Went into Fredericksburg Thursday to look for beaded siding. Gray haired gentle said 8-10 weeks. Wasnt really helpful at all. Basically, this guy became an a$$.I showed him what siding I needed for a repair. Told me he hadnt seen this siding in 20+ yrs. my house is half that age.This is when his customer service went from poor to dont waist my time.I find out that the original company that made the siding changed the name and Mid South IS a distributor for this company. Which proves even more that during these covid times they obviously dont need the business.Stay away from Mid South-

I was put in contact with Mid South from the builder of my home. It was a new build and I can say in reading the other reviews that I agree Chris has been extremely professional and courteous on the phone. I unfortunately was put in touch with Joe Crabtree who oversees all work for Atlantic Builders, who built my home. He made changes from the design I agreed to without my authorization and ordered 3 cabinets that were wrong.I had to cut and modify new cabinets that I had just spent nearly $10,000. I was told by Joe Crabtree to specifically spend the extra money on high quality cabinets. I honestly don’t know if it’s arrogance or ignorance but I would not recommend doing business with this company if you are working with Joe Crabtree.
