I had my doubts about this company as it seemed to good to be true. A car for someone with no credit rating on a budget. Well I now drive my dream car at an affordable price with an affordable deposit. Everyone was beyond helpful and answered every question and query I had.The car was in pristine condition and was exactly as described on the website. They still care after the delivery of the car to make sure everything was as expected. All round I would highly recommend, and were fantastic all the way through!

I would prefer to give them no stars. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place is shady. I bought a car that will now cost me more than what I paid for it to fix everything that is wrong.

This is one of the greatest uses dealers in the Fredericksburg area both Rasheed and nick seem to really care for there customers and after every dealer would say no they would listen to us and helped up make it very easy I really recommend you guys check this place out.

We are extremely disappointed with the car we purchased at Nick Auto Sales in Fredericksburg, VA. We recently bought a Mazda SUV and within eight days of brining it home, the check engine and “AT” lights came on. We took the car to the mechanics and it appears we are looking at a transmission replacement. We’re thankful we have the 90-day power train warranty as that will cover some of the expenses, but sad to say the balance will be on us. We are not naive to think there would not be some repairs associated with buying a used car (i.e., tires, brakes, etc). A transmission is such an integral part of the basic operations of the vehicle that we expected Nick Auto Sales to be part of the solution especially since the issues occurred within such a short period of time from the purchase. We called Nick Auto Sales to see if they would be willing to be part of the repairs and surprisingly they are not. Thus, we are not willing to do business with Nick Auto Sales in the future.

Paid money for a warranty that the Dealer never sent in, and claims isnt his problem. As someone who works customer service everyday I know for a fact that fax machines tell you when your fax fails. Now he thinks its our problem to pay $4000 in repairs for a 2 week owned truck
