Be open when you state you are open. We were finally able to drive all the way there and they were closed. While their hours state they were open for 2 more hours. I expected it to be closed Monday for Labor Day but today? No. You already have pretty limited hours for those who work a normal job. If you are going to be closed update your store hours, not much to ask!
Customer service is lacking at this showroom. We bought approximately $2000 worth of products. We called several times with follow up questions and concerns. Responses were less than acceptable. We resorted to email to the manager who initially responded but did not respond to our request to order more. They obviously don’t need our business. We have tried to reach them by phone and never have gotten beyond the outgoing message. They are much too difficult to work with. I would recommend another showroom or a completely different company.This is a follow up to the above review. We cannot get a credit refund because no one answers the phone. They owe us money and we’ve followed the directions from the warehouse. Do Not use this showroom
I visited Ferguson in Frisco to shop for new light fixtures for our home. We are remodeling and needed an updated look that was transitional in style. WOW!! I was blown away with the amazing experience that I had at Ferguson with the ladies in the lighting department. They were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and offered very competitive pricing!! Angela Wiseman was especially HELPFUL and AMAZING!! The ladies guided me through the selection process, helped me choose the correct sizing for our spaces and placed the order to ship directly to our home. We love our new lighting!! The fixtures are beautiful and we are very happy with the choices from Ferguson!! FIVE STARS!!

Alicia Solis was kind, patient and informative. The showroom packs a lot in to one location, and Ferguson is willing to price match. Lovely experience without the warehouse noise or crowds of the big box stores. Would happily recommend.

Buyer beware.. I order a alcove bathtub and the back side that would be mounted to the back wall is off by over half an inch from side to side. I spoke with them and they were supposed to have the warehouse look at the replacement tub before delivery. That did not happen! The replacement tub is off as well. Ferguson talks a good game but they do not deliver and what they say.
I have gone to other Fergusons, which I liked. This location that Ive been to twice, is not one I will go back to. I went in to buy a faucet, checked in at the front desk, waited 45 mn, with no help and left the building, HORRIBLE SERVICE... If you go make sure you call ahead to set up a formal appointment. The prices do not support the lack of service.
Not the best. We arrived there when it was close to closing time and they were desperate to close the store, they had no interest on selling. We understand that we arrived like 15 minutes before closing but we already new what we wanted and we were determined to purchase some items. At least they couldve been a little more understanding and at least offer their services for the following Monday. Definitely not buying from them, customer service is the key to a successful business.
This company is a nightmare to work with. Their showroom is gorgeous and everything was smooth up to the point of sale (although it was actually difficult to get them to take my money, which I found bizarre). However, that is where the positive experience ended. I would recommend making appliance purchases anywhere else but through Ferguson.
I’m trying to buy a Wolf range and had one simple question. If I purchase a range today how long will it take to get in? After a 45 minute phone call, on hold most of the time and getting transferred to 6 different people, I was finally told a sales associate would call me back if I left a message. If I didn’t want to leave a message I could make an appointment to have my question answered. REALLY!I chose to leave a message. It’s been one week and no call back. I really didn’t expect one, I was hoping to be surprised.They have the most pathetic customer service I have ever encountered. I’m baffled on how they have such a high rating.
Kelcy was very helpful suggesting ideas for our new home including lighting, bath and kitchen fixtures, and ceiling fans. They have so much more to offer than just whats on the showroom floor . Thank you Kelcy

I would rather pay 3x and have great customer service, rather than save a bit and have to deal with what weve dealt with. Poor communication between departments causing us wasted time.Will not be using them in the future for our design firm.
Outstanding selection of everything that you could need in bath, kitchen and lightning. Staff is dedicated only to one customer at a time. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable. Fantastic experience.

Let me tell you about Ricky Foy. This guy is the appliance whisper. Its like he has a PhD in appliances, and hes happy to share the knowledge. If you just want to know whats the best, no problem. However, if youre like me and want to know what the exact differences are between model years, names, manufacturers, quality, warranties, which will cook better, and what refrigerator will raise the resell value on your house, Ricky is the man. Sometimes I feel bad for my sales reps because I want to know all the knowledge they have, but Ricky seemed genuinely happy to share. When youre buying $15k+ worth of appliances, you want someone to earn your business, and thats exactly what Ricky For, and Ferguson Appliance, will do.

I visited Ferguson in search of lighting fixtures for my home after shopping at 2 other competitors with no luck. I was promptly greeted by someone at the front desk and pointed into the right direction. I was soon met by Shameika Love who listened to my needs and showed me options she thought might work. I was pleasantly surprised with the choices and was able to make a selection to get my project completed. This had become a daunting ordeal for me but with Fergusons options and Ms. Loves patience and assistance it is finally happily completed.

Originally I posted a negative review for Fergusons due to a miscommunication concerning the scheduling of an appointment with a salesperson. Once that issue was resolved, my husband and I arrived at the Frisco showroom for our scheduled appointment and were quickly taken care of by Amy. She was aware of what appliance we needed to replace and had all the current information printed out and ready to explain to us. Within a very short time we had placed an order, as well as a request for installation. Thanks to Amy for being friendly & efficient!

Customer service is severely lacking at these stores - especially when trying to get updates on orders or trying to process returns. Told that a Manager does not work at the store on the weekend - so my problem can’t be resolved. I have spoken with multiple people at this company and no one can seem to locate a manager to process a simple return. There is no doubt that the product selection is great - just never return anything.
Great, knowledgeable service and product mix. Did our bathroom a couple of years ago and just went back for the kitchen. Amy Johnson in Frisco did a very good job.
I purchased a Miele Washer and Dryer from Ferguson who also did the install. I was not able to use the Washer and Dryer for over a week because the install did not properly install the appliances. Finally, a rep from Miele came out to correct everything. I was assured that I would receive a refund of the install on the washer and dryer and yet such refund still hasnt been processed. Every time I call the store I get the run-around and told yes, it will happen today yet today never comes.....
Huge showroom with a great selection of fixtures and appliances.
They have a nice selection of appliances, lighting and plumbing fixtures. The labeling of the items needs to be clearer and it seems like they are trying to cram to much into the space
I entered the showroom store shortly after they opened on a Saturday morning and noticed the employees browsing the internet. Not one of the employees even acknowledged me has I sought help looking for a fridge to buy.After one employee finally stopped browsing the internet long enough to answer my greeting of, hi, Im in the market for a fridge, she attempted to go find someone else to pass me off to but couldnt find anyone. She attempted to help me find a fridge given my parameters by browsing the internet. This employee definitely lacked product knowledge which is surprising for a specialty appliance store.I left and went to Nebraska furniture Mart and was promptly greeted by a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable sales rep.
