Amazing! Called ahead to ask about recycling old paint, they do and had room. Took in a bunch of paint from my garage and the employees we wearing masks and very courteous. The store looked clean and organized. They brought a cart out and helped me unload. Great experience.

I had a color match for just one gallon on a Friday early afternoon. I wasnt expecting a perfect match. They first said that my paint was too old and that it probably would not dry. I told them I would be back right away with something that would work. Then they said it couldnt be done today. I figured out that they just didnt want my business.I stirred up the old paint and got it to dry just fine. Took it to Sherwin Williams just down the street and got my new gallon of paint.Ill be doing business with Sherwin Williams from now on.

Very rude over the phone. I called in to see if they had stencils or were able to have custom stencils made and Christina (who answered the phone) spoke to me like I was an idiot. As if it was absurd for me to call a paint store and ask such a question. She went as far as to even tell me they are a paint store and had a very rude attitude. I was very polite and asked one question.

Painting Hands is a regular customer here for many years now and i have no complaints, everyone does the best they can to provide us with there best service.

I am very unhappy with customer service and Saul the manager is rude and extremely unhelpful. He has no business being in sales - very unreasonable and unpractical. This store does not even rate 1 star.
