It was AWFUL!! They didnt help me, I was kept waiting in there for well over 2hrs and I had my poor dog waiting out in the hot car with my elderly friend who gave me a ride... And I let them know that, but obviously, thats not a concern to Verizon!!
Im usually a very positive person and try to see the good in all things. However, the Verizon Business representative along with his staff have the worst customer service. My husband is spending hundreds of dollars with this company and they couldnt order some phones for us? We have been requesting these phones since a month ago. Ive been chasing the manager around to get a proper response. He had multiple excuses as to why he didnt order our phones. Lastly, he sent me a text message asking me to call around some Verizon stores and see what stores had the phones I needed. What?! Are you kidding me? As if I have spare time to be calling around, dude I own a business! I have hundreds of things to do! Wouldnt a manager have access to that information? Couldnt he call around and find out for me? Or have one of his useless workers call for me? As a business company who is spending a lot of money on Verizon I would imagine we would get good customer service. But that was not the case. I would not recommend Verizon, please seek another phone company.
Had an issue where my phone wouldnt receive calls.Representative listened to the story and did not want to tend to the issue as he seemed to be only concerned with selling a new phone.Issue was resolved by driving 10min up north.

Whats there to say, its a verizon, one time I had to wait outside until I was called it, so I literally stood perfectly still in a pose and every couple of minutes peered inside the windows even though I couldnt see through my sunglasses and the tinted window. I had more fun in my imagination thinking about what they saw than anything else. always make the best of a situation people, and have fun 👍

Long wait. Hard to avoid with covid. Previously a four star review now ONE star. Went back for an Issue I had with a (free) screen protector that they sent me. It was defective. A very rude manager made clear It would not be replaced because I was missing the protector that I tossed In the garbage when It did not work. Had the original box and all of the other contents. Pretty sad after I just purchased a $1000.00 phone. Hope the 5 bucks you saved the company makes you feel better though. Time to find a new carrier for my next upgrade.
I decidedly was not happy with my experience here. During the pandemic I was wearing a mask but was speaking with some ladies and one of their employees decides to yell at me cause as I was speaking my mask would fall a bit. To which I and the women I was speaking with told him politely we are chatting and it just slips down after talking and I always try to adjust it. But this guy would stop with his customer to be the mask police. Very unprofessional and for the most part I was the only one he was singling out until I pointed out 6 other people in the store and he should stop helping customers and start handing out tickets, as his customer was getting irate at the man who kept yelling across the room. The Manager was awesome and handled it like a pro for someone as young looking. But very corporate here not really a customer friendly place.
Verizon has really took a step down store wise the store rules make the store really stupid to be in there will tell you to make all Purchases online they have no phones in stock They would rather tell you to do everything online are through customer service so they do not have to help you its really a sad place to be they wont even let you in unless it to pay your bill and take your money
Very bad customer service, the kind of behavior that drives customers away. The agent helping us used lines like No, I cant do that and explained promotions in intentionally incomprehensible ways and overall just refused to go the extra miles to keep new customers happy.

We went here today to upgrade our phones and the gentlemen who came to the door was short and rude.All the workers were standing around no one was in the store but they wouldnt let us in store to pick out our phones because we came together. We are 2 separate accounts and we have been with this company for years but thats ok Tommy you lost our upgrade .

We were on vacation and had trouble with our plan. We stopped by this Verizon store close to closing time and were treated so kind!! Stephen took care of us so well and even though it was past closing time he didnt try to hurry us. We appreciate that young man so much. Lots of customer service Representatives could take a lesson from him!! Thank you so much Stephen!!

I had a good experience here. Very helpful employees, lots of space, and unlike most other Verizon stores I have been to.... There is ample seating and even chargers for patrons to use while they wait.
Staff was fine but went to get month to month no contract hot spot but they still wanted todo credit check and bill as a contract. Verizon still stuck on locking people up with contacts.
I purchased a phone online from Verizon. When I took the phone into the store they walked me through getting it set up. Customer service was pleasant and accommodating.
Opened 3 lines and went unlimited. Alberto was very friendly and helpful will definitely go back.

This branch is fantastic. Everything from walking in to the door and the first thing you see are smiles from the greeter. I appreciate that. Makes me feel welcome. The patience from the workers is great because I ask a lot of questions and the same question over and over as well. The branch makes me feel like friends while in the store. Very inviting. The work they do they go ahead and explain the work they did for you. The best thing Is when you are about to leave and they tell you If there are any more problems just come on back and I will take care of you. This is why I keep coming back to this same location.

People there are clueless, and dont know what theyre talking about when it comes to more advanced tech questions. The Supervisor was super rude to me, and spoke as if he knew what he was talking about, and dismissed me when I told what needed to be done. I called Verizon Support, and got to speak to a level 2 tech, and my problem was solved in under a minute.Just called Verizon tech support on the phone, and dont even go to the store if you are having tech issues.

It comes from the top Marcus, General Manager was disrespectful and Isabel, Solutions Manager lied to my face. She and Marcus had no empathy for my problem and told me there was nothing they could do to help me when my phone began having issues less than a month from purchase date. The staff was disrespectul and even insulting, providing zero assistance and could careless about my experience. I have never experienced such treatment. I reported my experience to Verizon Customer Care and they were able to assist me. Customer Care advised ne that Marcus could have helped me and had no idea why he didnt. Seriously, go somewhere else for your cell phone needs. Otherwise you will regret your decision to do business with these people as I do. Horrible Customer Service!
If you want to be sold a phone - theyre fine. If you want help transferring data from your old phone or setting up your new phone, then look elsewhere. The associate helping me informed me there was a $30 fee to activate my new phone, then said I could download an App that would transfer the info from old to new phone. When I asked what the $30 fee was for if I had to do everything myself, I was informed times have changed. The associate then vanished and was non-existent as I sat alone in the store for 15 minutes ensuring everything had transferred. Not once did anyone offer to help or check in with me. They have something to learn about customer service!

This is not my favorite Verizon store. Its large and in a convenient location but the employees are not very helpful or friendly. Theyre fine if you want to get service or buy a phone, but pretty dismissive if youre just looking for accessories.
Clean store and nice employees. They are willing to help, but I feel they could do more. They could of called vzw customer care and help me through the process instead of sending me back and forth and eventually having to open up a new line, because customer care gave me the wrong info. This all could of been prevented if the verizon store helped me properly also. They are really quick to get you out. So be there until you are sure you are done, this includes them telling you to call customer care and customer care reroutes you back to the store.
I guess some ppl had a bad experience but mine was actually good. As soon as i walked in the store they greeted me. Asked if i needed help with something. The guy that helped me was really nice and tried to help as much as he could.

One sales associate refused to give me a replacement phone when I clearly showed her the problem. The whole time she was trying to prove me wrong... This is normally a customer friendly store though.

The guy that helped us was friendly at first but didnt seem to want to stick with us. Seemed to want to rush us so he could go to the next customer. He also sold us a charger that did NOT work with the phone we purchased and after trying it and realizing it wasnt going to work, we took it back and they charged a restocking fee! I had to call verizon and complain. Verizon did reverse the charge but what a hassle. Wont be going back to this store ever. There are other great stores in town. --July 2019
I went last Friday January 24, 2014 close to closing & got some closing attitudes. Manager wasnt the friendliest & even the sales associate threw me off. I was completely turned off by the store so I left & was going to take my chances online/over the phone. After speaking with customer service they set me up to go back to the same store (not by choice) but this time I went Tuesday January 28, 2014 around 5 or so and it was like a completely different store. I was greeted IMMEDIATELY by a guy named Raymond. I MUST SAY, he was EXTREMELY helpful, attentive, all of the above. If I am going to spend hundreds of my money on a phone please do not rush me & treat me as if youre donald trump. He answered every question, got me all setup and made it an enjoyable experience. I didnt feel any pressure or as if I was bugging him with all my questions. Even the other associates & managers there that day were wonderful. I didnt really like that store from last friday & past experiences but he has changed my mind!If you happen to go to this store ASK FOR RAYMOND!!!! Great guy!

I swear this is the only Verizon store that knows what they are doing. Every other Verizon store treated me like a second class citizen because I am a prepaid customer. I actually had a Verizon store tell me they could not order me the phone phone I wanted and I should look on Craigslist.I walked into this store and Tommy Champion provided great customer service and got me exactly what I wanted. Bravo!

I needed to have my SIM card replaced so went to this location for help. Told the employee that Customer Service said to get new SIM. The guy just handed me a card and said, here you go. and walked away. Got home, put it in and doesnt work.Thats not the way it should have been handled. They are supposed to put in the new SIM card, update the card number so that it is registered to my device. Had to call Verizon 800 number so they could connect my phone to the network. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location.

I have been a verizon customer since they were gte wireless and unfortunately the service is not as good in the tower district and Im many other parts of Fresno, Im quite disappointed with the fact that very little effort is done to resolve the issue,the customer service was friendly .
Manager is great. The only reason why im not giving a one star is because of him. Sales reps are another thing. Tommy was horrible. Embellished certain details that i caught him in (like not telling me my phone wouldnt work when I left the store because he didnt have my account number, he kept telling me it would be fine, come to find out that was false. He also told me I would be wasting our time when I wanted to call for that number) and would always be in your personal space. Also left me in the middle to help someone else because he didnt want to lose a sale. Didnt make sure my pictures and contacts would go over to my new phone. & another girl I dont remember name, who had glasses and tattoos on her arms, just was plain rude and had a TERRIBLE attitude. I also saw her answering phone calls while helping other people. Has nothing to do with a strreotype. She is just a terrible person to be around and not very becoming.
The saga continues.....No new visit captured on my phone because of bizarre details that are boring (unless they happen to you! Hahahaha). New hearing aids and a lack of desire to spend $1000-$1400 on a new iPhone had me buy a clean iPhone from an ATT customer that had upgraded to $$$$. About four phone calls and three visits to ATT stores and Customer Service centers made me appreciate the folks at this Verizon store all the more. They were the ONLY people in the business with whom I had contact that either cared or knew the score and wished to share the info.....Im easy to deal with...try to make it fun when we can. They made that easy on this go-around as well. I should have learned.Any cell phone business I have to do...go here first. Stephen? Smart, funny and cool....Read the previous antics from four months ago..........What a difference a mile makes. Yesterday (four months ago), I had a horrific experience in another Verizon company store about a mile north of here. My daughter described her excellent (cell phone 😁) experience with Peter Widmer at this location (Blackstone just north of Shaw) over the last few years. Im a long term customer of Verizon. And, up to yesterday afternoon, a VERY LOYAL Verizon customer. After the previous interaction in the store to the north on Blackstone Ave, I committed to leave Verizon. Forever. My daughter said, Ill meet you and introduce you to Peter. Youll change your mind. Four of us descended upon Peter at 5:30 pm. All I can say is that after an apprxomate $2,000 transaction, we walked away extremely happy. Peter saved me, my wife, our grown daughter and her whole families business relationship with Verizon. And, although we all think were extremely easy to please, while deep into the transaction, I seemed to feel the need to explain the earlier transgressions of the staff in the other store. Peter retained a very professional position in not throwing them under the bus... I think he simply shrugged and asked, Well, how did we do here?. A valuable member of the Verizon team to say the least
