The young lady behind the counter. Marissa was outstanding. She was very attending,polite and knowledgeable. I was impressed by her ability to multi task with a number of clients. She was at the time the only employee in store but was doing the best she could. I imagine with some help the wait times may not be to long. I believe Marissa is tremendous employee to this company

This place is hell and the people hire by this place is not trained in work .They are very rude and unsupportive. They don’t value the customer and their time.I placed the order and get the confirmation but when I visited the store after 7 days to pick my order than they said there is no such order was placed.When these things happen they didn’t face u and help u just make excuses and nothing.

So first off, I was very hesitant about switching over from AT&T to another carrier, as Ive been with them for many years. Verizon members had answered all my questions quickly and politely to help put my mind at ease. The day I decided to switch I was instantly greeted as soon as I walked into the facility but not only one, but ALL staff members. I took a seat to wait my turn in line, and one salesmen by the name of Diana, had came to help me. She was very polite, and professional. Diana helped explain to me the variety of plans I could choose from, and helped pick one based off my preferences and needs. She worked tirelessly to transfer my phone and phone number, as well as both my family members, to our new account, even though the customer service of AT&T was horrible, and they were trying to give us the run around, she did not stop until my request was fulfilled. I was also greeted by Michael, Marisa, and another gal, whos name escapes me at the moment (started with an A). All of the staff members were very helpful and exceptional. When everything was said in done, I left a very satisfied customer! My family and I are proud members of the Verizon family now, and the phones work perfectly on the new network! Love the plans we chose and many other options. Location, Staff, efficiency, environment, all 10/10!

There was only one team-member working and service was extremely slow. The showroom had very few phones or accessories on display and the products that were displayed had no prices. After waiting an hour (even though the store was empty) the rep was unable to assist us due to limited product knowledge. The visit to this location was a complete waste of time.

I Just got denied service without even being asked what I needed help with. I was going to buy a new phone but I guess he doesn’t want to make a sale. Store originally closes at 8p but there was a sign that said it was closing at 7p instead. I had 20 mins to spare before the store closed. Whatever his loss. Literally the worse customer service ever.

When I say the guys who work here are chill, I mean they are chill, I walked in with friends to get a phone, we end up talking with this guys about marvel, star wars and cobra kai. guy had nice shoes and the place is clean.

Im 69 years old and tried to handle things on the phone. Being unsuccessful I was forced to go into the store. I waited 20 minutes out side. While waiting a young man ran into the store grabbing items and then ran out. The young employee and another customer came out and took pictures of the car he got into. This young woman, Verizon employee, was very professional and kept the situation under control. I feel she should never have been alone in the store...the store is big enough to have another employee with her...I didnt get her name, but she was amazing..the situation was very frightening to me...

This store has the BEST service. I have been to multiple Verizon stores in Fresno, Madera, and Merced and this is the ONLY store I have had consistent great service. Every time I come, no matter who is working the service is ALWAYS GREAT!!! I drive 45 miles to come to THIS store. Well done !’

THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST EXPIREANCE I HAVE EVER HAD !!!!I went in do to repair a damaged phone after speaking with the store Manager he talked me in to a deal and made it seem like I should not pass up on it, he stated that my repair was around $30,00 on my old phone when it was actually $200.00, he sold me a phone and transfers all my information on to the new one I asked if I had to trade my old one in he tells me I do not ok great BUT I DID WOW, while I was waiting for this to be done he receive some products from someone that was from his main store they start talking and by the time they are done an hour has past WOW he then invites him self to go to dinner with them in front of me and at this point he starts rushing my deal through, so I finally I leave and wouldnt you know it but my new phone is not working so I have to go back in A FEW DAYS LATER and a young lady helps me and states that he forgot to put my new chip in WOW at this point I ask her why I didnt receive the advertised deal of buy one get one free she looks it up and tells me she can give it to me so I once more ask her if I have to turn my old phone in she tells me I do not, dont let me leave out the part that you have to go to the store they do not pick up the phones so i have to go in for all of this well I receive a bill for $600 plus dollars I call Version direct and the representative call the store guess what she tells me she can not get anyone to pick up the phone and never returns my calls they also give me the run around the 3RD rep finally offers me $200 credit really this deal cost me $2200.00 plus a headache never will fall for this again. thanks for NOTHING .

Very helpful - they know what theyre doing here. We switched from AT&T and the changeover took some time for 3 phone lines but the manager took care of everything. I like knowing that can show up to discuss any problems and talk to a real person. AT&T was getting worse and worse and we couldnt wait to switch; shouldve done it a long time ago.

In the 10 years Ive been with Verizon this is the only location that has been straight forward and 100 percent about customer service. Its too bad I came across this location while working on the road and have fools working at the ones back home.

This place deserves no 5 starts. Rather negative 5 starts. Walked in on a Saturday evening. Was not once greeted by the staff. Walked around. Nope no acknowledge they would get to us. I watched as one rep went to lunch. While the other took her time helping another couple. She spent 2 hours plus with them. I watched the other rep comeback to drop off food for her co-worker. Who ate in front of everyone. Then leaves. Comes back clocks in & doesn’t come to us for another 5 minutes. Chit chatting with her co worker.I waited 2 hours 30 minutes before a rep came up to me. (Yes I waited that long as I had hoped to purchase my son a new phone for his birthday the following day!!) the rep first gives me a higher trade in amount for my phone. Then comes back saying it was $85 less. When website was showing a higher amount, but from her words the website price isn’t valid in the store. Which I would find out later would be a total lie. Frustrated we walked out!! I get 2 people working but while one customer phone is transferring data too (took 30Mts) it would have been nice if they had helped us out in those 30 minutes rather than chit chat. This staff was not professional. Did not look professional. Plain out unconsiderate is their customers. This place will never get my VeriZon. The Madera location is 110 x better.

My buddy went in to get a larger SIM card for a Verizon 4G USB data stick he just got from a friend and the salesman charged him $10 for the SIM card. Wow and ouch! He already has an account with Verizon and is just adding this on to his account.I am an AT&T customer and I am not giving my opinion here, except that I have NEVER EVER been charged to get another SIM card whether at a corporate or authorized retail AT&T store.Wow... $10 for a SIM card? Is this the Verizon way or is this because of yhe salesman doing this for sales purposes?Anybody thinks this is fair?Oh...but he was very nice and greeted us at the door. :)

Dont visit this store the employees are idiots. They have no clue what it is they are doing nor selling. I went in to buy a non retail version phone with an unlocked booloader. They assured me that indeed it was what I was looking for. (Wrong) Now trying to get them to correct the problem they all of a sudd;en have no idea what Im talking about, sending me driving all over fresno to every store to deal with even more moronic people that still cant do their damm job. Drop verizon. Go Tmobile. There they have employees that know phones and can actually help you.
