This place has a decent selection, includes a 6 month Drivetrain warrantyI bought a very well maintained Yukon Denali that originated from Florida so naturally it had no rust. Now that Ive passed their 6 month warranty I can now make a honest review of this place. The SUV has run fine with no issues since buying it from this dealership. Ive put about 7,000 miles since purchase.Side Note: When I bought the SUV the front alignment was way off and needed Power Steering fluid. But before I purchased the SUV we agreed that they would have it aligned if I bought it. And was done as agreed a few days later.Pricing in my experience wasnt as advertised. It was advertised at $7,000 on their website and when everything was said and done with financing He charged me $8,750 for the SUV *thats excluding interest and tax* and came up with some excuse that the loan company charges them $900 to finance anybody with a low credit score and the $7,000 was a Online price ONLY. Typical with all dealerships.... My husband and I had an appointment to see a vehicle today at 1. We arrived early only to be told that the vehicle had been sold 40 minutes earlier. When I asked about the appointment he said there had to be a deposit made in order to hold it to be shown which was something I was never told. I even called yesterday to verify the appointment and was told that they would see me today. He even had the gumption to offer me another vehicle in its place and seeing how dishonest they are as to sell something from underneath you, I wanted no part of this dealership! Please save your money and your time and DO NOT do business with a dealership who apparently is only about money and cares little about what their customers think! We will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!

Buying a car here was a good experience. Fahad is a very nice guy, he explained all the details of the car without being pushy and was very friendly. Vehicle price was fair and the buying process was smooth.There were a few minor things one might attribute as unprofessional such as delivering the vehicle a day later than promised because of associated costs and asking about when my bank would send payment. However, no insult or injury resulted and nothing was malicious; these were just metaphorical bumps in the road to a smooth buying experience.Overall I appreciate Fahad and the team getting me a car that fits my familys needs and would not mind buying from him again.

I purchased a vehicle here on Memorial Day. I felt good about the purchase because it had a warranty and this company claimed to have an in house garage that had looked the vehicle over. Two weeks later it left my family stranded on the side of the expressway in CT. Total engine failure due to a radiator leak. We had been replacing the coolant daily over vacation at every warning light, but the crack was significant enough that a few miles without an emergency pulloff destroyed the engine. The warranty company will not cover the repair. Do not purchase a vehicle here.

I went on the CarXpress website and checked out the inventory that they had. I found a car that I liked, and I called. The dealer Ali seemed very polite, asked me to fill out an application to see what I could get approved for. He assured me that it wouldn’t take long. They advertise all credit types guaranteed approval. I filled out the application on Tuesday, and by Friday I still didn’t hear back from him or anyone from the dealership. After getting all of my important personal information. I’d rather someone be upfront with me, then to mislead me or false advertise! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!! Thank God that they’re not the only dealership in the area, I ended applying elsewhere and got a much newer car courteous and honest customer service. Less than 45 minutes! I’m riding and enjoying my new car! That’s the way things should be done!!!!To respond to your comment, it would have been better business practice if you had been upfront with what was needed. Dont make the mistake of believing that this is a car dealership when its actually a fruit stand because the salesmen are selling lemons! My wife and I purchased a vehicle from here that had issues as soon as we got it home and the salesman was absolutely no help, whatsoever! Customer service was very poor. I wanted a specific vehicle and instead of trying, I was quickly suggested to check out a passat, that the mdx have transmission issues. Then I was told I already have a bankruptcy on my credit and couldnt afford a repo.

I do not recommend it, I went to see a car from Baltimore, the seller told me that with the purchase of the car the plates were included which was not like that when the first month passes he gives me other provisional plates in what he can get me So soon the title came to me by mail I write and call him and he does not answer anywhere and I tell a friend to call him from his number and he answers the first time when he says that the title arrived and that the plates do not say that I went through the MVA that gave me the new ones from my old vehicle and they gave me the new ones what was not like that. In MVA they told me that I had to inspect my car (no inspection passed) and then buy the plates. I think that if I had been honest from the beginning I would not have made this review but he only thought of selling me the car based on lies and then not answering the phone or messages. Very dishonest and I very disappointed

The worst place... I recomended a relative and he had a very bad experiencia. They seems honest but not. Looking at the reviews can imagine that the good ones could be family or friendo. I recomended them but i regret it.I will never more recomend.

I bought a 2009 Jeep Commander 4x4 limited with a 4.7L Magnum motor, site unseen, from CarXpress over this past weekend. I had been looking for a Commander for several months, and many were for sale near me, but the dealers I corresponded with were not helpful or motivated, or were blatantly dishonest. I am glad I waited, and I am so happy I found Ali at CarXpress. He was completely 100% honest with me, very helpful and very motivated to work with me to get this deal done. It was worth the trip I took from my home State to make this purchase. Ali even picked me up from my motel when I arrived. He is a true gem in the business and I highly recommend his dealership.

I went to about a dozen used car dealerships and was lied to and treated like I didnt know what a car was before I stopped here. (Im a mechanic) They were honest about the condition of the jeep I bought from them, which wasnt perfect but still good for a used car. They didnt pressure me at all and gave me a pretty good deal, even gave me a ride to make it easier to pick it up. Would have been 5 star but they hit me with a 395 dollar processing fee after we agreed on a cash price so just be ready for that. Still very happy with my experience and deal that I got.

I visited CarXpress on 10-17-18 to test drive a Nissan Armada that I saw online. Before going to see the truck I contacted Ali and explained to him that I have been to numerous dealerships looking for an Armada that was in decent shape with low miles and road ready. He assured me that the truck was in very good condition and that I should come check it out. I then explained to him that i live over an hour and a half away and did not want to be disappointed once I arrived there and the truck is not what he had said. Once again he assured me that it was a very nice truck. So, on 10-10-18 I went to see the truck and took it on a test drive. I was very impressed by the condition that the truck was in and the mileage was low. While I had the truck out on the test drive I stopped at a shopping center parking lot and looked over the entire truck, everything from the inside to under the hood checking all of the fluids. Everything was as it should have been. The only issue was a fender well that need a little attention. Ali told me that they would fix it. So I gave a deposit on the truck and Ali told me that the truck would be ready the following Monday. I then received a call from Ali on Friday letting me know that the truck was ready, so it was three days ahead of schedule!! I returned to CarXpress on 10-20-18 to complete the transaction and drive the truck off of the lot. The item that Ali told me would be fixed was indeed fixed. We sat down, took care of the necessary paperwork, he explained everything to me and any questions that I had he had no problem answering them. Within 30 minutes all of the paperwork was complete and I was on my way home in my new Nissan Armada. Ali, thank you. You were very professional, you kept me up to date on all info that i needed to know re-guarding the truck. You were very courteous, respectful and honest. I am so glad that I took the ride to visit the dealership. It was an outstanding experience. To anyone reading this review I would definitely recommend CarXpress. Avoid this place. Dishonest. Took my check, cashed it, and never delivered the vehicle. Now, will not answer follow-up phone inquiries, and I live outside the area.UPDATE 3-26-18: I didnt receive the car until after I reported it as a fraudulent sale to Virginia State Police and Fauquier County Sheriffs Department. I never provided this seller with an email address, and I didnt receive a phone call from him till 3-24 -- 9 days after purchase and 4 days after my police report. And I still have no title to the vehicle. I need a title to register vehicle and prove ownership. This has not been a good experience. UPDATE 3-31-18 Title arrived by mail 3-30-18. Strangest, most peculiar experience ever as a customer. Do what you like, but Id steer clear.

Shady dealer. We bought an SUV that had quite a few issues showing up days later. The sale was as is which is understandable. They offered to fix 1 of the problems at their own shop. We dropped the truck off only to find out wed been lied to again. Nobody even looked at our truck and they said it was finished. We had put the keys behind the gas cap for the auto mechanic to work on it. When we returned 3 days later they were in the exact same place. We took our vehicle without them knowing and asked what the status was. They looked us directly in our eyes and lied to us. Said they were almost finished. The warranty they sell is also shady. I would AVOID THIS PLACE for any type of business AT ALL COSTS!Edit.... I forgot to mention that they sent us an $80 check for $250 service on repairing tire pressure monitoring sensors. He said he would only replace the monitors. What had actually happened was they reset everything on diagnostic machines. So lights started lighting up the following day. We were also told the warranty we purchased covered everything bumper to bumper. Apparently the warranty does not cover a water pump or repairing. It also does not cover things in the electronics so on and so forth. This whole place is a rip off! The facts have always been straight and these people are crooks!Lee Highway location. Had me do a credit app on truck i wanted to purchase but then when I offered to send my wife to sign her half of paperwork and give down payment they started to ignore me and would not return my calls or text until this morning when they tell me the truck is sold. Now have inquiry on my record for no reason. Ali was suppose to call me back a few times and never did til next day. I am a car salesman myself and there customer service is terrible. He also said the reason was the payment was to high for me yet he has no idea what I can afford.

I was hesitant to drive so far to look at a car, but it was definitely worth it. When we got there they handed us the Carfax report and the keys to test drive it, and we bought it. During the entire process, they were super friendly, honest, and helpful in explaining our options, financing, DMV issues, etc.Both gentlemen there went above and beyond in every way, including addressing a couple of minor cosmetic issues and getting the state inspection done at no cost to me - they even DELIVERED the car to me at my work all the way in Bethesda! Who does that? CarExpress, that’s who!They know how to deliver great customer service which is the best way to ensure repeat customers, which is exactly why we’ll be going back to them again next year when we’re looking to buy another low-mileage SUV to replace my worn out Hyundai sedan. Also, Carxpress is a family business - yet another reason to shop there instead of a huge corporation where you are just a number on a document.

I bought a 2009 Honda Pilot in late November 2017. I went in to see the car and a sales person Riyaaz showed me the car and let me drive it. I asked him if there is anything wrong and he said nothing is wrong and there was no engine light. I paid cash to the finance/business person (Usman/Fahad) inside and he told me it is as is, and I agreed.As soon as I drove the truck about 60 miles engine light came up. Right then I called Riyaaz and told him about it, and he said no worries I will get that fixed for you, and told me to take it to his mechanic that is in sterling. I took the vehicle there and mechanic diagnosed that vehicle has bad catalytic converter.I called Riyaaz but he wouldn’t pick up. I texted him and he wouldn’t respond. Then I called him from another number and he answered the call, I told him about the issue and he said just go back to the mechanic and ask him to order parts and I will talk to him and get it taken care of.I went back to mechanic shop and told him what had Riyaaz had said. Sams Auto owner said, I will go ahead and order the parts which may take a week and will let me know as soon as parts are in. It took him a bit more than week to get the parts and I went back to check if the parts were there and he said yes, but I need permission from Riyaaz to work on it so I get paid for everything and I said sure.Now it was about 27 days from the day I bought the truck from him and the tags were expiring in 3 days. I called back he didn’t pick up as usual, then called from another unknown number and told him that there are only 3 days left in the tags hurry up and get the truck fixed as you had promised from day 1. He said here talk the finance person (Usman/Fahd) and put him on the phone.I Told him about the whole issue and he said oh well it was sold as is. I said I know, but seems like engine light was cleared knowingly and when driven about 50 miles it came up. He said ok let me talk to the mechanic and see what I can do and will call you this evening. I said I have not been receiving calls from your sales person (Riyaaz) for a month, and hope you will call me as you are promising. He promised that he will call before closing. Again, no calls were returned next day was Thanksgiving break, I called him Friday after Thanksgiving and Usman/Fahad said this was as is and we can’t get it fixed for you. I told him the engine light was cleared and then sold as is, and I have all the text/calls records that I reported the day after buying it. I told him that I will take up the issue with dealer board association and he said You can go to anyone you want, I will not get it fixed for you.I believe he was waiting for 30 days to be completed. The reason why I say this is because Riyaaz kept on promising that he will get the problem fixed, and kept avoiding my calls. If it was the As Is issue, then he should have told me the first day when I reported the engine light. As far as I know Lemon law says that if vehicle was sold without letting the person know of defect then dealer is responsible for the repairs. Please let me know what can be done to get this issue resolved, even if you can’t do anything for my issue, please save the new customers getting ripped off and cheated by this dealer.

It would take far to many words to describe my experience; however i will try to give you the short story. We bought the car with a warranty, and a broken head unit meaning no heat or radio in the middle of winter but as a pregnant woman i was desperate for a running vehicle to get me to my appointments and so i could take my boyfriend to work. we took the car to their shop and they kept it for four days but they said they got the wrong head unit and needed the car for another one or two days, something i couldnt do because i had a doctor appointment the next day. so after getting the car and having it a day or two we found out the radiator was broken something at the time they claimed to not know about. they fixed the head unit and radiator, after having the car for four days. And now i have a car that does not start. Come to find out through the wonderful use of the internet, and thing handy dandy little device that reads codes off the car, they replaced the radiator cap, meaning they knew about a radiator problem, and that there was a safety recall for airbags on this vehicle which at the moment has yet to be determined on wether or not they fixed. There is also a code reading cylinder 3 misfire, that had at some point been deleted because there is not check engine light, had the car not stopped running i would not have known about it. When we called and notified the dealership they said that their mechanic knew about an injection problem, but had forgotten about it, and had to take the battery out when they replaced the radiator and that is why the code was deleted, however as some may know you dont take out the battery to fix a radiator. And now they say they will fix cylinder 3 but that the problem with time will effect cylinder 4, 5 and 6 and that they will not fix that. they also said that if i want it fixed i have to pay to have it towed to them. which is something i cannot afford since i now have car insurance and a car payment on a car i cannot drive. i dont know how or when i will get the car fixed, but i can promise you i will never buy a car through them again. We have caught them red handed with their lies multiple times so far, and i dont even care anymore, i just need a working car, something i believe they are unable to provided. please do yourself a favor, do not go to them. If it looks too good to be true, it is. We have contacted the Attorney Generals office and a complaint is in process and i have contacted an attorney. I hope that they can help.
