Very prompt in returning a reply to my questions. I was a little surprised when I made an offer, however. I submitted a reasonable offer which would have been a good springboard for negotiating. I was given a message from the general manager that they priced their inventory very aggressively and sold everyday. They countered my offer by saying they would not budge. No problem. Get it if you can. Lots of folks willing to overpay. I just moved on!

My husband has been doing business with Classic Iron for a few years now. He has always had a great experience with having his bike serviced. My entire experience was first rate. The class was almost perfect, the instructor was very good. He made a couple of hot grueling days as much fun as anybody could. The sales guys were just incredible, they had no problem talking to me, answering all my questions even knowing there was no guarantee I was buying there. Ive visited Classic Iron since 2014. A few times a month I would go in to their store and look at their bikes, sit on them, ask details, ect... I was in the process of building my credit so I could not afford to purchase one at the time, which they knew and still where always welcoming and informative. Fast forward to 2021 my son and I took their MSF course which was absolutely fantastic! I purchased a 2005 Honda shadow 750 a few days ago from them. I chose to buy from them do to the fact every single time I came in from the very 1st day to my purchase date I was greeted with a smile asked if I needed some help and was never once ignored, which in other places I was ignored knowing I was most likely not going to buy (yup I was one of those guys). The Shadow is a dream come true for me. To finally get back on two wheels after 17 yrs feels amazing. The bike itself is in superb condition and I was never up sold or forced into paying a higher than deserved APR. In fact I thought I was going to get a higher interest rate do to my credit not being perfect so I thought, but they came to me with excellent service telling me I was in great shape and got an excellent rate (3.9%). No lies, No bad salesman type experience. Sorry so long but I figured they deserved a detailed review after years of hospitality. I will NEVER go anywhere else for a motorcycle purchase

I purchased a 2005 Suzuki Boulevard at Iron Classic in April 2020, and wasn’t to happy with the bikes reliability. I put over a $1000 in accessories on it and had to use the insurance that I payed dearly for. Well they told me any certified motorcycle shop could be used. Not true, the closest one was three hours away. They paid little more than half of what it cost and I was told when I got insurance I only had to pay the deductible. I think it was $50. I finally decided to get a better bike so I called them to see what they would offer me for it. It only had two thousand some miles put on it. I paid somewhere around 4700 for the bike and they asked, what I wanted for it? I was ready to sell it to get a better bike so I told them somewhere around 3000 or less. They called back and told me they weren’t going to make an offer, because they didn’t want to offend me. That tells me they ripped me off on the price I paid, to not want to offer about half the price for it. My opinion if you don’t want to pay a hefty price for what you get, stay away! You are going to pay a top end price for anything they sell.

I bought my first bike here, a year later I’m back for the “bigger” bike to replace it. The staff helped me find the right bike and got me on my way. Only issue was even though I was pre-approved I was asked to fill out the credit app for the same company, explanation was for ease and that my credit would not be run again. I should have known better because my credit was run twice in as many days. That was my only gripe, I would still do business with Classic Iron any time.

Second bike from Classic Iron. I’ve been looking off and on for a while.Dennis was great talking with about different things I was looking for in a bike, more specifically what I wasn’t looking for. It quickly helped narrow down what I was looking for. Which actually is a good thing because the selection is rather large and I could easily spend half a month just looking.Red was always good to talk with and help complete the paperwork portion of everything. I took the MSF course a while back and had the worst motorcycle learning experience. My instructor was Mike and he was completely unprofessional and more concerned with leaving early, and belittling, than trying to fix the issues. He seemed like a great guy but a poor instructor. I will credit him his knowledge but his idea of fixing the issue was talking to you like you’re incompetent. Bare in mind I was a brand new rider and had never ridden a motorcycle before. Had it not been for the fact that I paid a lot of money for the course and I was almost done, I would’ve left. I was not the only one in the class that had this issue and I was happy as hell when it was over.

Service Department Lacks Integrity! Took my bike in for opening season service and inspection. I always expect the up-service call but this one was a outrageous! They told me my voltage meter was bad and that it could cutoff while riding or start a fire. Repair would be $220.00 which I declined since either I or my friends can change a voltage meter for less that $50. Then they told me because I declined the service they could not inspect my bike (even after they rode it back to the service bay and back to the front when I picked it up). I hate when service departments try to rip people off and abuse the state inspection process as leverage to up-service unneeded repairs. YES- unneeded because I checked the voltage when I got home and guess what - it was normal. Lucky I didnt report them to the State Police Safety Division. Will not be using Classic Iron for anything else again!

This was my second bike threw classic iron. They found me a raider with extremely low miles. They aren’t commission based so they only concern they have is your happy with your purchase. I would strongly recommend if your buying a bike you give these guys a chance. Their basic riders course is also a great course with extremely patient instructors I took that with a friend and had a great time

I had a great experience with Classic Iron. I took the motorcycle license class here with Chris and ended up buying my 02 FXD Superglide from Red for a really good price. The people who work here are extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Super cool shop that I will continue to do business with. If you’re shopping for a license class or a Harley this is the spot to be.

Great service.! Great selection, Priced to sell no haggling.! Bikes are serviced and in great shape when you get them.! This is about the 4th bike I bought from them, you can’t hardly buy from a private person and get a better deal.! Especially after you have to get new tires, battery. And service the bike yourself.! They loaded it on my trailer showed me some tricks for tieing it down.! It rode over 70 miles without a problem.! Took it down the road.! Everything worked like it should.! You can get extra warranty with it.! That’s great for a used bike.! Especially with the cost of the charging and electric system repairs.!

Very friendly guys and knowledgeable. Was looking at one bike and the youngman told me the background of the bike. So I went looking at others. They dont try to cheat you, they tell you up front about the bikes.
