I purchased glasses here which was a weird experience as everyone seemed to be fake nice. I then called to purchase contact lenses. The lady on the phone checked and called me back with a price including shipping so I ordered them. Several months later I recieve a bill for more money due for these contacts. The transaction was over so I called to see what the heck was going on as it wasnt an insurance issue. She said the person on the phone gave you the wrong price and made a mistake and you owe us more. I told her that its her fault and it happened last year so they should waive it. She says everyone makes mistakes, youve made mistakes before, theres nothing I can do and the bill is due. Are you kidding me? This place has the WORST customers service ever. I would avoid this place at all costs.

UPDATE —After I posted my previous review, the doctor at this eye center called me to offer some help!I appreciated this call a lot. He asked me to bring my eyewear back to be fixed with no charge.Omg!!! My glasses came unadjusted, uneven, and got scratched very easily even with best care I took to protect it. I paid more than $200 for a very cheap quality product.

This has been the best experience I have ever had at an eye appointment. I had previously called seven different offices trying to schedule an appointment, and this was the only office that offered to call me if someone cancels. I couldnt believe I got a call back on the same day to schedule an appointment for the following week.The people at the front desk were extremely professional and beyond friendly. It was very welcoming and felt like I had been to the office before even though it was my first time there.The actual exam was very thorough. I actually learned quite a lot about my vision and the tools associated with the exam. (probably not important to most people but I thought it was pretty cool.)I look forward to coming here for many years to come.

I have to say Dr Fisher saved my eye. I had gotten metal in my eye I called eye q to get seen they told me next available was 6 days out. My eye had worsen and now on sat due to my HMO carrier had to have a referral. Called my primary got emergency line to be told call on monday for referrals.Now I am desperate just stumbled on fishers number the answering machine gave me his number. I sent quick text thinking no one works on Saturdays and no Dr wants to listen to me. What a surprise Dr contacted me in just few mins then was told my he dont take my insurance that I would be cash customer. Now I am thinking 1500 what am I gonna do. I ask how much was told just under 400. I was very surprised it was affordable I met him at office within couple hrs on his day off was and he helped me with my injury. Then Dr Fisher kept in contact later in day to check on my progress. I have never had this experience with any eye Dr and was happy to pay the price. Thanks again Dr Fisher.

I’ve been getting my eye exams here since 2014 and have had only great experiences. Dr. Fisher always has amazing attention to detail and a personable manner during exams. The frame selection is quite extensive and my order is always filled in a timely manner. I highly recommend this optometry office.

After speaking with the staff, who told me no one could help me until next year, I left a negative review.The doctor contacted me within about 15 minutes. He explained why they cannot help me before December at the earliest.Since it appears that the reason I cannot get my eyeglasses fixed any sooner is not his fault (but the result of an idiotic state law), and because he contacted me so quickly himself, I have changed the review, and the star rating.I am still going to be out of luck unless I can find an eye doctor who is not as busy as this one. But at least he deserves a better rating than I originally gave him. (I cannot seem to delete the review, so I am updating it with this new review instead.)

I must say was a very pleasant experience overall. Especially since I havent seen an eye doctor in many years. Found this location by browsing my insurance provider list of optometrist. The responded quickly and I made my appointment and am glad I did.Firstly my original appointment was for a later date, which I was okay with but the staff said she would put me on a list if any sooner came up. An earlier slot came up and was contacted with enough timing to arrange my schedule.Upon arrival I followed instructions provided due to the current pandemic we are experiencing. The staff were amazingly nice and welcoming.During the exam Dr Fisher explained himself throughly and helped me feel comfortable. The whole exam process was pleasant.Got great help from the kind lady in choosing glasses for me. Normally my wife does that for me, since she is the one who looks at my face most often. Appreciate the help provided.I enjoyed the small setting and helpful staff. The Covid percussions taken were well above standards. What an amazing place and great people. Definitely will be back and will recommend.

Literally the worst eye doctor ever. Told me I needed a new prescription, but didn’t give me it since it would “strain my eyes” even though I couldn’t read street signs. Also, the receptionists don’t communicate with him.

Had a great experience at Signature optometry. All the staff and Dr. Fisher were amazing and very helpful. Dr. Fisher was very thorough with my eye exam. I didn’t feel pressured in buying my glasses like other places. I was simply going to go to Costco to purchase my glasses after my other past experience on buying glasses. Instead I felt at ease in purchasing my glasses within my budget and also very nice looking with the help of the staff. I appreciate the exceptional service and will be back again. I forgot to mention before making an appointment I read all the google reviews and I agree, they are amazing.😉

Dr. Fisher is so amazing! I have type 1 diabetes and his understanding and knowledge of of my disease and how my eyes needed to be treated because of this is impressive. He’s taken me from barely being able to see to drive to back behind the wheel. He’s soft spoken and explains everything as he does it.All of the staff is awesome as well! They greet you by name when you go in, treat you like family on every visit.I would hands down recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Today I had my yearly exam done and I was very pleased with the doctor, and staff. Urban helped me pick out frames. They were different than anything I’ve ever had, and stepping out of my comfort zone is exciting. He explained all of the details in lenses like no other sales person has before. I never knew what I was getting or what my vision was before today’s visit. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Will recommend my friends and family.

Signature optometry is truly AMAZING! when i walked in the girls were so helpful. I didnt even have a chance to sit down before i was called back. Which is a great thing in and out within an hour! The staff was so friendly and helpful in finding me the glasses that fit me perfectly. Dr. was also very nice. He does his exams very thoroughly and explains everything. I was in Fresno from out of town and I found out my insurance would be changing soon through my employer. So I called around to see what places I could get into the same day. Low and behold I found Signature Optometry. They were able to squeeze me in for a last min appointment. I wasnt expecting much but it was a wonderful experience.The staff are very friendly, helpful and informative. I got in quickly and got to see someone very fast. Everyone I ran into was polite and friendly. I got my eye exam and a new prescription. All of it was explained step by step. They have a nice selection of glasses to choose from. I was in and out in just over 30 mins.

I relocated to Fresno not so long ago and finally was going to see an optometrist. I found Signature Optometry on Yelp and scheduled an appointment. They offer evening appointments on Thursdays, but book out a month in advance.They use text messages to remind you of the appointments, which I found very convenient. The check in process is easy and the wait for the doctor is minimal (10 min from the time of my appointment). I needed both eyeglasses and contact lens exam. Dr. Fisher took his time getting to know my health history, addressed my main concern and actually did not rush through the exam. I dont think I have ever got a more comprehensive exam than this time. Its not just the modern (or to me it appeared modern) equipment, but the education and information that I was provided that I valued most.Another important thing. There was not pressure to order anything there, but options were clearly provided. I think I will come back to order my glasses there.This is a solid family business, and I felt very comfortable doing business with them.

Great experience. I got off work a little late but they still accepted me 15 minutes late. The ladies that assisted me in choosing frames were very friendly and gave me ideas as to which frames looked good and didnt. The optometrist had very good social skills and was extremely polite.

I have been a patient of Dr Fisher for a while now and love his thorough exams as well as comfortable bedside manners. I would not go anywhere else for my glasses. The staff is also very helpful and they never over schedule so you know you are getting their full attention at your appointment!

Dr. Fisher was great. He explained every process and provided us with useful information about what was going on with our eye sight. He was very personable and we enjoyed our time there. The office staff was very nice and attentive to us. We will definitely return.

Ive been going here for years and have spent a lot of money on exams, glasses, and contacts. I liked this office because it was small and there was never a wait. I just spent all of my insurance allowance on contacts and recently messed up the frames on my glasses. Instead of spending $300+ on a new pair at the office, I just wanted to buy me a cheap pair to get by when I am not wearing contacts. I asked the office to email me a copy of my prescription for glasses. They instead emailed me an incomplete prescription and left out my pupillary distance. They claimed its a liability issue and I would need to pay $50 for it. Everything is extremely expensive at this office and now they want to charge me for trying to find a cheaper option elsewhere. No thanks.

I lost part of my vision and needed to be seen ASAP. Signature Optometry was able to see me the same day I contacted them. Not only were they efficient and communicative, they seemed genuinely concerned about my condition. Definitely recommend!

I received great care from Dr fisher, he was very detailed in his assessment and care of my eyes. He opened his office over the weekend to pull a metal shard out of my eye within hours of my reaching out to him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of vision care.
