Very professional staff, clean and safe environment with covid19 safety procedures in effect. They were able to take my vehicle in right away without a prior appointment necessary. The staff was very attentive and eager to help unlike other service departments that make you wait for when they feel like working. I am very happy with this location and would highly recommend thheir service team

Checking your vehicle in for service, The employees at the front desk are very attentive. I went in for a left headlight problem and wind up with a right headlight problem, Dealing with my signals.

Went for an oil change and inspection as a walk in, they were able to take care of my car no problem. They did let me know it would be an hour and a half wait ahead of time (and it was), but that wasnt a problem for me. TV in the waiting room, chair spaced apart so I was fine.

I was able to schedule a last minute appointment online and Pohanka Hyundai of Fredericksburg had me quickly in and out. The waiting room was adequately spaced to accommodate for social distancing and hand sanitizer dispensers were plentiful. The staff was courteous, professional, and very welcoming which was great for my young Princess who enjoyed the visit, especially with the wifi for her tablet. ❤👸🏽❤ Service today was only an oil change, but all went well with realistic recommendations for a future visit. #THANKFUL

Early morning is the way to go unless you can leave your car or you have time to wait. The Hyundai service center is being remodeled and hyundais are being serviced with nissans. Always, friendly people, good service!

Great service experience and friendly staff

People I met were great, however not a wonderful experience for my first time at this establishment. Arrived soon after 10AM for the first check up on my new car, which included oil change, tire rotation, factory recall on camera and front windshield. Did not leave till after 4 PM and earned a scratch on the car and another to be scheduled visit.

They brought out the first car and it was perfect. Left with it the next day.

I think the dealership is a good place, but Nissan as a corporation is not what.they first appeared.

They were friendly, not pushy, and gave me a good experience.

Bought vehicle here and all services done have been done here for 8 yrs even and go in for a oil change and Inspection and they showed me a bill of $1000 of work needed to my vehicle, 3 of the mentioned items had been taken care of. Not happy and wont take vehicle there anymore. Wont buy new from them either!! Crooks!

Great dealer and service department at the Nissan part of the group. They are very friendly and responsive to my needs.

Very good service. Honest and reliable. If it aint broke, they wont tell you it needs fixin. For example, today I asked them to do an oil change and tire rotation. When they were done, I was told that the better tires are already on the front of the car so wasnt necessary, saving me $40 or so. For regular service and maintenance, no appointment necessary. My only complaint is that, like most dealerships, their prices are on the high side, but Id rather spend more on repairs that are NEEDED rather than getting a discount on repairs that are NOT.
