I called and talked to Ivan over the phone and he was very helpful and professional. Came in and he told me what was wrong with the screen and gave me a good deal on the repair. Within 20 minutes he was done and was very professional and polite the whole time. Highly recommend!!

The owner of this place knew he received a bad batch of screens on the iPhone xs max and still proceeded to install the screen without hesitation. I paid 160 for the general screen which scratches and cracks easily. My phone had ghost touches and couldn’t utilize my flash from the locked screen. I have to pay 70 to fix it again. Overall its going to be $230. Be careful with the scams they are doing to their customers. They will always say its the customer fault. I would avoid this spot!!Edit: they replace the screen but the flashlight does not work properly it is going to be inconvenient and it should be working properly.

The first time was cool,but after that they were talking around the problem. Wouldnt explain nothing clearly! Took over $200 from my daughter. Had to go and resolve the issue. I told them that I was going to report them to the Better Business Beau because of their communication skills and their employee Brandon told me that they where not going to do anything! So maybe I suggested that I talk to my lawyer? I dont know if it is because of my race or what but they need better customer service when it comes to certain situations. I dont recommend this place!

I came here to get my iPhone screen replaced mind ypu I have a toddler and my screen took a good 10-20 falls before it gave. The same night that it was replaced it took a fall and the entire screen blacked out so not only did I have to take it back the very next day because my phone no longer operated. I got charged for another screen to b replaced. As I was waiting the second time I asked to see some of the phones that were for sale in the case and the guy was so rude he kept asking me why I wanted to see the phones and asked are you gonna buy a phone I replied maybe. And I asked why is it weird that I would like to see the phones and then told him never mind I’m not buying a phone from you. After they “replaced” my screen my Face ID no longer worked so I took it somewhere else to have it looked at and was told that my tiny cable used for Face ID was damaged and so that will cost me as well. And they also charge two different prices for screens one being an “Apple” screen and other being a cheaper quality. When I was told by another location that APPLE WILL NOT SELL THEIR PRODUCTS. So yeah I did not have a good experience. I paid them over 300.00 in two days and then got treated like I was trying to rob them of the iPhones that were in the case.

Took my iPhone X in for a new battery, and they managed to break the Face ID so it no longer works. Glad I paid them to break my phone. Wasted hours of my time, took my money and broke my phone. Go somewhere else.

I initially informed that I needed the back of my iphone X fixed and there were some issues with the phone not working right. After picking up the phone, back fixed still have the same issue. I took it back in, they said it was just because of applications. I picked it back up, still same problem. If you could not fix the phone dont waste our time and our money. Why would I pay to get a phone fix and cant even use it. Not going back, but they have great prices for just broken screen. If its internal dont bother taking it in.

Brought in my ipad mini 4 for repair. Apple store closed during Covid. My ipad mini 4 was holding a charge and I did diagnostic check through Apple and Best buy told was only the battery needed changing was at 62%.Called Cellfix because Apple store was closed and I didnt want to ship it and Best Buy would not replace battery only. Cellfix guy said they could replace ipad mini 4 battery. When I brought in my ipad it was showing low charge. Cellfix didnt diagnose in front of me told me they would do a physical diagnostic. They called me back and told me I needed a new battery.So I let them order me a new battery. A week later Brandon called and said my ipad was not able to be fixed the new battery would not take a charge. That the brain of my ipad was dead. Cellfix destroyed my ipad when I gave it to them the ipad was still showing a charge.

Just had a great experience with this company. Went in thinking my charging port needed to repaired and expected to pay. Their tech found some lint inside the port and cleaned it for free. I’m sure most other companies would have found a reason to charge me. This is a good honest company.

I arrived at the business shortly after noon on Sunday with a shattered S10 plus. Chris assessed the damage and quickly determined that it was fixable. Chris honestly informed me that the cost of repair was slightly higher than most phones because of the model. Chris was able to repair it in about an hour. This business, and especially Chris, is awesome.

Stopped in to have the charging port repaired on an old phone. It turned out that it only needed to be cleaned. Apple would have charged $319 to even look at my frozen iPhone. CellFix had it fixed in 20 minutes and charged $10. They were even able to save all of my pictures and information!!!! My laptop screen cracked and I couldn’t use it anymore. Being a college student, my laptop is my life. I went here and Ivan helped me out. Very pleased with Brandon’s service. I had a trouble with the speaker on my phone, couldn’t hear the person at the other end. Before anything he did a visual inspection and noticed it was clogged. He told me he would clean it out first and see if that did anything before opening up the phone, within 3 minutes he was out. Month ago I went to replace my broken screen, they asked me if I wanted after market 150 n 200 for original, I told the after market is fine . I noticed the screen was all scratched up but I didnt say anything because because I thought thats what after market meansNow my phone went off on meSo I took it to them to see why went black, they called me after an hour and said the screen need be replaced because its all scratched up,I told them you guys just changed it for me last month and it was like that and the guy on the phones he told me straight up you are laying we dont do that and he goes what you want to do 200 for original n 150 for after market n I told him no dont do anything Ill come pick it up, so I went there n I tried to explain the situation and literally he dont want listen to me and he throw the on the counter n kept going to the backSo thats why I think they are seems like a scam and u dealing with thugs and bulliesI really dont recommend any one to go that place because its a v bad experience

UPDATED!!!When I went into the store they basically “forced” my review. He told me to unlock my phone, went to my camera and he basically cliked on the 5 star and all of the options. Luckily I was able to find it and update it.My son took his iphone X because his screen was cracked. They told him it was an easy fix, we waited 15 minutes and paid $270.00. Screen looked great and respoded well but a few days after we noticed that the screen would malfunction. His phone would go dark and essentially he wasn’t able to do anything on it. The first time it happened we just gave it 20 minutes and the phone went back to normal. The second time this occured the phone never was able to start back up. This all happened while my son was under Warranty. Knowing this, We took the phone back to them so they can hopefully fix it. They looked at it and actually said it was their fault so they would take full responsibility and fix it. 3 full days later, my son calls to get an update and they told him that the phone is unfixable. They also mentioned that this happened because of HIS doing. Putting the blame all on him. Apparently the mother board was fried even before they fixed it but failed to even mention that until it was convinent for them. Super unhappy with the way they handled this situation, they failed to take any responsibility for what happened. My sons phone has never had that issue before. All we are walking away with is a broken iphone x that is unrepairable.
