I went to the LensCrafters located at Baybrook Mall seeking to repair a nose pad in a pair of prescription lenses that were purchased 3 years ago at this location. The assistant manager denied the service because they can not locate in their system the evidence that I bought the lenses back in 2018. Also she questioned that I have the same issues with the nose pads repaired a year and a half ago by the store. Basically she implied that I was making false statements. Myself and my husband have been customers of this LensCrafters location since 2018 and we have purchased 4 pairs of prescriptions glasses between both with a total cost of over $4k . I went back home and I found my prescriptions glasses orders made by LensCrafters at this location thru my insurance provider Eyemed since 2018. I plan to return to the store this week and seek from the manager why they denied the service repair to a customer of 4 years and even when I offered to pay for installing simple screw or glue one nose pad.

I was here on vacation when my glasses had broke. Not knowing where to go around here, I googled the nearest place for me to replace/repair my glasses. That’s when it lead me here and to Giovanna. The store manager Giovanna and associate Ashley helped me from the minute I walked in. They were busy but still able to help other customers while making everyone feel tended to and taken care of. The other associate (I didn’t catch his name) was also very polite and professional. The manager was helping teach associates insurance savings for me. I even had savings for a prescription sunglass pair with my insurance that i had no idea about! Happy I went to this store!

Ive been to better Lencrafters locations. I went in for an adjustment today and the customer service was lacking. I usually they automatically clean your lenses after an adjustment but I guess I shouldve asked.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were very helpful in answering my questions and explaining my warranty There was easy access to the store with a front entrance right inside one of the main corridors.

Take your Money Elsewhere. Brought my Script to them Bought their Frame and Glasses was talked into Progressive lenses under false pretenses. Didn’t even leave the place before I realized what a Shame Wow they sold me. They swapped lenses for Single bison week later picked up and even worse. Now I’m past my 30 days and they will not return glasses. I would have had a better shot going to Wal Mart!!

My 12 year old needed an emergency set of lenses for his glasses and they were able to make them in less than an hour right before closing. Marisa was wonderful and so helpful. Thank you!!!

Spent $700.00 on a pair of glasses and customer service was non existent when I picked them up. They just handed me my glasses in a bag. No test fit was done to ensure they fit correctly and assembled right, no cleaning kit offered, like at TSO, Visionworks etc etc.. The lens started popping out so I called up there and was told they would call me back but they did not. So I called again asked for Manager she checked my info and verified it was new purchase so asked me to come in pick a new pair. I did that was three weeks ago, tried calling to check on my glasses and no answer after several calls. I will not be doing future business with Lenscrafters. First time using them and it will be my last.I know losing my business wont shut the doors but I will take my money elsewhere that actually provides good service.Spend your money elsewhere that actually does the job right. I bought Oakley frames which are not bs frames, but when folks don’t care about ur service trash comes out either way.

I had not done business with LensCrafters since 2012, and now I’m sorry I hadn’t. Giovanna, the store manager at the Baybrook Mall location, made me appreciate Lens Crafters all over again.It is wonderful not just to get cordial customer service, but also when there’s a “click” with the person you’re dealing with. Giovanna had that something extra in my dealing with her. She’s 100 percent professional but also a bit playful, even funny – you’ll love dealing with her if you’re fortunate enough to get her.And I got a great deal on my glasses! Through a special 50% discount, my walk-away price for my high-index & progressives specs was $415 (no tax is collected on glasses) – or just $9 more than the price from a competitor where I’d had glasses done previously. The showroom has a good variety of frames, too, many in the $95 to $125 range (if those frame numbers sound high, remember the discount!)This LensCrafters location is indeed practicing good coronavirus safety – when a customer handles frames, sales associates request such “used” frames to be returned to special trays, from which the frames are sanitized before being returned to the shelf units. And, of course, all staffers are wearing masks.I also cannot recommend the next door opticians at Baybrook Modern Eyecare enough – particularly Dr. Joe Salazar. He’s one of the most thorough examiners I’ve ever had. At the end of the exam he lets you see for yourself just how much your prescription has changed – it is truly impressive!So be sure you visit this LensCrafters. Their store manager is my new personal favorite, but their entire staff will give you a really good experience!

Not very helpful or informed, called three days priorto confirm that the frames I was interested in would be available, I also asked if not would I be able to order ones that I was interested in or could order from a catalog, I was told that I could bring in a frame style I was interested in to purchases or have ordered . When I arrived I was told that this lens crafter does not have that frame and would not order it for me, I wasn’t told why a LensCrafters store wasn’t able to order a LensCrafters item but I’m not sure I would get an answer if I asked . I thought at the very least they would call the lenscrafters in the galleria since that’s where they told me I’d have to go to order these frames . If possible I’d recommend buying online, that way you’re able to purchase all of LensCrafters items and avoid a stand alone store that isn’t able to offer or aid in obtaining a LensCrafters item .

Those ladies u have there Im telling ya is like they have a crystal ball they can read Minds and stuff Im very pleased and happy with the service. Mrs Jackie and Giovanna are the greatest!!!

The store had a very nice selection of glasses to choose from. My prescription was filled in 1 week. All the associates were friendly and knowledgeable.

By far the best place to get glasses. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses but I was not too happy with them. One pair had beautiful frame but was falling and the sunglasses did not work for Texas summer sunshine. The manager took time to advise me and exchanged both pairs. Im extremely satisfied and recommend this place!!!

I was given a premium package for my lenses without being asked. When it was time to check out their printer suddenly couldnt print me a receipt. After I discovered they over charged me for features I didnt want/need they offered to fix it and refund the difference but I would have to wait another 10+ days. Will never go there again.

The service here was pretty good. Professional and friendly. The frames are expensive but not unreasonable within the typical market price for glasses. However, if you shop around online wit your prescription... (please research this a little before you buy) you can get a much better deal than ANY of these eye glasses joints. I got a Giorgio Armani frame online for less than half price. In fact the entire glasses cost me about $300 online and at LensCrafter it would have been about $800 plus. .

Very friendly staff. However, the selection of frames seemed smaller than other name brand optical stores and the prices were astronomical! They assured me that they would hook me up with a good deal and then waited until all three pairs (distance, reading/computer, and sunglasses) had been fitted before springing the price on me...nearly $1,200.00! Once the salesman saw me begin to push away from the table, he hurriedly made some adjustments to the price, mostly by removing some add-ons (non-glare treatment, not smoothing the edges on the sunglasses), and we eventually got down to about $950. By that time, I was too worn out to even put up a fight (which is likely something on which they count to seal the deal) and ordered them. Never again!

Went to purchase new glasses. After standing in line for a while, the supervisor came out and took 4 customers that were behind me. I finally loudly told my daughter To hell with this place and left. Several other people in line left also. I went to Sears and received excellent service!!!! Ill never go to lend Crafters again

Horrible experience. Quoted a price of $631 AFTER insurance coverage (which included 100% of frame cost). Without insurance, cost was quoted at $660. We received quotes/pricing from other eyeglass stores using similar/same lens requirements and pricing at these other stores was well less than half of what Lenscrafters is charging.I believe that Lenscrafters is entirely dishonest and unethical in their business practices. I believe that they are drastically raising prices in order to capture the insurance payment benefits instead of letting the customer enjoy that benefit. I would buy my glasses from ANY other provider (online or B&M) before I ever gave a penny to a company acting as horribly as Lenscrafter!

Came in to buy Oakley sunglasses that Ive been wanting staff was too busy talking to each other could not get their attention or any help..... left store with no new sunglasses.

I went yesterday for an eyes exam. I didnt have any appointment and the staff were really friendly and in less than 30 minutes I was out of the store.
