If there was choice to rate zero stars I would. It took them nearly 3 days to fixed my phone. They said they would call but they didnt however. when I got my phone I notice a small delay with the phones sound. but hey I was just happy to have my phone fix. Day 2 of having my phone, I sat it down facedown then picked back up. the screen on the inside was messed up. I have sat my phone down many of times. so i bring my phone back and she says i dropped my phone when clearly my brother was right there with me when my phone was sat down by me. So cell toys thanks for taking my 135.00$.

They sold me fake counterfeit AirPod pros I took them over to apple because they stopped working the very next day and was informed they were not real the serial number on the air pods do not match the serial number on the box and neither is real this was in oct and they have yet to do anything about it I am getting the law involved as it is illegal in the state of California

They over charge for products... and they lie about prices ...and lie about phones .. i was over charged $70 ...

Just shattered my galaxy 9 plus took it in a couple hours ago, they were quick, professional, and honest, my cell phone looks like new again and they returned the $ 50 back to my credit card. Thank you Cell Toys

I took my iPhone XR to fix my broken screen and they STOLE my battery and replaced it with one that did not work and died super fast. I watched videos on how to replace iPhone XR batteries then took it in to a different shop and asked them if they could check for me if my battery had been replaced. The other shop opened my phone in front of me and right off the back the original iPhone battery tabs were missing. they took my battery off and after market adhesive had been added to the bottom of my battery. I am 1,000,00% positive that they STOLE my battery. F this place. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

I had purchased a used Samsung S10 and it was locked to Sprint. I asked multiple phone stores in Fresno how much it would cost to unlock it, and every other quote was between $200-$250, and one of them wasnt even sure if they could. I called Cell Toys and within 5 mins they said they could unlock it and it would only cost $150. I gave them my phone to unlock and told me they would call me when it was ready. I received a call from them no more than 30 mins later. I gave Cell Toys 5 stars for friendly, professional, competitive, and rapid service. I highly recommend Cell Toys for all of your cellular needs!

How much do you guys charge to unlock a iphone 7 ?

Called in to see if this business would purchase my 2 iPhones new in box still sealed because they were for my family and wife and I ended up splitting before I wanted to surprises them. Thinking I would sell my 2 iPhones I use myself, which are one model previous if not able to obtain a number I liked on the new in box phones. He made me feel like I had stole them or something But soon as I mention I have them because of my family ended up separated and they are currently registered on my account but I paid them in full so they are unlocked, he immediately said he was not interested or had to pass then. Cause I have them legally? Because they are brand new sealed in the box and unlocked because I enjoy traveling outside the US or is it because I had a cheating always yelling wife that I left for the best interest of the kids? Very odd reasoning and why needed my personal reasons for having the phone new in the box is beyond me. How about they are new, sealed and imei is fine. I guess Im more used to the Clovis customer service not the Manchester.
