They were able to find a low miles manual transmission for my 2017 Countryman. The replacement was done quickly, and it behaves like a brand new car. They worked very hard to make me happy and made sure the job was done right. I highly recommend this shop for all of your Mini needs. I cant say thanks enough for the great deal, and great service.

It is really hard to find someone that will take the time to walk you through issues. Manny did an awesome job of taking a bunch of time to go through the issues that he found and that I knew I had. We have an older mini and it needs work. Manny worked with us to prioritize the items that would be more severe and to put together a plan for those that werent as severe. Some of the items that we deferred were more expensive. These guys are honest and hard working. They take the time to walk you through things and represent things honestly. I really can not recommend these guys enough!

I’d taken my Mini to the dealership in Plano to get a stuck oil cap removed and I wasnt buying what they were saying. I wanted a second opinion. This shop came highly recommended from Metroplex Mini on FB, and turns out I was correct. MmotorWorx replaced the cap, put my car on the lift to give it a good once over since I had just purchased the vehicle a month before. They found a leaky water pump. Not only did they show me while it was on the car, they clearly explained the history of it related to these cars, etc. They even researched my VIN and told me the entire history of the car (more than I could see from CarFax). These guys went above and beyond. I wont take my Mini anywhere else now. They made a customer for (mini)life! Will be bringing my Mini to Manny and Levi from now on and I highly recommended you do the same. They even arranged a Lyft ride (back home and back to the shop when the work was complete) at their expense. WOW! Hands down amazing service, knowledge and they LOVE Minis!

I cant say enough good things about Manny and MmotorWorx. As all Mini owners know, these cars require a little more TLC than others and Manny is the best guy for the job. He is extremely knowledgable on all things Mini and is very helpful in explaining things to you. Unlike the dealership, the pricing is very fair and the service is unbeatable. I recently had to have my Mini towed from Dripping Springs and Manny waited hours after the shop closed to receive the car and make sure it was safe inside the garage. If you have a Mini, do yourself a favor and skip the dealership and come straight here.

These guys are saints. My MINI R60 is my baby, and they treated it just like it was theirs. So thankful to have a local Mini mechanic handy. Not only are they well versed in MINI COOPERS but theyre thorough and diligent about their work. I cant thank Manny and Levi enough for getting my baby back in tip top shape. Even better that I get it at a good price. Ive used them 3 times so far for my 100,000 mi tune-up, brake service and now ball joints. Im sure to come back if anything for an oil change alone. Great guys! My daughters 2009 Mini Cooper S was rough starting. Took it to Drivers Edge in Frisco and they charged me $750 for engine maintenance (sprayed engine cleaner in the engine) saying the problem was carbon build up. Of course, that didnt fix the problem.Took it to MmotorWorkx and they found that the high-pressure fuel pump was bad. They also discovered an oil leak in the engine. They did an excellent job with the repairs and their customer service couldnt have been any better. They even worked with my pain-in-the-asss extended warranty company.Dont waste your time and money going anywhere else for your Mini Cooper repairs. These guys are EXPERTS! They will get the job done right and for less cost than the dealership. I am now a customer for life!

I always took my mini cooper to Mini of Plano for service, but they closed down, so when my engine light came on, I found this place. Big Mistake! I paid them $1000, and one week later my engine light came back on. I went back, and this time they wanted $2000 more. They misdiagnosed the problem, but would not return my money. I gathered up all my paperwork from mini plano, and it turns out they replaced a brand new part that I had replaced less than a year ago. They can not even tell the difference between a brand new part. Please just go the extra few miles to Mini of Dallas.

I was looking for a place to have some maintenance and repairs done on my daughters Mini Cooper. Ive had to take it to Mini of Plano a few times the last 5 or 6 months. I spent a lot of money yet when I called they couldnt find her car or our information in their system...🤔 That pretty much sums up the service! Not very personable for the amount of money they charge. I asked for recommendations on a McKinney FB page and someone recommended MmotorWorx. I filled out a service inquiry online and received a response pretty quickly. I dropped the car off Tuesday afternoon (in the pouring rain). By the end of the day Wednesday I had a itemized and very professional estimate for repairs. It was sent to me by email and by text with a link to view. I signed to authorize repairs on Thursday morning and the repairs were completed at the end of the day Thursday. Manny and the other guys there were super friendly and professional. I will definitely be back the next time the car needs maintenance. I highly recommend them!
