We were in Freeport, Maine and visited the Oakley Store there. Jen and her team were awesome. Jen spent so much time with us making sure we got the right pair for our baseball-playing team. She went above and beyond over the course of 2 visits and event spoke to him on the phone to explain the difference of what he wanted versus what he actually needed on the field. She was absolutely patient with us while we navigated through the purchase. Her team who cashed us out and made sure my husband got his military discount were just as efficient and friendly. We cannot thank them enough for their help with this Christmas gift.

I have visited the Oakley Vault in Freeport on many occasions and have had pleasant experiences each time. This last time, we were assisted by Cameron (737362) and he went above and beyond. He definitely desires a shoutout for his exceptional service. He spent over an hour with me and my fiancé as we shopped for prescription sunglasses and glasses. We went in with the intention of buying one pair of glasses and walked out with five. He was knowledgable and answered my many questions patiently. He gave glasses suggestions and helped us select different lenses. I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Highly recommend! Everyone is so nice and helpful, the prices are great as well as the selection. I wish I had this near my house!

The people in this store were very helpful. We bought 17 items. They checked on us a few times while shopping to see if we needed help. After our purchase they let us leave the bags there while we shopped in other stores in the plaza. Excellent customer service and excellent prices.

Your glasses are great. But on Google and on your site it says you guys are currently open and when I went 2 weeks ago and the other day you were still closed. Should really update when youll be opening rather then saying you open at 11 every day!

Cool store hidden in the middle of a shopping center, the product seems current and the staff was extremely knowledgeable. Adam was able to get me into a pair of shades that were perfect for me.The service and knowledge was exceptional.

My son Gavin custom ordered a pair of sunglasses with the help from the staff at Oakley Vault. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Later in the day my son found a different color of frames that he liked better! One phone back to the store and the staff was on it, helping him contact the right people to change his order! Thank you Oakley Vault, you have great employees!

Jake, Jordan, and Jayce were amazing! They helped me get 5 items at a great deal! I bought 2 pairs of glasses, One at regular cost and one 1/2 price (and they even gave me 10% off the regular price to sweeten the deal, and then I got some replacement lenses for 1/2 price, and a great hoodie to boot at like 40% off! They were very helpful, informative, and had lots of knowledge of the product! I love Oakleys and would not consider any other sunglasses! One of the few products that stand behind their brand!

It is a shame that this store has mixed reviews due to prices. Oakleys are expensive that and thats not the stores fault. For that matter the store actually has great prices and sales that you cant get online. As far as service; the store is extremely clean and organized and the staff was super helpful and very knowledgeable. You would think this guy was the one designing these sunglasses he knew so much about them. You dont find that in retail everyday. Ive always bought my shades online but I went in to the store because Ive never been to an Oakley outlet and ended up buying three pairs of shades. And Ive worked in sales my whole life. I wasnt swindled I am very happy with my purchase.

I worked with Jayce on a prescription pair of eyeglasses, awesome experience. A little backstory, he saw me looking and trying them on. He asked me how I liked them, I really did but wasnt in the market for new glasses. He then priced them out gave me a discount based on not yet VSP eligible. Super happy to replace my 6 year old Oakleys with a newer pair. Would go back in a second

Love this Oakley store! Only wish it had more for women.

New staff that knows nothing about the eyewear they sell. Rude attitude. Argued warranty on rx lenses despite being completely in the wrong. Lost the ability to service Rx at that location because of high turnover. Non helpful and combative staff. Former managers ran that store with precision and ELITE customer service.

Great customer service, had an issue in store ordering the pair of glasses i wanted and the guys hooked it up for me big time, good looks Oakley Vault, Freeport! Ill be back.
