This place is fantastic. Really like that they have all the equipment that Samsung factory does and they have to refurbish the phone back to factory if you crack the screen. That means new battery and everything its like a brand new phone when youre done. And if you have Asurion insurance its only $29 deductible. New phone for $29 cant beat that. This is place to get your stuff fixed for sure.

It is a small customer service area but do not under estimate it!! I did love the experienced staff that are knowledgeable about the different things I brought in! They said it would take about two weeks but it was done within that same week so I was surprised!! They work hard and fast! I also got a call about what happened and how they fixed it and offered advice and warranty!!

Went to Visalia first, they advised me they didn’t have the parts required & when I asked about a Fresno location the tech called & verified that they had a new screen for my phone & time to fix it. When I got to the Fresno store they thoroughly discussed my options to ensure I was getting the best deal & would be happy and got right to it. If my phone breaks again I’m coming HERE!

Honestly one of the best experience Ive had with phone repairs. They came to me and were so professional about the service. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything about their process and repair. In less then 20 minutes my phone was back Im my hand like brand new again 1 year warranty and all. Higher reccomend if anybody need there cracked screen repaired.

Fixed my phone fast! Had it just over an hour and texted then called to let me know it was ready. They are really nice too. It was expensive but no more than all the others I called. Just over $300 to replace my screen. Stings, but much cheaper than replacing the whole phone with another quality phone. Hope I never have to go back, but I will if I do something careless and break it again. The bigger the screen the more expensive it is to replace.

This place is totally dependant on w who is working that day. Sadly the person I met with didnt want to help me with downloading updating files. Its beyond me but he says its samsung job. I offered to pay him. Another person on the phone had told me the opposite, they could fix it and damaging would pay them to help me. So I left with nothing. No help.

BUYER BEWARE! So I went to them because my battery charge Port on my iPhone had completely stopped working. I thought it was really strange that the lady receiving my phone asked me twice for my passcode. I asked her why it was necessary for her to have that access when all I need is new charge I port. She then brushed it off and concluded my order. 3 hours later I was headed home with my phone. This is where things get interesting. I brought my phone for the charge port 2 months ago and now my phone will not charge AGAIN! Did they even replace the port the first time? Or did they do some industry insider trick to save parts/labor and take my money? Avoid this place. They are well dressed and the store looks great but they are not good people. Believe me! Hey

They reset my phone even though it was a new app from Verizon causing my phone to consume large amounts of data. I was not happy about it, but that is what fixed my phone. Thank you for helping me. These guys are the best, and know their stuff. I will definitely return.

Do not bring your phone here. I went in for a simple battery replacement and they ended up replacing the screen, back cover, and charging port which only caused more issues. All of the additional services they provided were completely unnecessary. The only thing wrong was the battery. I had to spend 1.5 hours after the pickup time (total of 3.5 hours) the first time I took my phone. When I realized their repairs caused more issues I brought it back and it took 2 hours for that repair. I was told I may have a main board issue but they had no way to know for sure and I might end up needing a new phone. They blamed it on the age of my phone. My phone was working perfectly fine before I brought it here. It seems like unnecessary replacements are a common thing in the reviews. I trusted the good reviews but now I know it is a gamble to bring your devices here.

My wife dropped her phone face down and resulted in the screen becoming as described with bleeding pixels. I looked up repair shops and contacted uBreakiFix. They repaired it in the 2 hours they said, used original manufacturer parts, and the cost was fair. My wife got her phone back the same day. Thats what us Americans like - quality work at a fair price with courtesy and professional people.

UBREAKIFIX:Replaced screen and new battery on a note 9.Great service, complete in 1.5 hours.Only gripe was the phone was covered with fingerprints, a 30 sec. wipe down and it would have looked brand new.

Have an iPhone X that had been dropped a million times....and had proven to be able to hold up great...never showing a scratch or a blemish....the one time device was unable to recover was when it got dropped on a stamped concrete sidewalk outside....the texture of the sidewalk seemed to be the screens worst nightmare.. I was actually still impressed with how the device had held up and performed in the nearly two years I used it. I made an appt to have a tech stop by and replace the glass...entire experience went great...everything was handled in a timely, professional, organized process...screen was replaced..without any problems or issues....I could not have been happier..I was in total shock when the first time the device was dropped onto my bathroom floor..the replacement screen cracked . The quality and durability of the replacement screen was terrible...totally disappointed

Staff was friendly and I was happy to save a ton of money by taking my phone here. I would have given 5 stars the only complaint I have is they told me to come pick my phone up at 2pm, I arrived at 2:41 and she told me wait 15 more minutes for them to preform a test, I came back in 10 and another employee told me to wait 30 more minutes. I know estimating time isnt always easy, just dont get too set on the wait times that they quote.

My time slot was sometime between 9am and 11am. At about 10:45 the tech called to say he was running a bit behind. He was very polite and apologetic. I waited awhile to take my phone in because I was apprehensive of what would happen to my phone after they replaced my screen. When I went in I was reassured that my phone is in good hands. I noticed the signs that they were approved Samsung repair shop. I asked about privacy, and they said they take privacy seriously. When I got phone back, It was like a whole new phone! I dropped off my phone at 1045am and was told 2 hours max. At 2, I called and was told another 30 minutes. I went into the office at 4 and was asked to sit and wait another 30 minutes. Then they brought my phone out, and they had replaced more than just the broken screen. They replaced the back glass and the glass for my camera, when I said that part wasnt broken, I was told, oh its on us. But I lost my tempered glass protector on my camera glass when they replaced it. My phone is working great now, no issues after replacing the screen. But I just had an overall negative experience with them.

First and Foremost, they were courteous, professional and set me w/ the right timeframe so while I was waiting for my screen to be replaced on my Samsung Galaxy S8+, I could go complete other errands I had to do. Although I did not have a repair done here, the customer service was excellent. Called many places in town for electronics soldering and only this location referred me to a business that actually did what I needed done. Every other small electronics repair business in town refused to refer me to the correct business. So grateful for the integrity of UBreakiFix. I was also told that they are working on getting their electronics soldering certificate, so hopefully soon there will be more options for this in Fresno. Appreciate you guys and would definitely do business here in the future.

They weren’t rude just very unhelpful, told me my phone was unfixable beyond repair, had pictures of passed loved ones with my kids in it so I asked what I could do they referred me to a data recovery company that was going to charge me 2,000 so I took it to a local guy that works out of his house and he fixed my phone in 15 minutes all he did was put a new battery in it for 80$ Ubreakifix is a joke

Absolutely 1ST Rate Business. My Iphone 8 had become un-useable. Locked out 1/2 of screen visible. LCD Screen from top to bottom. Time to purchase a new or renewed fully unlocked phone & connect with my provider. Thought I will buy a new phone and give to girlfriend. take hers and connect to my provider. My phones live hard life. May break again soon and be out $600.00 . She keeps a gentle hand on phone. Saw ubreak and booked appnt. Walked in, $100. bucks quote. 2 hours later fixed perfect. no password info, no wait on parts, no gimmicks. bit of cash & 120 minutes. as nu iphone 8. wish they repaired Cars too. !!

I was scheduled to have a cracked phone screen repaired and, after taking my phone for over 3.5 hours, they never contacted me to let me know that the insurance company had not updated my request to drop my phone off at their location. After I picked it up with no repair, I was scheduled to bring the phone back the next afternoon. They informed me the next morning that my phone could not be repaired because it was made in an international location. Seriously? The MAJORITY of the phones are made internationally! When one is working and taking time off work to do these transactions, youd think these folks would deliver good service, especially since they dont have as much business due to the pandemic!

If I could give this place 0 star I would. This is by far the worst service and customer service Ive ever received. I want here to get my phone fix per my phone carrier. When I went back to pick up my phone there were marks on my phone and the screen on my phone was not sitting flush. He told me it was because of the adhesive used to put the screen back on. He the proceed to argue with me that all of the scratches were my doing. He processed my account, marked it as repaired, and printed my receipt. Before I moved from the counter I tried turning my phone on and it would not turn on. I asked him what did they replaced and his response was the screen and the battery. The screen was not broken and the battery was working just fine. Once we got the phone to turn on I told him I brought the phone in because it kept on rebooting itself. He then inform me to tell my carrier since I was on the phone with them that it was not repaired and they need to send me my replacement. I asked him to make a notation that the phone was not repaired since he already processed it. I guess he didnt because my carried only got the notation that it was repaired. Thank goodness I didnt have to pay for any of the repairs and my carrier is still sending me a replacement phone.

I was able to make an appointment for an employee to come out to my house on a Sunday afternoon. He arrived on time (appointment was 3-5 and he arrived at around 3 PM). He was kind and introduced himself and stated that they will take the phone to their work vehicle and would bring it back within around 30 minutes. He was able to complete the repair in under that time. He explained what he did in regards to the phone and how it should function post repair. The phone looks brand new once again and we have had no issues. Great and convenient service. Would recommend to others.

I cracked the screen on my phone when I filed a claim with Verizon the gave me the option to have the repair at my home. We chose that route. The person that came to the house was very professional took the phone to their van and in about 20 minutes the repair was complete. It was fast, easy and very convenient. I would recommend.

My wife and I took in our phones for repairs as walk in customers. I had my Samsung note phone screen replaced and my wife had her iPhone rear camera replaced, all within 2.5 hrs. My laptop was not working properly. Come to find out it was just the cord. They didn’t try to sell me anything which was sooo refreshing! The diagnostic test was free!!! I would definitely recommend!

The customer service and 2 hour window was great until we went in to pick up and they said it would cost an additional $60 becuase they didn’t have the original quoted screen for replacemenrb. There was no call to ask if we could wait for the original screen to come or if we wanted up graded they took it upon themselves and then asked for me to payFor it. In the end they only charged of the original quotes new screen. The upgraded screen seems to have issues in lag time though and I’m not sure why. I have to take it back under their warranty so that is not a great aspect of my experience.

Guy came, retrieved my phone and said to give him about 45 minutes. He came back sooner and my phone was like brand new! It was super clean as well!! These guys are amazing! I ran over my phone with a 3000 lb vibrating roller compactor. Thats a steel drum shaking around smashing my galaxy s10 into already compacted road base. They revived the thing! Its honestly good as new. They also replaced the battery for no extra charge. So better than before i broke it. I turned my phone in right before closing and picked it up before noon the next day too.

Really pleased to hear the have free diagnostic check on on my Xbox. They said they would keep me up to date with my console on what’s going on. What’s wrong with it. I gave them my phone number so they could text me. They told me it would be $80 fix at most but will be a two week wait. Okay cool. A week and a half goes by not once did I get text about them sending my Xbox to a different location, did not call me to tell me what was wrong with it or when it was ready for pick up. I had to contact them multiple times to find out it was transferred, when they were going to get started on it, when they picked it back up and brought into their store. They told me it was a $200 repair. Would definitely not recommend this store at all.The manager did not once say he was sorry about the inconvenience.I got my Xbox back two weeks and I finally got my second text from them which was for this review.
