I have just moved into the Clear Lake area and needed new glasses. I’ve have used Visionworks in the past. So I felt comfortable getting my glasses from this location. I was more than pleased. Emma helped me on my first visit and I got two pair of glasses via there promotion at the time. I was very pleased with the fit of one of my new pair of glasses. After two return trips to see if it was possible to make the other pair work it was apparent to me they never would. Cheryl helped me get another pair under there satisfaction guarantee policy. She was extremely courteous and told me to find a new frame and they worked beautifully. Very pleased with this experience. Highly recommend.

This was the first time I went to Visionworks..The employees are taking every precaution to keep us safe and store clean. After I tried on a few prs of glasses, the ones I didnt want were put in a separate container to be disinfected. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Sabrina Evans retail Supervisor. She was so helpful ! I walked out of the store with a pr of sunglasses and regular eye glasses for $240 . That was a savings of over $400 out of my pocket!.Sabrina looked at different options for me and really wanted me to be satisfied. When I returned two weeks later Felicia Brown the general Manager was just as helpful. I never felt rushed or any pressure put on me buying decisions.I am so glad and very satisfied with my glasses. The ladies were absolutely awesome and my glasses are top quality. Thank you so much!

Cheryl is absolutely amazing. I’ve had my prescription for 2 months because I dreaded the chore of finding glasses that fit my face and I would actually like. I told her it was going to take me forever to find a frame. She walked with me and in less than 5 minutes picked out the perfect frame. Her customer service was fabulous! I was out in less than 30 minutes. I will be returning to this store from now on for my vision needs.

Vena started the process.. Everything went smooth and she was very caring and professional. Felicia assisted me with pick up. She instructed me with reading and vision checks. She adjusted my glasses perfectly. The price was great with buy one get one free. Not all vision works are equal some are horrible but this place is very great.

The assistant manager Mrs. Sabrina Evans was very professional and probably one of the friendliest people in the retail industry I have ever met. There was never any pressure to buy. Instead we just talked about everything going on in the world. I did end up buying 2 pairs of glasses both Nike. She is someone I would consider a friend instead of a sales person.

They didnt give me I wanted...they sold me what I needed. Everything was explained in full detail and left no hidden cost. For sure my go-to place.

My whole experience was great. They made sure everything was sanitized and never rushed me. My associate was Venea and she was great. They had a huge selection as well.

Called and ask if they took my insurance, was told yes and to come in and they would help me. Went next door got eye exam then walked into the store. Once I showed my insurance card the lady told me yes they take it but it only paid 15%. When I explained to her no they don’t they pay $100 towards prescription eye glasses. She then tells me they have a better deal, the Works, buy my contacts and get 60% off prescription glasses. So I bought my contacts and told her I wanted to look at glasses and get prices on the ones I like. Didn’t want to buy the glasses until I was 100% sure what she told me about my insurance. Turns out they are not in my insurance plan. But after I paid for my contacts it seemed very hard to get help looking at frames. I had to keep going back to the counter to ask question on each frame. Kind of felt like “ you got my money in contacts and not glasses so no help” seriously thinking about getting my money back and going else were even if I have to pay more. Although the lady seem nice I just felt like only my money was important not the service.

One of the employees doesnt seem to know how to readjust glasses!! The only time I ever had this issue...I was embarrassed and frustrated communicating with her(whatever her name)...after 3 trials the legs were NOT straight! I explained multiple times and she gives me excuses so I got tired of telling her what was wrong so thank the other top notch lady who fixed it. (Wish I wasnt bad with names) Super job. Sad my first employee did NOT understand me...whats with service today huh? I expected no delays and slowdowns.So embarrassed walking out feeling let down by 1st employee not understanding or she could have let the experts do it. So embarrassed....not trying to be blunt but its ridiculous and aggravating how nice I try to be but being misunderstood is way worse...🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ like come on...not rocket science!

Great selection. Great price if you are going with no insurance and need the basics. I found a pair of glasses here that my optometrist didnt carry. I considered just buying the frame and having my usual doctor take care of the lenses. Now I wish I had. I really enjoy the service at Bella Vista Eye Care. I took long time to just get all the information in order to see how much the glasses would cost. It was very busy. While there, the alarm sounded for maybe 10 minutes. The doctors office next door set it off. When I received my glasses, I believe a new girl cleaned them and scratched them. I immediately had to come back and have them remade. I did not get a call when they were complete. Finally, after 2 1/2 weeks of waiting for a text, email or call, I came in to see the status. They were in. No one let me know. This store is busy at times. The customer service seems to need some improvement. It is not a welcoming environment IMO and the workers dont appear to enjoy their job.

I love this place!! If you’re considering a new eye place, or even looking for a new vision works location because your old one let you down, look no further! The people here were all very friendly and helpful, and the store wasn’t too busy at all. Yesenia was very good, she helped me find the perfect pair of glasses that I now get complements on 24/7. She also fixed my old pair of glasses for free and did everything in her power to work with the store and the insurance to get me the best possible price. I’d give 6 stars if I could, keep up the great service.

Know their stuff! the screw came out of my glasses and it was so much tinier than my previous screws. My husband and I could not get it fixed ourselves, so we decided to go to the pros, and pros they were, they had us back on the road in no time! Im very happy to say my glasses are in one piece again. Tiana and Felicia helped us out and were super amazing! great experience!

I needed a simple repair to expensive glasses vital to my life purchased from another company. The store that I paid over $650 to refused to repair them unless I paid $70 more. Drove over to Visionworks and Felicia took them, opened one small box, inserted the needed screw, tightened several other places, and handed them to me with kindness and a smile and no charge. This place had a huge selection. Way better than the stores in the mall right next to it. I was helped by a women named Courtney and Yesenia. They had all the patience in the world!! I came in with very little info. They had to call and check 3 different insurance companies for me, but they did it without any attitude and was more comforting than anything. They recommended a lot of helpful options, but I never felt forced into the sale. Id recommend this place based on the customer service, alone. Made a great well-informed decision with their help.

Broke my glasses late on Thursday and I had to work on Saturday. Made an online appointment with the on-site doctor for Friday at 11. Got there, filled out the paperwork, and was seen quickly. Got a new prescription in under an hour. Walked around the corner in the same building, picked out 2 frames and asked them to put a rush on the first set, foregoing all of the bells and whistles such as glare reduction. Had a fine pair of glasses waiting for me at 5pm that night, fit perfectly and perfect lenses. Just picked up the second set 10 days later and were just what I asked for. Everyone who worked there was accommodating and seemed to enjoy their work, making the whole experience much more welcoming and comfortable. Have been recommending to all my glasses-wearing friends. I came in to get my mother in law’s glasses repaired. Unfortunately they weren’t not able to be fixed as the whole hinge was broken, but the ladies were able to get the exact frame and put the lenses from the broken frames, right into the new frames! I was expecting to be have to come back to pick them up... but they did it so fast and efficient within 10-15 min. Price to replace was very reasonable also. So pleased today with how fast they got me taken care and were so happy to do what I needed! Thank you ladies at Vision Works!!!
