Never go here. sold me a terrible car and lied about numerous things being new and replaced. haven’t driven the car once since I bought it. never buy from here they will rip you off. not to mention they did our dmv paperwork wrong AND WE HAD TROUBLE GETTING PLATES. save your money and time

Although we ended up not purchasing the vehicle we were interested in, Shahid was the most pleasant person to deal with. Just the opposite of a pushy and aggressive salesman. Highly recommended.

My husband and I recently bought a car from Shahid. He was professional, had great business ethic, and went out of the way to get the car inspected prior to purchase and then fix the few things that were wrong with the car. Those would have become our problems but he made it right prior to us driving away. Communicative and a great business man. Would definitely return again to buy a car from Super Auto Sales and Service.

After putting a bad review on Shahid. I reviewed a call being threatened again with repossession with my bill being up to date. I was told that if I was one day late my car would be taken because I put a bad review. He called to cuss me and out and if you want to play this game we can play it. He had refused to speak to me until I made the review and it was to threaten me. He had called my mother (angel) many times about the car but she is not on the contract she is a reference. I want all this to be public knowledge so when my car gets taken. Everyone can know about this shop. I was threatened after being told I will not be the one he will talk to. I have many text messages and proof of the owners hatred towards women as well as how he runs his business unlawfully .

I went down to Virginia with a friend to pick up a car in Norfolk that she bought. We ended up going through Fredericksburg when the engine light came on. We stopped at Auto Zone to get a diagnostics, then went to Firestone to get our car checked out. Firestone was backed up and they refused to recommend someone to help us so I decided not to go to their other location and instead, came here.I didn’t know they were closed today, but Shahid and John took our car and helped us to fix it. Everything that they said was wrong after they did a diagnostic was what Auto Zone said was also wrong with the car. We were from out of state and they didn’t know that until after they agreed to help us, so I was very happy they helped us on their off day. We were trying to get back home which was many states away.John was very nice and he brought us cold bottles of water. Shahid was very nice too and he brought us cold bottled water because he didn’t know John already gave us some. Both men were very friendly and hospitable. We feel relieved to have come to Super Auto Sales and Service for help.We sat in the office while John worked on our car. Shahid talked to us about life, not about cars or trying to get us to purchase a car. Shahid went to go pick up the sensors we needed instead of waiting for delivery which was nice because delivery would’ve taken hours. Shahid was back in less than 30 minutes.John fixed it quickly and we were given an honest price. We gave them extra because they didn’t have to help us on their off day and we were lucky they were actually there when they were supposed to be doing something elsewhere.We’re now happily going back home and our car is driving perfectly again. Once again I tried to make payment over the phone and my husband was denied. He can not make it during the hours of business. I have made many payments over the with the exception of 2 payments. Shahid said it was not his problem I posted many complaints on the review bored and was threatened. Now that I have made bad reviews and reported to the Better Business bureau. He is threatening to take my car and is refusing to take my car payments. This is the worst place to go and I have all the proof in writing!

I just had my first oil change on my 2008 dodge avenger and paid the extra 10 dollars for the 128 point inspection from Tires Plus. I bought the car from Shahid the owner of the business. The car checked out with no problems at all, it impressed the service technicians with the car having 120000 miles on it. I highly recommend this place if you need a reliable and good car! Shahid knows the cars on his lot and he is honest, down to earth and fair. You will not find a better used car sales store than super auto sales and there are a bunch of them..go to Shahid. Great service. Shahid was very knowledgeable about cars and helped me immensely in the buying process. Car purchasing can be scary but he was very thorough and professional. I love my car I’ve been driving for a few months now and it runs super smooth!

Worst place to go for a car. Shahid the owner adds extra fees, he does not accept partial payments, very rude man. He is no considerate of the pandemic. He will not speak to women only men. I pay bi weekly and only became two payments behind and was treated with repossession as well as told if I didnt have the whole amount he will not accept any payment. The contract does not state. Will definitely precede with legal action. Worst car place ever! All this was after being sold a bad car with transmission issues.

I have wrote bad reviews for this company and being told Im slandering the company as I do not have a car through them however my husband and I have a 2011 Hyundai elantra touring through this business. I have the paperwork to show. The owner shahid states that my husband put a good review, but that is not correct. Neal dandridge put a 1 star review for this company. It has also been reported to the BBB many times. Not just from one customer. This is the worst place to go for a vehicle. The owner does not conduct business correctly. Worst place to go!

Horrible car place, do not recommend!

I was shopping for a car for my daughter and Wally and the mechanic (forgot his name, sorry!) were extremely helpful and patient with us. They even placed a car up on the lift so that I could examine underneath for leaks and rust. I highly recommend shopping with them and would happily return next time I needed a used car.

Had a great experience car shopping here. The guys working there were friendly, honest, and not pushy whatsoever. If you’re looking to not get the typical dealership experience, go here and ask to speak with Wally or really anyone.

Shahid was so helpful through the whole process! I live in Richmond and it was certainly worth the drive to Fredericksburg. My vehicle had a few minor issues and they fixed them all. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Wally, Shahid and John were a wonderful help in our car search. We drove two hours to test drive an 08 Toyota Yaris they had on their lot and ended up purchasing because of their great customer service and accommodations for our family. The car isnt in great cosmetic shape, but with only 107k miles it has been a solid ride, and thats exactly what we were looking for!

I went to get my car repaired at a national auto repair chain and I got a quote for over $2000 of work (supposedly not recommended work but work that HAD to be done to drive)! My car has over 400k miles. The owner, Shahid, looked at the quote I received, went through each section and fixed my car for me at such a fair price I actually felt guilty when I left! They are very conscientious, helpful and most important just very HONEST. Whether you need a car to drive or repairs to your current car, this is THE place to go, so very happy with them! I dont recommend this place. I bought a car and the next day the engine light was on. They tried to fix after 15 days and i got the light on again at the same day (during the emissions inspection). Since then i have been tryng to fix and i just found out that the problem is going to cost almost the same that i paid for the car. The engine is functioning properly and has no issues that is what they said in the ad,. Less than 24 hours later and i alreadry had problems. Dont throw your money in the trash. Pay a little bit more and avoid problems.

The worst experience ever! Bunch of liars. Sold me a car with a fake inspection sticker. Pulled the bulb that shows the check engine light. Only been driving it for 2-3 months. Told me the car was worked on before they sold me it and nothing was wrong with it. Not even trying to help me. Took it to another mechanic. For me to get it fixed itll cost me more than i paid for the car. Stay far away from the place.

They were really friendly there. Clearly more of a start up place, as its small, off in a strange location, and overall lacking in appearance, but that didnt really bother me.Took a month and a phone call to get them to mail the title though, hence knocking a star off.

Do not trust this place to buy a car I brought a Scion tC from this place and a week after I got the car I heard a strange noise on the engine take it to a shop they told me this car needs a new engine I didn’t believe it to be honest then I took it to a different shop and same thing my car needs a new engine waist of money on SUPER AUTO that’s why they make you sign a lot of papers about no warranty they know the junk of cars that they are selling...don’t waist your money
