Bought a Jeep Wrangler here in 2019 and it’s been a headache and a half. Not only did I have to replace all 4 shocks, track bar, brake calipers and pads but last night I got a flat and went to grab the sore on back. BUT someone had use the wrong lugs with an impact on it, thus unable to use spare and now I need a new tire mount and wheel patched. Granted this being my third Jeep I should have looked closer at these things, but it’s inexcusable nonetheless. Selling a Jeep knowing it had all those issues and still selling it. Luckily I plan on selling it soon and will never trust a small used dealership again. Thanks Usmani for the expensive lesson!

I’m a little late writing this BUT, great dealership, professional, and honest. I bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla from them with 10K miles that had been in an accident. First day I had the car warning lights came on, and I was having gas meter reading issues. Took the car back to them and they said they wanted to get it right and would fix the issue free or charge. I received my vehicle back the following week from Usman. He told me they had fixed the issue and that in the accident the gas sensor inside the tank had been damaged and they had replaced it. I was a little skeptical but he assured me I would have no more issues and sure enough I’m about 1500 miles in and no more issues. Anything that comes up at this point will be wear and tear on my end. They stuck by their word to fix the car, and made sure they were selling me a good to go fully operational and repaired vehicle. If you’re considering them, don’t hesitate. They do great business.

I usually dont leave reviews, but for this I will. I have tried calling and cant get through. I was sold a 2013 Audi A6 quattro. I was told it was in good running condition. I bought this car maybe 3.5 months ago. Due to the pandemic I work from home. So I bought the car and its just sat in my garage. The car had 128,000 when I purchased it now has 131,000 and as we speak I am having to replace the engine. I am sure they had some idea of the condition of the car. I would never shop here again.This is my response to the owner. I have reached out to your business plenty of times today with no response. I keep getting a voicemail and I left a message with my contact information. If, you really do have high expectation then I would need to speak to someone regarding this. FYI, I paid cash for the car. I am completely disappointed that I was only able to get 2k miles. If I am not contacted in a reasonable time manner then I will be taking this issue further.Update ***3/7/2021DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE !!!! They are full of lies. Had a very good experience with them. The absolute best customer service, super easy test drive without a hassle. We were running very late, and they kept the dealership open for us. We were literally the only ones there. They never rushed us even though it was a Sunday afternoon and Im sure everyone wanted to go home and see their families. Even the price we paid for our car was below what KBB said we should pay and didnt even have to talk them down. Best value period and we drove over an hour to do business with them even though we have dozens of dealers near us. 5 stars!!!!!

I along with my mother and son were treated like royalty from beginning to end. All of my questions and concerns were dealt with immediately. I was able to have a very personal relationship right away with the staff at this dealership because I was not treated like a customer but a close treasured family member. Update: So about one week went by and I ended up having issues with my vehicle resulting in a flashing check engine light. I called Mallie and he quickly told me to call the service department. I tried several times and no-one answered. I then called Malley back and he said he would go tell the service department to call me immediately. GREAT! Well 2 days came and went and no phone call. So I emailed greg, the general manager, what my issue was. I thought that since he took such good care of me before I bought the vehicle, he would be willing to help me not even a week after purchase. No response, one month later no response. Before my purchase they were super available and willing to talk to me, super responsive. Its a shame how a company can care so little about making something right and not stand by their product even a week after purchase. I have since fixed the problem on my own dime. SO just be aware that these guys may seem cool, down to earth, and willing to help, but as soon as you buy that vehicle they won’t care much about you. Make sure you get the vehicle looked at by a third party shop so you know what you are buying because once you buy it you are stuck with whatever problems they pass on to you. At the end of the day, don’t be fooled, this is just another dealer who doesn’t care about their customer and is only after your money.

My wife was in desperate need of an affordable used car and we were looking everywhere. We had two dealerships to visit late one evening and decided to start with Usmani.We were immediately greeted by Harry, one of the salespeople. He was very friendly and handed us the keys for a test drive - no sales pitch, didnt demand to ride with us (so we could pay attention to the ride and not talking).The car, a low mileage 2015 Fiat 500e, and the dealership just felt right. We returned from the test drive and started signing papers. We brought our own financing, they gladly held the car overnight and charged it for our return the following evening with the check in hand from the bank.Harry, Doug, and Rita all struck me as genuinely nice and honest people. Doug was especially interested in transparency regarding the dealership and the sales process. Harry was a lot of fun and very easy going.This is a new dealership and has its growing pains, for sure, and thats totally understandable. These three things should have been addressed before this car was sold, but the price was very reasonable:1) During the test drive I noticed that the ride was a little bit rough and loud, tires were my first thought. Sure enough, the two rear tires had low tread and the front two were new - two different brands and styles. So now we will need to purchase two tires to match the ones they replaced up front. Next time, please replace all four tires.2) The wipers were rubbish, past needing to be replaced. We drove home in the rain, it was a bit scary. These particular wipers use a replacement rubber strip, rather than needing to replace the whole assembly. To be fair, the part may be tricky to come by.3) The car came from California, where only a rear license plate is required. It was sold in Virginia where both front and back are required. There was a front license plate mounting bracket in the trunk, it would have been great to have it mounted (we did not realize until we were home). We still do not have a front plate because we do not have a drill and the instructions are too vague.All in all, a painless experience! I would definitely recommend this up and coming dealership. I reached out by email and here is the respomse:Monday was my last day the dealership is sold and shutting down. I just came in today to clean out my deskYet they can still reply to my review? Strange/shady.BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a 2020 used bmw 330i. To be shipped to illinois. After extensive conversations with Greg, and asking about the condition of the car, he replied and said the car has been inspected and is in perfect condition with a clean carfax. As a matter if fact, its sitting right here on the show room floor and looks beautiful. Upon receipt of the vehicle, i noticed more things that were easily seen by me. The headliner was literally sagging on both the drivers and passenger side. Nav was not working. Then, i noticed scratches on both airbag trims. The trim on the passenger door was also loose. NONE OF THIS WAS DISCLOSED. This was easily noticeable by a non profesional, yet the dealer lied and told me he notice nothing wrong? My advice. Do an independent inspection, and find an honest dealer. Fyi, the dealers reply was well, you did buy the car as is, and thats why we sell warranties. Take your business elsewhere, its not worth saving a few dollars for a dealer that will hide that their cars are in accidents and sell them. Honesty goes a long way. I learned my lesson, hope others will not have to. Fyi, i took it to the bmw dealer who said any reputable car dealer should have disclosed this, and upon inspection would have sold it as a car that was in an accident. The car was painted and it doesnt take a technicician to notice that it was

Purchased my Mazda here and Greg was one of the most hopefully people Ive met in a long time. I just graduated with my bachelors and was looking for a car since I start my professional career on tuesday, the people here made me feel right at home. Yes at the end of the day, their making a sale. However its more of wanting loyal customers and friends, this establishment is a prime example of how ever dealership should be. Theyre very straight forward and helpful. So whether you are fresh out of highschool, college, just want to build your credit up, or simply want a new car; This is the dealership I recommend you check out first.

I worked with Gen. Mgr. Scott and salesperson Mallie, both were phenomenal, in their professionalism and concern for the customer. It was happenstance that we ran across Usmani motors and glad I did, I bought a great car. 😀😃... Well since I have had the vehicle a few things have gone wrong.. 1 the battery has a shim that secures the terminal to the bolt- they had the wrong kind on there, so when I went to drive my car it would not start . no connection. I called the dealer or texted them to explain and gave pictures they wanted me to drive back to Usmani so they could fix it. Not going to happen besides the fact the key fob fell apart in my hand whilest trying to resolve the battery problem for Thanksgiving. I went to the auto store and the young lady helped me fix the known defect of the manufacturer to the battery that clearly the dealer is unaware of. it was $9.00. next problems on board- went to go for a dr appointment and my car is raining on the inside half of the passenger front seat is wet....leaking from the top of the door/roof of car. on leather heated seats by the way. needs a seal replacement on the door. key fob still broken. interior light doesnt come on anymore. brakes /rotor is squeaking (yes the dust was driven out) you can see the rust on the rotor., using key fob to open trunk does not work anymore. I have yet to make my first car payment and this is not acceptable. I cannot drive the car back to fredricksburg.. a. just home from hospital, b. should not have to. c. bought a very extended warranty (THANK THE HEAVEANS-GODDESS) that is what will be used to tow me a loaner and take my car back there to get fixed properly. I tried to understand the dealer and the value system they have, however, not at my expense. do not sell a story if you cant honor the ending. we will see what happens next. as the saga continues. with. my. Acura RDX. maybe i should have found a MDX elsewhere with similar miles. Or just bought the car model I really wanted for less money. the most annoying is having what is assumed ignorance from the seller onto the buyer. (male vs female). will add pictures later.

This was my first time buying a car and this was honestly the best choice of a place I could have made. Greg Walker is the kindest man Ive ever met. He made sure to get you the best deal for financing that you can. The prices are non-negotiable, and I think thats completely fine considering the prices are so good in the first place. I am beyond pleased with my experience there. Id go here if youre ever in the area, even if youre not looking for a car, just to talk to Greg and meet him. Unbelievably terrible service here. What a sketchy enterprise. I drove in (all the way from Washington DC) to look at a Lexus RX 350. Harry had given us a price over the phone, to which he then denied giving. The general manager was of no help, and frankly, quite rude. Aside from all that, the car in question had many blatantly obvious issues. The two main ones being the ticking engine and the heated seat warmer on the driver’s side not working. Harry then tried to gaslight me into thinking there was no ticking coming from the engine (there most definitely was) and that the seat warmer not working was a “minor issue.” When I asked to test other Lexus engines to compare them to the car I was looking at, Harry could not get any of the other Lexus car remotes to work.... Overall, the most sketchy car dealership I have ever set foot in, and I will not be returning. Highly do NOT recommend the place, cars, or staff.

Best Car Experience I ever had and my Daughter was the one buying the car. Greg was super on the phone as Im in Ohio. I told him my daughter was interested in a vehicle on their lot. He took the time to answer any concerns I had regarding the vehicle history and my daughters expectations.Greg then talked to my daughter and gave her a price for a 2019 ford ecosport and set up the appointment 3 days later, and they held the vehicle as well. My daughter was excited and relaxed talking with Greg.Monday my daughter and her friend drove 3 hours to test drive and finance the vehicle. When all was said and done, my daughter left with the vehicle and for less than what Greg had quoted! No hard sells or upsell! All in all, I dont recall in my 15+ car purchases 1.) Paying what I was told the first time and less to boot, 2.) spending less than 3 hours at a dealership...my daughter spent 1 hour and 3.) Dealing with someone who came accross as remotely honest...Greg helped ease my concerns for my daughters 1st car purchase over the phone, for that I am very appreciative!From what I was told this dealership is fairly new and their business is unlike all the other dealerships, their REALLY customer oriented and when you meet Greg and the others youll know! Give them a shot and they had at least 4 vehicles she liked, so head to USMANI MOTOR CARS!

I am from upstate NY and I was looking for a certain Mustang GT. I had reached out to a few dealership in regards to their vehicles for sale. Friendly service. Very happy with my little car. They had it fully charged and ready to test-drive when I arrived. There was no negotiating on the price, but they threw in a 240V charger that did not come with my EV car, but which is pretty essential. (Its on order.) The gentleman who prepared the car handed over a car that felt brand new and it was clear that he took great pride in his work! Rita was very knowledgeable and of course, Doug is a hoot. All-in-all, a pleasant experience.

This was my first car buying experience and I am glad I made the drive to this dealership fromRichmond. Harry and Greg did not put any pressure on me and made the whole process extremely easy. During paper work Greg made us feel at home by telling us about his background and family - by the time we left we really felt like we were friends with the guy. After purchasing I found out they did not have a remote for the car I purchased - not a big deal I thought but I came to realize that my alarm kept on going off due to the lack of the remote. I contacted the dealership and they took care of the issue immediately and had a key maker call me that same day to set an appointment for us to resolve the issue on them. Great service and people, I definitely recommend!

Bought my first used car, did a ton of online searching that led me to Usmani and a great deal.Greg was very helpful, both with answering all of my questions over the phone and knowing exactly what I wanted when I showed up in person. I had barely walked in the door when he handed me the keys and let me test drive it, even waiting around after hours since I couldnt come until I was off work. Greg didnt give me any of the normal salesman shmoozing, instead letting the deal speak for itself.Needless to say, I bought the car. Management worked directly with the team as opposed to hiding in a back office. Car was very clean. Financing was straightforward and easy. I overheard the team having conversations about not cutting corners on getting the cars cleaned up and tuned up prior to sale since, were selling cars; were gonna make money, [so theres no need to provide bad service at the cost of the consumer]. Friendly courteous took care of issues with the car discovered during road test at no extra charge even after signing the buyer agreement. Wish I could leave no stars..this dealership selling cars that’s been in accidents.. I have an extended warranty and they still saying you have to pay for a engine and only had the car for 3 mouths..whatever you do. Do not purchase a car from this dealership

I had the best visit ever to a car dealership earlier this week. The staff was polite and everyone inside was talkative and friendly. Besides my awesome new truck I got, they were very fair on my trade in and the price of the truck I bought. The salesman Doug, was so pleasant, kind and honest. He even took me across to see my truck being cleaned and waxed. Even the front license plate bracket was ordered by them and arrived the next day for me. Brought a car from them yesterday 8/4/2020 was a little leery at first. But i went in and spoke with Mallie he was very helpful and went out of his way to help me find the right vehicle.I also should mention the day prior it was raining cats and dogs Mallie didnt mind going outin the rain and bringing the vehicles to the showroom were i can then get in them and take them out for a test drive.I also want to say thank to Gregory and the rest of the staff who were very professional.

Outstanding customer service, professionalism and mechanical expertise.I took my car for service to USMANI repair shop and had the pleasure of meeting the Service Manager Usman. Usman listened to my concerns and to what I believed the problem with my vehicle was. Afterwards, he took my car into the shop and was able to diagnose the problem based on our conversation. Usman took a day to repair my vehicle; however the wait was worth it as his meticulous and expert workmanship has returned my vehicle to a smooth and safe operational status. I will be returning for regular car maintenance and future repairs if needed; in addition Usman’s repair shop is currently going through the process of becoming certified as a Virginia Safety State Inspection site, when this happens I will be taking my vehicle there for the annual inspection as I trust Usman’s shop to conduct a throughout inspection that will put me safely back on the road. Thank you Usman!

This was by far one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. Doug and Jeff took great care of me. Kyle also completed the financing portion quickly and efficiently. In truth, everyone in the entire office was “awesome sauce” They are fun, yet 100% professional. I purchased a truck and it wasn’t a newer model. However, they still treated me as if I was buying a Porsche or a Maserati. I highly recommend them if you are in the market to purchase a car.

Everything went good until I discussed price then the sales man was very aggressive and loud with me. I left because I didn’t want that situation to escalate any further. On a good note I found the exact car I wanted somewhere else so they saved me from settling. They have nice clean cars but lack in professionalism and vehicle knowledge! And you’ll never get to speak to the owner if issues arise.

They are great people and made my first car buying experience wonderful. Very accommodating and work with you to get the best deal. It was a true pleasure working with Harry, Doug and Rita.

Great experience all around. Doug provided prompt communication whenever I had a question but never applied any pressure to buy the car. I was able to test drive as long as I wanted by myself and even took the car to an independent shop for a pre-purchase inspection. The car was in excellent shape and exactly as described. Kyle completed the financing and registration in under 30 minutes, which was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone.

Update: Two weeks after purchasing the car, it failed to start. After jumping it, I took it back to Usmani (note: my 30 day warranty was limited, and did not include battery replacement). As soon as I described what happened, the owner took me across the parking lot to his garage, and had his mechanic put it on the machine to verify that it was a battery problem. After verifying that the battery was the only problem, the owner instructed his mechanic to accompany me to the local Advance Auto parts to purchase a new battery, using the Usmani account (saved me $30 off retail). Came back to Usmani and the mechanic installed it for me. Cant ask for anything more...they were absolutely committed to ensuring I was satisfied with my purchase. And my car runs great!Used the USAA car buying service to find a replacement for my commute car, and found a 2015 Ford Focus with 4600 miles. Stopped in last week, test drove it, put down a deposit. Picked up the car last night - most painless car buying experience Ive ever had. Rita (finance manager) and Doug (sales) are honest, friendly and professional, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with them. Like most people, I look for businesses I can trust - Rita and Doug completely earned my trust. Dont let the looks fool you - this is not one of those rip off lots that are lined up on both sides of route 1. Highly recommend this team!

I drove from Charlottesville to Fredericksburg to get the car I wanted at Usmani. The staff were awesome. I had been communicating with them via email and phone prior to making the trip there. I was brought here to buy a car for my granddaughter after all day looking...coming her was Archangel Michaels maneuver....he steered my truck as I was on my way home..exhausted then all of a sudden he had me in the turning lane to this final place to look. I had been searching for a vehicle for roughly two weeks. I dont typically like visiting independent dealerships, but the price of the vehicle I was interested in intrigued me enough to give this dealership a chance.Although its a small operation, I was very impressed by the professionalism and demeanor of everyone I met. I primarily dealt with Doug and he was an absolute joy to work with. He was fair, affable and completely honest with all of my questions. There were no cheap, stereotypical used car salesman tactics, just hard-working honest people looking to sell consumers a good vehicle.The entire process of test driving the vehicle, getting approval for financing and signing all the paperwork took 2 hours, which I believe is about as streamlined of a process as possible.I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle. After weeks of online searches and traveling to dealerships all over the state, I bought my first vehicle from Usmani Motor Cars. This buying process is everything that you could ask for. No pressure what so ever. Doug provided great service and was helpful throughout the whole thing. There was a minor sensor issue for the tire pressure, but when I told Doug that I wanted that fixed, he took care of it right away by replacing all the sensors with new ones. Not only do the salesmen all provide excellent service, they work with you and your needs for you to drive off the lot pleased. Its all about the customer here and that is the most important part of running this successful dealership.

Please do not buy cars from these guys. The owner is the most deceitful guy that I ever met. I brought a vehicle from these guys and it has been in the shop more than I driven it. I glad I brought the extended warranty!The salesman Doug is the most honest and strait forward guy that I have ever met. I wish he would find a better job and get away from this dealership.I have brought many cars in my lifetime and this dealership has ranked one of the lowest for customer service. Rita and Doug are the best thing going for this dealership, but the owner is the most lying and cheapest guy that I have ever dealt with. Please get some CUSTOMER SERVICE.
