I certainly will not attempt shopping there again. I asked a few basic questions about a conversion van I was interested in, making it clear I had an hour drive to get there and didnt want to waste time if it was not what I was looking for. The woman Martha gave evasive answers.First: Does it have a trailer hitch? The answer: Yes it can tow. Got there later to find it had no trailer hitch. So technically it could tow IF I added my own damn hitch, but that is a BS answer.Another question: What are the dimensions of the sofa-bed when laid down flat? Answer: Its about full size. I wrote back asking for her to please give me actual dimensions, since I had heard others refer to a 5 x 4 bed as full size. Crickets. Sure enough, got there to find a bed too short for me, a 54 woman.Thanks for wasting my time, peeps. Will not go there again.ADDED 4/28/2018, in response to owners response:1. I *did* come see it for myself; that is how I know your office managers answers were evasive and misleading.2. No, your ad did *not* have all the info I needed, which is why I emailed with very specific follow-up questions.3. If the office manager does not know the answers, surely she can ask one of the guys out on the lot to get the information for her so that she can pass that on to the prospective customer.4. Youre busy? So am I. I work full time during the week and cherish my weekend hours, so I dont want to drive all over tarnation to look at a vehicle that doesnt meet my specs. It would have taken at most 5 or 10 minutes out of someones day to get accurate information and to convey that to me in an honest and straightforward manner. (Hint: thats called customer service.) Instead, you were fine with wasting TWO HOURS of my round-trip drive time to look at a vehicle that did not meet my specifications.

Try to avoid them because they are liars, and they seek money by means of lying, and their saying is not a reality. If you want to deal with this agency, it is important to know what kind of reputation they have. When negotiating with this dealer, they sometimes say or do things that look suspicious, they do not publish the report for each car and most cars have an accident report and with them customers.

I dont care who you call, as matter of fact call the National Guard. Because by the time those customers that you probably told what to write on a review for this dump ass car dealership. Further more if I was with her when she was driving home that evening, we would have turned right back around and dropped off that dump truck sounding vehicle. Dont waste your money. We bought a van about a month ago and all ready have to put $1000 into it to get it fixed.... We bought the warranty they pushed on us... I specifically Asked is ABS breaks (not routine fixes) and engine problems where on the warranty. THEY FLAT OUT LIED AND SAID THEY WERE. Turns out NONE OF IT IS! now we are stuck paying on a van that does not work and we have 1 car. My husband works 1hour from home and i home school and have the kids is sports i have no way to get them to and from there activities now.... how can a human sale a broken van knowing a family with children will be riding in it. They have no morals.

Purchased Hummer H3 and truck had issues, the owner Celio attempted to fix the Hummer to make the truck better. I purchase spark plugs for the truck and they put in a new oil pump but still issues with the truck. The dealership returned my check that they didn’t cash for over two weeks. I appreciate the honesty of the dealership.Sales Manger, Causain Female with white hair is nasty when things don’t go her way. Disrespectful. Everyone else is great to include the owner..Great Job.

Must be fake reviews they had to change their name from champs auto sales due to bad business. Look up reviews for champs auto sales if you really want to know who they are. They love ripping people off. Had to take them to court to get 3800 they owe me and won but they still refuse to pay me....tons of other complaints from people....be careful.Your repose to my review is false. You are the same owners as champs auto sales and you are in the same exact building as champs auto sales. You changed because you were doing bad business and had bad reviews.

JUST GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH, bought a car, had one issue when I drove it home, it shake after I go 40 miles/h ...I called them, they came and pick it up ... fixed the issue ..now its great ...just great communication and customer service ..plus the price it was too goo to be true ..I recommend this place ...A+++++

I will never come back or nor will i refer anyone here, they are nice ppl when you get through the door but then they go back on their word. i got a car from them about a month ago now and when i test drove the car the check engine light was not on but once it came to drive off the lot with (my) car the light was on and i asked them about it. i asked about warranty before signing my paperwork, i was told that the good warranty cost $ but that he (Gino) would give me a 3mo warranty. so now is where i ask them to look at the problem causing the light to be on and its a fuel gauge sensor circuit. i was told that they would order the part which was on a monday and it would be here that Wednesday..two days later no part, so i call repeatedly to check on the status. fast forward 2 wks, still NO part..so now im told that it will cost me to have them fix it when thats not what i was told initially. so i will have my step dad who is a mechanic and an HONEST man of his word fix it for me, i will never again come back!!!

I bought a car 12 days ago car is nice and clean and its been checked for errors on computers everything was fine but till today they didnt give me a title that suppose to be ready in 3 days i called about it and i heard un pleasent words and i have been cut off .iwent there again 5 times .last time manager[owner] was very rude if i asked for title® plates thatexpire in 2days.people like that should never be in business.car is on my name only ..as well all paperworks i bought for my son but i cant register because manager refuse to handover title and reg plates.the car supouse to be certified i spent extra 800.00 fo changing oil.brakes transmission service fuel injection cleaning .fuel&air filter and tune up.Its been 39 days since i bought a car and still i dont have reg, plates and title

Stay away......bought a car there months ago it was already in need of repair took told them the issue I they blew me off...the car broke down 20 days after I had the car from the issue I told them about..... they were supposed to fix it but didnt have plus I didnt get my tags....now Im stuck with a car payment but no car I tried working it out with them but now I get no response...buyer beware
