Everything is expensive if you rent to own, so i decided to do the 3 months same as cash and bought a washer. Im going back to purchase matching dryer.

Ive gotten literally my whole house set from this rent a center, from washers and dryers to couches. quality furniture, not all of us can cash out on quality items but thats what theyre here for. The payment plans are easy and they help figure out what works best for you.

I have never had any problem with them. They are very helpful if its not in stock they try to find it. The only thing that I can complain about is there calling back but I understand theyre busy. They have always been polite and respectful and they set it up if I need them to.

Dont shop at this rent a center purchase several items from them and didnt have a problem until now when they tried more then once to bring me used furniture when we ask and wanted new. And now instead of exchanging the broke couch for the new one they expect me to not only pay for broke furniture but are now claiming it has bed bugs. I have lived in this apartment for 13 years and have never had a bed bug problem if these couches has bed bugs it came from them. Will never again used rent a center especially this one.

Everytime I called, they said could you please hold for a second everytime
