Bought a van, title showed up with mileages on re-assignments higher than van and completely out of order. Penndot rejected it, called your office and Kim and Iesha completely played games FOR MONTHS, never called back a single voicemail that I left, likely 20 or so. Someone was always at lunch when I called at 11 or 1, etc. I had to do things I can not mention to finally get a title and sell this van. HORRIBLE TITLE DEPARTMENT.

Here to pick up purchase for dealer. Went to first gate security was very helpful in locating car, sending me to the second gate getting me closer to car. Second gate guard no so helpful, after locating car checkout was not very difficult ‼️👌🏻

When I went.back to the gate and said why is there no one checking the cars out the surcurity guard got a aditude with meIf u want to put GPS trackers on the non running cars have.people there to check them.out.My time.is.money

I bought a car with title absent, I waited 30 days, after that I called to remove the car from my account, I spoke to someone at the arbitration department named: Larry first of all, he was very rude and inpatient, second of all he didnt remove the car from my account even though its been 34 days, and third of all the car had bad transmission, it was 2010 VW gti sold by lustine toyota woodbridge, anyways, he didnt follow Manheim auction title policy, so simply I called headquarters in Atlanta GA to complain about him, problem was solved immediately, its very simple Larry follow the policy or get fired. Anyone seeing this review, if you have problem with Larry, just call headquarters. Very simple and easy fix.

Very bad experience every time, it’s basically take it or leave it, with as difficult as this business is, and with the pandemic that’s going on you’d think there would be some sort of compassion. But there most certainly was not, and the individual I spoke to, said it’s time for me to leave and you’re out of luck. Extremely unacceptable and disrespectful.

Worst auction I have deal with! Bet on couple vehicles but they sold them to someone else. Idk how that work but I have not got my issue solved and one thing I found out dealing with them they don’t care and I bought a vehicle in the lane by the time I went back to get it so I can take it out the auction and I found out someone stole the amplifier and another piece of radio system from the trunk and these parts are not cheap, I asked to help me look at cameras or something but I got no help but got the run around so just know if u buy from this auction, they might still sale it to our of thier favorite dealers or u might get jacked For parts of ur car by the time u pick up ur vehicle. FYI

I would give them no stars if I could, the worst Manheim location I have ever dealt with, I have been buying from Manheim for over 10 years and this location is sugar coating vehicle ratings, the CONDITION REPORT IS A JOKE, large malfunctions in the dash of the vehicle werent reported, vehicle WAS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE, James Taylor in arbitration is trash, arbitration is suppose to have buyer and sellers back ESPECIALLY when you buy 14-day PSI, everything miraculously passed on PSI, bunch of crooks, He just read a script and wont admit to anything even if its common sense. Vehicle was sold with no prior paint and had over spray on front bumper and grilles and paint was chipping off, upper management is no where to be found, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, and DO NOT BUY ONLINE, youll get nothing but surprises and no one will accept fault at this location, the ratings are exaggerated, common sense dummy lights are not even reported, missing nav discs, missing equipment that was listed as valued options on CR wasnt even in the vehicle, dont care. BUY locally dont throw away your money with these crooks.

Everything is fine just the new system is very slow to process the gate pass after method payments on floor or in the website I have to wait one week to get out my cars out the lot, cash or cashiers check is quick just wee need more information about the new system works before do it, Is Recommend know before used the system if is better o not is too slow

How to find car without marks on a banners or on the ground?!

Transporters take note...the gate closes at 10pm. Does not matter if you have been looking for lost cars (and they loose cars A LOT!!) For hours and finally find them all by 10 if you cant get them out by 10 tough luck. NO slack or consideration given. Also NO shuttle service of any kind and NO assistance in finding lost cars.They MAY care about and cater to dealers but they could not possibly care less about transporters.They even removed all the garbage cans from the transport lot and now garbage just gets dumped wherever!

Its more like a public auction. No check at all. Lot of dealers including me have complained so many times but they dont care, they let public go in easily. its hard to find good deal on cars as private people take the price high. Also, Arbitration people are BAD and rude, they dont help at all, they only favor big dealers.

I hated the auctions before. I didnt trust them until I met my friend, who told me about Repokar car auction....I tried to access that auction and understood that there is something cool. now I have my own business, I buy cheap cars from auctions, repair them and make them in good condition and sale them also on auctions as Manheim Fredericksburg Public Auto Auction...it increases my incoming.Thank you guys!

Be very careful dealing with this auction. They are extremely unprofessional and unethical. I purchased a vehicle on ove via this auction from a big finance company who runs a lot of vehicles. I purchased the vehicle green light with engine noise announced. Now the arbitration policy states any major issue with the vehicle has to be announced over $500 for repairs. This vehicle was not announced that way. When said vehicle arrives it has a bad engine and by bad I mean the engine was knocking so bad it was about to come apart at anytime. So I follow the supposed rules on manheim and file my arbitration claim within my allotted time. And to my shock the arbitration manager Mr. TAYLOR says to me we are not taking back the vehicle it was announced engine noise you should of known better. I ask why wasnt the vehicle sold as is like it should of been. He says why sell it as is when everything else on the car is fine as if a bad engine is a normal part to replace. I laughed thinking he was joking but he was actually serious. Long story short they make up the rules as they go depending on the customer. Be very careful buying any vehicle from here because depending on who you are is how they will treat you. And hopefully you dont have to deal with Mr. TAYLOR because you will have a tough time being treated fairly my opinion.

One of the worst run auctions out there. Sevice is bad. One Department has no idea what the other department is doing. Constant false promises if and when you can get ahold of someone. They will only return phone calls on if bids and failed post sales when there is a possibility of renegotiation. Other than that, wait in line. The GM there needs to get the departments to work together. He/She needs to go to any of the central florida auctions and learn a few things. Oh, did I mention the rudeness of the staff? Its like they are doing you a favor by selling you a car. They tend to forget that you can have all the sellers in the world but, without buyers, you have no business. And where does most of the revenue come from? Its the buyers!! not the sellers!!
