Poor service. They cancelled 3 times the day they were supposed to come. Do not recommend!! I would do no stars, but it wont let me! They deserve a o for service!!

They have the best customer services and were very helpful and answered all of my questions. The office lady especially was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommended to family and friends.

It took over 2 months with 4-5 visits for them to come out and tell me my dishwasher needed to be replace then told me I would be getting a new one in a day or two. I wanted a week patiently before calling to ask questions to what was going and when the new washer was coming. The RUDE office girl told me they would call me back. I received a call from the “owner” that they were working on my machine and would let me know what was going on. I was in utter shock that now I was being told they were “trying” to repair my old washer that according to the “owner” only draining “sometimes”. When asked why was I not getting a new one he replied that “I was never told that” and proceeded to tell me that they “didn’t know what was wrong with my washer” but that “this world isn’t perfect” and couldn’t tell me when I would be getting mine back. The “owner” Continued to talk over me and gave the upright most horrible customer one could have done when his customer is only in complete shock and confusion! I could not believe the unprofessional attitude he had for himself, for the reason of his employee stating incorrect information and when asked what was the problem machine answered with “I don’t know”. I highly recommend ANYONE and EVERYONE to seek service else where! I’ll be happy to go into more detail with anyone who needs or wants to know more on my experience.
