Amazing selection and they help you design your space. The contractors are top notch and really pay attention to detail. I will be using them for all my home remodeling.

We set out to get updating done in our kitchen and they were recommended to us. After working with them I understand why this was the right choice. They came out to our home and were very respectful and professional in listening to what our needs were. They built out a great plan of attack on the kitchen and also the kids bathroom counter top. They helped with walking us through each step and were always a text or phone call away at any hour. Their team led by Juan and Chris did a fantastic job to make sure the job was done right and on time. I cant tell you how much I appreciate the hard work they put in to make sure we were happy with our update. I would highly recommend working with this company!

Beautiful new second mater bath!! Marco was a very helpful in our bathroom/closet renovation. The Very few bumps along the way were always fixed to our liking. I highly recommend using the Design Center of Frisco. My only advice to new customers is look at pictures of drawings very closely to make sure everything matches. I made that mistake, but hopefully Marco will be able to change the granite for me!

Marco helped me choose the perfect quartz. I had found a backsplash I dearly loved. Now my home is everything I love. His workers were so nice, neat and cleaned up. Highly recommended. Charlotte

We had done a lot of research on our floors when it was time to remove the old carpet, so when we found Marco we already knew what we wanted. He quoted us a price lower than we had found elsewhere, and let us know that the version of LVT we got is fire code rated, so we were able to have a more uniform floor instead of having a random patch of tile at the fireplace hearth. The installation crew were fast and friendly, and even worked around us when we had to start bringing things back in from the garage due to our water heater springing a leak! Id go with Marco and his crew again in a heartbeat.

Overall a great experience and would recommend the Design Center for all kitchen remodels. I highly recommend working with Jennifer at this location; she will go above and beyond to make the project a success. Below is my overall assessment of my kitchen remodel:General Description: Add cabinets with soft close to wall and create an island, add quartz countertops, add granite deep sink with touchless faucet, install dishwasher/sink/disposal, adjust flooring as needed. All this was to be completed within 2 weeks.Design: They had a great selection to choose from and were really valuable on helping us hone in on our personal taste and developing a design. They clearly know their products very well, especially Marco. Very impressed with their 3D designs and models that they were able to make for us to confirm on the overall project.Contract and Pricing: Simple contract, attractive payment plan, and they worked hard to keep within budget. They were even able to negotiate with third party vendors on higher quality products to be kept at the same price and to use only what we needed (rather than charging us for the surplus) - Marco did an excellent job here. We really appreciate their hard work on this, making sure we knew about every step along the way, and keeping to their promises.Warranty: Outstanding warranty on the products and they provide their own installation warranty. We have not used it yet, but it gives us piece of mind with our family lifestyle.Timing: They tried to stick as close to their timeline. Anything that was in their control, they were pretty close to time. They would even stay extra late to finish each section of our project promptly. Marco and Jennifer oversaw each stage of our project, even after normal business hours; they really cared about our time and made extra effort to support us.Communication: They will keep high contact of communication throughout the project. Sometimes there is an overlap on management and discussions held between each other. Id recommend having one point of contact on both sides (project manager on your end and one account manager on their end) and sticking to just talking between those 2 people. Jennifer stands out in this area.Quality: High quality cabinets. Countertops look great and expect them to last well. Great installation process [our house is a little older which made the project a bit more complicated, but they were able to promise and deliver what we wanted].Final Touch-ups: Really top notch and this is where they excelled. They came out numerous times to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. They even got us a house warming gift and continued to follow up on our total kitchen finish / move-in process.Overall: They are very nice people to work with. Their main installation guy is very friendly and cares about your house. Their plumber is also very nice and does a great job. Their countertop installers stayed extra late to get the exact cutting for our oven. Their office went was very professional, stuck to their contract (which I appreciate), and were hospitable along the entire process. Really a positive turn-key project using them.
