I wanted to make sure to give a HUGE thanks to SUE ELLEN! She was so amazing and fast and bright! I had 5 days of headaches trying to get our new line to set up it was frustrating to say the least. I walked in at my wits end and got Sue Ellen, she was fast and attentive saw my frustration and didnt even flinch she just got me up and going. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE! (nobody else tried helping like she did the previous 5 days online customer service).

I did not enjoy being treated as a contaminated person, especially by someone far less health conscious. However, there was a young lady who defused the situation and treated us like human beings. Perhaps they assumed we were homeless? All the same, we left a bit happier than when we arrived.Side note: We are not homeless, we just dont subscribe to the ways people should look.
Staff in the actual store are fine, any other xfinity interaction (phone call, through the app, etc.) Is absolutely terrible. Getting through to them is a huge nightmare. Ive had the worst experiences with getting home internet only at xfinity. If you can handle the ridiculous support staff online and on the phone, then good luck!
Check in was immediate upon walk in.. Wait time was about 10ish minutes. The gentlemen helping me was pleasant, engaging, and helpful with answering my questions. Did not take long to receive my item..I believe in total it was 25-30 minutes if that from start to finish.
There is no parking reserved for the store so you have to park a long walk away. Then when you get there they will not let you in the store without a facemask. I am done with any business that does not respect that I have the covid immunizations.

My client needed a new router. Tried calling for weeks to get someone to help fix. I just showed up with old/got a new one. Requested that someone come out and install. That was a WEEK ago, still waiting. My client is 91 YEARS OLD. .
I stopped in after calling the 800 number and being no showed, the staff was super friendly and apologetic even though it wasnt their error they went above and beyond and scheduled me an appointment the very next day and even provided me a free upgrade to my router!
I was surprised by the super fast service, they even asked my name and called me by it. Nice personal and quick service. Im not find of River Park due to the traffic and parking, but it wasnt too bad.

Check to see if they have equipment before travelling to the store.I went to the store to replace equipment. I waited for my turn which was not unreasonable. When I was served, I was told the equipment was not in stock. I asked why? I was told it was because of the holiday week end and there was no delivery of equipment. I asked if the store was aware of the holiday in advance and why didnt they stock properly? I asked if they could call me when the equipment came in. I was told they could not call me. Now I must make an unnecessary trip. It does not seem unreasonable to expect a competent company to anticipate supply limitations and adjust accordingly. Please make the appropriate adjustments.

Bad customer service had to wait 30 minutes to return a cable box! The gentleman in the front “Walter” seemed more interested in flirting with the young ladies inside the store. Next time I need to return any equipment I’ll just go to the UPS!
Shout out to Diego for excellent customer service. He greeted us right as we walked in, explained the deals that were in the price range we were looking at, and answered all of our questions clearly. We changed our service from just Internet to Triple Play and everything went smoothly. Will definitely return here if ever needed.

Not sure why all the bad reviews here. Ive always been taken care of and treated with respect when I visit. Every time my current contract is about to expire I come in and they either save me money on my new contract or give me more goodies for about the same amount. No complaints here!!
Really should be 0 stars. Also, being completely honest, I believe that I have NEVER posted a negative review. It is not worth my time. That said, I could write a book on my 15 year history with Comcast ($20,000 of bills later as a small business customer), but Ill keep it short, avoid Comcast at costs. From customer service to technical support to billing - there is not one thing I can say that has been positive. You are making a mistake using this company and their services.

Wanted to make some changes in our service. So we went into the Comcast store. We spoke with Joel, who was extremely helpful and patient. Walked away happy.
Terrible customer service. Requested month to month internet service twice while in store, and the representative signed me up on a year contract without my consent. Even when I was signing my name on the dotted line I asked, Is this a contract? and he replied, No. Found out later while I was on the phone with tech support that I was on a contract when the modem wasnt working properly. I contacted Xfinity again explaining the situation that the rep had disregarded what I had said and fraudulently signed me up on a contract. Xfinity told me that I had cancelled my service and was required to pay for the first month. After about two more calls to their billing department and customer service they waved the first month and cancelled my service. Also, just an observation of their outside facilities they are very sloppy with installation. They leave there wires completely exposed to the elements. Save yourself some time and go with a utility company that provides internet service, and that is federally and state regulated.

I went to go purchase the iPhone X. As i was done with the process and was about to pay i was told that their systems were down and couldn’t process my payment. So i go back a few days later to try again and purchase the phone. I was able to purchase the phone but then was told i cannot have my old number so i had to get a new one. I was also told I’m eligible for a 200 gift card for the purchase of an IPhone. When i went to redeem i was told i was supposed to keep my old number in order to receive it and whomever told me that was incorrect. But due to xfinitys customer service i was able to receive the $200. Basically don’t go to this store if you don’t have to.
Very busy, but they have a good system where they sign people in as they come in and call them up. Felt bad cus they were almost near closing time but so many people came in. They probably didn’t close till 9.
Employees were prompt and courteous. Make an appointment and youll be in and out quickly.

I wish I had a better experience but opening an xfinity account was a Pandora’s box of issues, now learned how bad people are being treated by this company and we work hard for internet and tv services, don’t get xfinity if you can. Go with AT&T even if these other companies have issues they don’t treat you as Terrible as xfinity for those who have xfinity and haven’t had issues, just wait . Their billing department is completely incompetent and they outsource their technicians who are completely incompetent. Rant over . Glad I got out of the contract and returned equipment because they did me so wrong .

Canceling today. Their billing is the worst. Not accurate statements, we pay. Then get hit with another bill in the same month because (their words) “their system wasn’t updated” we pay our bills on time or early to keep on track. This literally happens every month. Soooo done with this company.

Comcast Business is the worst to work with. Choke you out on high bills won’t let you out of your contract. Needs a sixty day written notice to cancel. When I call for price reduction or to cancel they will hold you to the remaining of your contract and threaten to sue your business. By all means do not do business with this snake in the grass.
It seems that everyone who left a poor review, for the most part, doesnt understand how business works. I dont mean Xfinity specifically, but rather all business ever, everywhere. That said, I have been a Comcast customer for 15 years. Sure, like with any service, there have been issues along the way. But with a little patience, and basic logic, I have never had an issue resolving matters to my satisfaction. And you know what? It IS expensive. But look at the service quality of every single competitor. You recieve precisely what you pay for. Fast, stable internet offered at a wide range of speeds. Beautiful high definition cable television. Even the home phone service, which I had for a short while, is reliable and clear. I gave Xfinity Mobile a shot last year, and since the service shares coverage with Verizon network, I have service literally everywhere. And with the Xfinity free wifi that permeates every major metro area, I use little to no data, which keeps my phone bill a whopping $12 every month (note, that the bill is more, but only because I am paying monthly for my exquisite Samsung Note9). In an hour, I am going to walk into their Riverpark store, and walk out with the Note 10+, because upgrading is a breeze with Xfinity. Sprint and AT&T be damned. So listen, take poor reviews with a grain of salt. Most complaints are foolish. Some appear to have a bit of validity, but clearly, the customers in question lacked patience, and most importantly, an understanding of how to conduct professional and effective business communication.

Beware of contract. Im aving to move out of state for work to a location not serviced by Comcast and now having to pay a $240 early termination fee because I must break my contract. I would have kept service if they serviced my area. So Comcast has turned a frankly happy customer into a unhappy customer who will never recommend nor use their service again because they are taking advantage of me having to move to a location for work that is not serviced by Comcast.

I was very nervous to order Comcasts service, given their reputation, but when I walked into the store, I was greeted and helped immediately. Super smooth pick up and installation process, which I did myself in a matter of minutes. Solid hardware and cables too. Im impressed! So far, only one connection drop, but Im willing to call it a fluke.If you visit this store, you can expect an exceptional level of service, and an open atmosphere, compared to other providers Ive worked with. Finally, an ISP who does not design their office based on the DMV. I conducted the majority of my transaction with an associate on a store-owned mobile device. Do that.Also, be polite, and theyll return that kindness.
I dont know Ive never been here in but Ive talked to some of the employees cuz they come over to where I work which is right behind them and theyre really nice sweet people so theyre probably really great to their customers too check them out
Those customers service reps dont know anything, they raised their voices and treat people like if we knew how the programming works, over the phone they tell you something and at the store something totally different. I dont recommend Xfinity by river park. 1 star..

Comcast service itself is great, this specific store does not represent their services by any means. I waited 1.5 hours because their method of calling names is substandard and you cant hear them call your name and me and my son were approached by 2 reps and asked if we what was needed and let them know how long we had been waiting, and they walked away saying they would get me help next.....30 minutes later nothing, so me becoming more irritated by the lack of them caring I went to the check in kiosk and entered my name 10 times.....10 minutes later I was finally called. I expressed my frustrations, she did not seem to care as she was one that abandoned me the first time I asked what was going on. I almost felt discriminated against for being white, one of the African american employees seemed to ignore me completely after he approached me and I asked why I had not been called to simply swap a modem and he diapered and never made eye contact with me again as if were not even there! WOW! After I left I called Comcast customer care, they expressed their apologies and said this store has had many complaints and they credited me $40 on my bill. I am a 15 year customer. how I was treated at this specific store was simply poorly trained staff to recognize when a customer is verbally asking for assistance.

Comcast refused to service my new house, in the middle of my contract with them. The ability to service my new house wasnt the issue, though. Its the fact that they forced me to pay early termination fees because of their lack of service. HORRIBLE customer service on top of it.

The employees in the store lied to me! I went in to see if I could get a better rate on my service! Paying $165/month for 3 lines of unlimited talk, text, and data. Plus, for the phones. I have had the service for a year and I cant get on the internet with my iPhone 8plus when I am not within wi-fi range and I get dropped calls. So, I went in and paid all of our phones completely off, I asked the agents when the phones would be unlocked so that I could go to another mobile carrier, they told me within 24 to 48 hours. Well that was last Thursday, it is now Monday and I when I tried to sign up with another carrier they were still locked.I texted Xfinity about the phones still being locked and they told me I had to wait 50 days from the time I paid them off until they would be unlocked. So, basically another billing cycle and a half.Dont go to Xfinity!
Came into the service center @ River Park in Fresno on a Monday morning and it was pretty quick and painless. Fortunately I had the day off of work to get this done so I am grateful for that. Staff was kind and helpful. The self check in using the Ipad at the door was nice and really convenient. They had 3 or for TVs to watch while you waited in case you forgot phone. There was some seating but with the size of the space, I think they could use a bit more in case it gets really busy especially for people bringing equipment in.
Pleasantly surprised I expected it to be a hassle to turn in my equipment! I didnt even need an appointment! Too easy!
Service sucks. I am a long standing customer and waited an eternity just to swap my modem. Entered name into an ipad and name was never called. A guy in the far corner may have called my name but only once then went onto another customer. Never received a text message for being next in line. This service center is GARBAGE!

I never wrote any complains on the internet before, but this place has the worst customer service! its beyond acceptable!I came to ask for internet plans because I want a cheaper plan. A Hispanic male (age around 30-38) told me that I cant see it. I asked him why. Then, he told me that internet plans arent on his computer. He also said something like... if you want to change to cheaper plan, bring in your TV box, then we will talk about the plans. Extremely rude staff. Worst customer service. Guess what? You just lost a customer.

When you need to pick something up from the store. There is no phone number. It gives you the 1800 no. So you cant see if your remote is there.
