Absolutely blown away.Christian brothers in general has always been the obvious choice, but somehow this location found a way to top it.Came in for a simple wheel alignment and worked with DJ, who was fantastic both times I have come in. To top this visit off though, Mrs. White (the owner) went out of her way and took my car down the road to have it washed afterward.Absolutely recommend, and absolutely will be back. Above and beyond.

Called, got an appt for 9 for an oil change. Was there until noon. Was told there was 1 person ahead of me when I arrived. Saw people come in after me and left before me. I asked that my inspection sticker be placed on windshield, which did not happen. Other customers were offered complimentary car wash. I was not.🤷‍♀️

I took my car to their shop for a regular oil change and general inspections. They recommended a few items with the brake system and I followed their recommendations. Our brakes give some high pitch noises especially when starting and turning and this issue has been with the car from the day one we bought it. We tried a few times in a few other places and it was not fixed. We pretty much believed this high pitch noise is built-in with the car (Nissan Altima 2011). Finally here they fixed this issue. Very surprised with the quality of their service. In addition, their staffs are super friendly as well!

They are always communicative, upfront, and honest. their quality of work and customer service is unbeatable.

What can I say. This place is amazing. From the staff to the work being done. They always treat me with respect and help me when I have questions. I don’t know the tech that worked on the car but John in the front has always helped us out and has been amazing as well. We will always trust this company and staff with our vehicle as long as we are in this area.

I was greeted by a very friendly gentlemen and everyone was kind and professional. When I was told my vehicle was completed, and handed my key, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my vehicle had been valeted to just outside the door.

The first time I went to this establishment they were very kind, understanding, and patient. They had a lot to repair on my vehicle, it was due for some maintenance. They got it all done in a timely fashion the the price was extremely reasonable. Today I went back to them to get a head light replaced and again the same kindness and courteous attitude, greeted me at the door.They told me that they wouldn’t know how long it would take for them to repair my light once they take my car in to have a look. Then they had me sign a receipt prior to their inspection. The receipt read $0.00. I thought the strange but sat to wait anyway. They came back not 10 minutes later handed me my keys and said you’re all set have a good day. They refused to let me to pay.They have just made a customer for life. I will be going back tomorrow for an oil change. I have to pay them something.They saved me in this dark day. In this Covid world it is very rare to see such kindness and generosity. They will never know how much I needed that today. Thank you Christian brothers. And thank you, all that work there. You’re truly servants at heart.

I recently used CB auto repair for brakes and other repairs. The staff are amazing. They provided transportation services to/from their shop while they kept my car. I have a foreign car with performance brakes and they had the job done within less than 24 hours and it cost me 1/3 of the price I was quoted at another facility. The owner is also a very nice lady. They gave me a 10% discount for being an essential Healthcare worker and even gave me a very nice gift with a very personal and heartfelt thank you for the public service I provide. I highly recommend them and will use them time and time again when needed. A++++++. Highly recommend and very satisfied with the results. Thank you Christian Brothers!

I drove in for a state inspection. There was no waiting and after verifying my insurance, they promptly took my car for inspection. They let me know I needed a new wiper blade (which I suspected before I went there) and quoted me a very reasonable replacement cost and time. They delivered just as promised and I was on my way in no time.

The staff is very welcoming. They are one big family of God.

I needed a lot of work done on my car and I was expecting it to be in for awhile, but they got my car back to me extremely quickly and did a high quality job.

They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the maintenance we needed. This gave me plenty of confidence in their ability to solve our engine problem. In addition to that, the pricing was very fair and competitive to other quotes we had received. Excellent service!

The only reason I give them a 5 star is because of the ownership and management, and non were working this day. I set up an appointment for my vehicle for Tuesday January 26th at 10am. needless to say it was not looked at with text message verification till 1:37pm. I like to stick to appointments but this experience was not as good as before. it is now 3pm and no news about my vehicle. would i come back, of course, because they tell the truth about parts and services. trust is important when it comes to your vehicle.

Visiting twice, the past experience a couple years ago wasnt ideal (the man I worked with pushed sales) but this visit was exceptional (I met the owner, Jonita). I stopped in due to the convenient location & good experiences with a prior location. They charge for diagnostic testing (to cover the technician time). Thats understandable business-wise, but I was disappointed to learn the problem would require a certified hybrid tech (by Toyota). I could have gone to Toyota & the diagnostic fee would have gone towards the work.Jonita picked me up & asked about my car. I explained the situation & disappointment on the fee but noted at least I knew the problem now. I asked about her work & learned she was the owner! From there, we had a great conversation about business, her story & business commonalities. She impressed me as someone who has the right goals & a right heart. I went inside to pay my bill & my card was needed twice. Jonita was tending to business, brought me a beauty sample (she sells beauty products on the side) & left. When the 2nd transaction was complete, I was told the service fee had been refunded. I asked if Jonita had told them to do that & she had. I never expected that but was pleasantly surprised. Thank you, Jonita. It was really nice to meet you & get to know you on a more personal level. And I appreciate the cost waiver.

If we were in Katy, TX I would strongly reccommend but not the West Frisco location. I love the Scripture posted all around the waiting area, their phne ettiguette is 2nd to none but not only was my repair not completed but I paid for aftermarket parts according to Honda techs, service agent, and the pics HONDA provided. When asked to provide a copy of the invoice proving the parts CB used were Honda parts as promised, the service manager at CB, Jim, said he would email me a copy but that was a week ago. My phone calls dont get aswered now. It is hard enough to find a trustworthy mechanic...if you use CB West Frisco I suggest asking for them to save the parts them claim need replacement to be given to you and proof they are using original manufacturer parts on your vehicle if it is important to you. My cars problem was misdiagnosed, costly parts replacement will now need to be done (for a 2nd time) as the parts they used are causing a secondary issue. Beware.

The speed of service as well as the customer service. The lobby was clean and well maintained. I would suggest to provide disposable cups for the coffee rather than regular coffee mugs just for peace of mind on the current situation.

Incredibly high prices when you consider the fact that they did a full inspection of my vehicle and completely missed that my rear brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. I even told them I heard noise coming from the rear so I don’t see how they missed it. Because of this, I don’t have any good reason to bring my car back to Christian Brothers in the future.

They don’t deserve one star. A rip off. Charged 1800 for an alternator and oil leak. Charged 40 dollars to recharge a battery. Don’t go here. Rude and expensive.

They were very professional and honest they did a great job replacing my transmission. The ride service was very helpful when it was time to pickup my vehicle. I would return when other work is needed for my other vehicles.

If you want to interact with a shop that has strong customer service, look no further. I had a miscommunication with one of the front-office staff, and the manager Jim, immediately intervened and took my side. I ended up deciding to repair my car myself, but Jim and his staff were incredibly gracious and super helpful as I wrapped everything up. It cant be easy dealing with a bunch of people who literally know nothing about cars, but I observed Jim really going the extra mile and being extremely patient with every one of his customers. Thank you for the exceptional service!

I am convinced that this is the best car shop in the Little Elm/Frisco area. My dad and I recommend it to everyone, I went in once for an oil change and another time because I got my ID stuck in a tricky spot where they had to take apart some interior of my car. They were so incredibly nice and had a smile the whole time. Anytime me or my dad have been, they have explained what they are doing before they do it and they answer any and all questions. I love this place and don’t think I would trust anywhere else with my car.

This place is amazing. They helped me in a time of financial difficulty and showed me so much kindness and genuine concern. I can tell they really cared about my car and what my needs were. Never been to a place like this. Amazing. Would recommend to family and friends.

I was overcharged on labor. I got a call to give my approval on a job, then 2.5 hours later I was called back saying the job was complete, yet I was quoted for roughly 6 hours or labor. I brought in a incorrect part for the job (my fault), so it had to be done again. Once the job was completed for the second time I received a call stating that the power steering pump I rebuilt was faulty and that the system wasnt working at all. They recommended that if I wanted to do the job right I should replace the pump and rack since there is really no way of diagnosing which part of the system is faulty. I brought the car home and properly bled the power steering system. What do you know, the pump works perfectly. I paid $1000 in just labor for this job. The least they could have done is bled the system properly, and not tried to get me to spend more money unnecessarily. The lack of integrity in this job was ridiculous. The technician also left the trash and wrappers from the job in my car. Just to top everything off, I had to wait about 45 minutes to pay and leave with my car because they decided a customer that arrived after me was more important. This shop will never have my business or recommendation.

I wish I could give them more stars, I’ve never felt so welcome at a mechanic shop before. Great customer service, there are a lot places to choose from. But I promise if you chose Christian Brothers you won’t be disappointed. The team is great, great prices and parking, which is important to me. I was extremely pleased with my vehicle inspection they proformed on my vehicle. I will be returning for all my vehicle needs. Their also very knowledgeable as well which is also important.

Very friendly, courteous and professional. Although most times it’s never a “good” thing to have to get repairs done on your vehicle, Christian Brothers keeps you informed during every step of the process, completed the work quickly and also provide a courtesy driver to pick you up at home and bring you back to their location to get your car. Great experience as far as car repairs go.

The staff here truly know the meaning of great customer service. They welcome you back with opening arms and always willing to explain the work that has been completed or work that needs to be completed. The only place I take my vehicles because they truly stand behind their work. Only time I dont, is when the vehicle is still covered under factory warranty and even then I still bring I vehicle here.

I went in today for an alignment and the service was exceptional. I would recommend making an appointment in order to avoid a long wait. They do offer a shuttle service. I was in and out in 45 minutes. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend!

Truly speaking, every customer who deals with Auto Mechanics, Auto Workshops or Auto Repair Shops, always look for honesty first. I am sure most Auto related businesses are qualified Mechanics & Engineers but it is hard to find an honest one. I personally think that Christian Brothers Automotive are the one who are not only qualified but truthful, sincere & honest.

As always the three Js - John, Jim and Jordan are fantastic, honest and frugal. They always show the most compassion for your auto issue big or small and often offer multiple solutions to fit your needs. I have used CB since 2010 for major repairs(transmission) to minor repairs (vacuum hose) and have never once been less than pleased from start to finish.

Was trying to get an appointment and had a few questions concerning the same, was talking to John or Johnathan and was rudely schooled about listening carefully rather than double checking. I dont know about their work quality but my response is solely based on how they interacted with me.

Excellent customer service

The people that work here are the best. I have even met the owner and was very impressed. I had work done previously by another mechanic and was having problems, so I decided to have these guys take a crack at it. They were able to address my problems at very minimal cost, and it stayed fixed. Also, after the work was completed, I realized that a part was under warranty at Auto Zone, and John actually went dumpster diving to get it back for me so I could return it! Now thats customer service! I will be a loyal customer of theirs. And the courtesy shuttle was extremely helpful and nice.

This place was great. Website said they could do everything I needed. I dropped off my car, had it ready to go sooner than I thought I would. And it is running great.

I bought a new car in June 1016. Because of the warranty I did not need the services of Christian Brothers—I thought! Reality is that maintenance from the car dealer was proving to be too infrequent, based on the on-board service-needed display. Came back to Christian Brothers for great service, even for a new car. Reset on-board computer display to reflect my driving needs, not the dealers. Thanks for your excellent service. Ill be back.

Last week I was at the car wash on 423 when my window regulator broke. Fortunately I was right next door to Christian Brothers, my usual mechanic. I grumbled to Christian Brothers front office guy that I was frustrated because that was literally the day I was putting my van up for sale--and thus getting it detailed at the car wash. Apparently he casually mentioned me to another employee at Christian Brothers who later when I picked up the van approached me to ask for details about it. The next night I had a whole 3-generation family on my doorstep with cash in hand to buy the van. HERES THE BACK STORY: The day my window broke that familys grandmother had also brought her van in for repair. Unfortunately their van was one too many repairs past recovery so she was now completely without transportation. Minutes later I happened to walk in with a van for sale that the Christian Brothers employee knew everything about (having done work on it for a few years). Because he was watching out for that family, he got my permission to give them my contact info. That grandma now owns my van. How many vendors do you work with who not only fix your immediate needs but also look out for you in the big picture sense? He had plenty to do that day but chose to add to his to do list helping a grandma he knew only as a customer solve a problem he was uniquely qualified--but no one expected him--to solve.

We hit something hard on the roadway and had to take my car in. It was a blessing in disguise as apparently we had done a lot of damage. Everything was explained to me where I could understand what was going on. I so appreciated the kindness and courtesy that was extended to me. What a great business.

Christian Brothers is always my go-to. Being a college student with a strict budget I am always fearful of car mechanics using fear tactics on me (which have been done before!). These guys are never pushy, always informative, and so considerate.

I do not mean to be too harsh, but this is the conversation I had with the manager: He says Hey, can I get your email? and I say Hey, are you going to send me spam? and he says Were Christian Brothers and we do not believe in spam.. I give him my email address and within 5 days I have received 9 emails. Not to mention the follow up phone calls.I realize it is not the guys fault (his name was Jim), but if someone asks you point blank do not freaking LIE about it.Also, they did not check tire pressures when they did my oil change. I know because one of them was low when I went in and low when I went out.

Absolutely the best organization to deal with re ones car. The West Frisco location is no exception to this. The staff is very friendly and technically trained. They explain everything to our satisfaction.Jim, the Service Manager, goes above and beyond to help.This will be our go to place for car repairs in the area.

Recently I was at the dealership with my wifes Lexus and it needed new shocks. The price for the work took me back so I decided to check elsewhere. Fortunately I wound up at Christian Brothers and I cant say enough about the experience. Besides providing a better price/value, John and Jim were two of the most pleasant and professional individuals I have dealt with in a long time. I didnt know they had a shuttle service, which is even a greater plus as its always difficult to get rides when having cars worked on. Im definitely a big fan and a very satisfied customer.

These guys are always super friendly, honest, and responsive. I usually get good information about the parts they are installing, some possible causes to the problems encountered with my cars, and even some alternative solutions in severe/expensive cases.

They were so nice and kind to me. I went there because of the reviews that I read about them and they certainly live up to their reputation. They made sure that I understood everything and they were quick and efficient. This was a great experience and Ill be going to them everytime from now on!
