I enjoy my phone as many people do, and I try my best to take care of it, and one very important part of that is getting a screen protector. I used to buy them online or at some store but ever since I discovered Invisible Shield, I really havent left them because its a great product and it has saved my phones screen countless times. I have the plastic shield which works perfectly with my Note8, I want to try the glass but they order it and Im more of a instant gratification kind of person, but I will definitely be trying it after my current one wears out. Thank you!

I love them. Theyre great but Ive been trying to contact them for the past week to check availability for my phones protector and they never answer. I dont want to be driving 45+ minutes for nothing.

Great customer service. Chris is very helpful, really went above and beyond for me. Definitely will be back when my screen protector breaks again. He needs a raise.

Always find what I need, but todays experience; the store was too hot, very uncomfortable & had to shorten my purchasing.

DO NOT GO HERE!I purchased a screen protector from here immediately after buying my S10 and they told me to be careful with it for 24 hours so that it would apply correctly. They also said if the screen protector doesnt apply well that they would replace it free if charge.It never sealed around the edges and got a bunch of bubbles underneath. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to go let them replace it.They then told me $8 for a replacement. I told them they said it would be free if it didnt seal right - whatever. Here is $8.Second time around and 2 weeks later my screen protector is getting bubbles and peeling up from the sides again. After paying $35 I wont be going back here for this garbage product.

Only have for the current phones. If u dont have an Iphone X or Galaxy 10. Dont waste your time.

Best protectors there are! I dont have an iPhone but they have a machine to cut out my protector right then and there if they dont have it! Theyre my go to place for sure

Kiosk employee was helpful, but the product is terrible. Cracked the day I got it for my S9. I didnt drop it, it cracked while it was in my purse. Have had it about 1 month now and there are 4 radiating cracks in it now, and I still have not dropped my phone

This place is the best. Love this kiosk. I got 2 iPhone Xs and wanted great protection. This is the place to get it. I got 2 glass screen protectors and Chris installed it for me. Awesome dude. Hes super chill and very helpful. I went about 2 mins before closing and he was more then happy to install my glass. He even stayed after to finish them. Cant ask for anything better then that. Chris is a great example of superior customer service. Ill forever get my phones protection from Invisible shield in fashion fair. Thanks Chris for the awesome experience. Everyone on here is crying because they don’t have the screen protector they need or because they don’t answer the phone or my favorite “ I waited 30 mins for them to come back and when they came back they didn’t have what I needed.” Lol really! So there not suppose to take breaks EVER! Come on kids, when making a review, make it a legitimate one.

Two is pretty high rating for this BusinessIf we had negative rating I would give them a negative rating this employee is never here or is on a constant break have what you need! Go somewhere else!

Multiple times I’ve came here to get a screen replaced and there would be a “be back at 6:30” sign. It’s now 7:00 and the employee has yet to return from their extended break.

With every iPhone release, I make Invisable Shield my next stop, its the ONLY place I trust to have my device protected! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, Im usually there before the weekend for my replacements which come with a life-time warranty, its awesome!

Good product but warranty will charge you for replacements without authorization. BEWARE!

Had to wait 30 minutes for employee to return to kiosk and then they did not have the replacement I needed. Because they did not have what I needed I had to pay to have one shipped and have no screen protector for over a week.

Called 2x and left 2 voicemails. No answer and no callback. Walked right up to the kiosk and his feet was on the table leaning back and playing on his phone... Asked him for a screen protector and nope.... Without even checking just said that he doesnt have any... Do you mean to tell me that you dont carry anything? Owners should be making random stop ins and calls... On their employees.

Horrible service i have been calling abd leacing msgs for the last two weeks with no call back. I have also been trying to get my privacy screen replaced and i have gone there in person 3 times and they never have it. I live far from there so its hard for me to continue to drive there just to be rold they dont have it and then they never answer

Warranty exchange fee is ridiculous, and customer service is a joke. All negative reviews are true. Why have a phone listed when no one answers.

Have tried to get a glass iPhone 6+ screen protector replaced 3 times under warranty, they never have them in stock.
