their vehicle being in a accident from the start despite there being no visible signs)I pushed it back to 3 stars as the staff was nice and because you clarified me on the other car history service. But I still want people to know and be weary.Wish you the best !

Great people, great prices. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used car. Love my new-to-me Expedition. Oh and in case anyone is wondering, you can turn off that stupid rain-sensing feature by pulling the cover off the black box on the windshield and unplugging the wire 😉

As a woman, I dreaded the whole car buying process as I often get patronized or just plain ripped off by salesman at car dealerships.However, the second I walked in this dealership, I felt comfortable and openly welcomed. Jo was friendly and knowledgeable and I didnt felt pressure at all. Before I even committed to buy a car, I discussed my situation with him and he told me what were my options and also gave me some great recommendations. Later on, we agreed on a price I found more than fair.Thank you for making this such a stress free and enjoyable buying experience!! I will be back!

I purchased a 2010 Prius from here. Been driving this car for about 5 months now and have found no issues. The car was fully loaded and in amazing condition. I couldnt find a better deal and the customer service before and long after my purchase was just simply great.

Great car (Toyota Prius 2013). $10,000 ; 100,000 miles. My prior Prius had 100,000 miles and it went to 250,000 miles. Great cars and also these guys have a shop to do brake-repairs/hybrid batteries for a very good price. Friendly and quality service.

I highly recommend CarFair; I will definitely be coming back here if we need a car in the future. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jo was very knowledgeable, helpful, and put zero sales pressure on us.Full Story: I called about an hour before we arrived to make sure they had the car we wanted (a Prius). Jo told me that particular Prius had been sold, but he had 3 more available. When we got there, he greeted us, gave us a short run down of the 3 Prii (year, mileage, trim), handed me all 3 sets of keys, said to let him know if we had any questions and then went away to help another customer. There was zero sales pressure! My wife and I spent about 45 minutes checking out and comparing the 3 Prii. When we were done we had a few questions, and then we left to visit a few more dealers. Well, Jo had the best deal in town so we came back later that day to buy the Prius V that he had. It ran great on the test drive, but there were some scrapes on the body, some scuffs inside, and a few buttons that stuck. Jo offered to have that all taken care of for us! We decided to go through with the sale, and we were out in only 1.5 hours even though we had to wait for another customer to finish their purchase. We left the car there so that the few minor issues could be resolved, and then a couple days later Jo drove it up to the Springfield mall for us to pick up so we wouldnt have to drive all the way to Fredricksburg again (we live in Alexandria)!

Earlier this month, I had to say goodbye to my car of 13 years that held so much sentimental value because my father bought it for me back in college. After looking for a preowned vehicle in my budget on CarGurus, I decided to schedule a test drive for a Prius at this dealership. TBH, I was kind of hesitant because of how used car dealers are portrayed. Joe was very friendly and helpful during the whole process. He was not pushy at all and he advised me to get my own financing directly through my credit union to save myself some money. I ended up buying the car the next day. I will use them again if I ever need another vehicle.
