Great place for vapors and supplies. I went in yesterday and was greeted by several people. They answered my questions, I needed new coils and they have coils for every machine seems like. What really stood out was the customer service and they make there own juice. Oh they dont charge you arm and a leg. I bought a pack of coils from a place around the corner from them and paid 30 dollars. DFW vapor was almost 10 dollars cheaper. Thanks ladies Ill be back for sure. However I do not recommend there house juice. I have tried 8 flavors all eight of them do not taste for what they are suppose to be and they burn your coils fast.

Im contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding this business and their practices. They sold me a defective tank and knew it would not work without making me keep it upside down. I bought it one day and went back the next day and they would not even do in An Exchange for the proper tank. The girl called her manager and of course told her a one sided story and the manager suggested to give me 15% off which was a joke. I highly suggest you go to another vapor store in the area and stay away from dfw they dont believe in customer service or supporting their products. Go to KLOWDZ VAPOR in McKinney. They care and their rating is a 4.9 on Google reviews.

I have had vapors tongue for a while with Grape Ape, an amazing flavor, and I wanted to try something similar but be able to taste it. Jessica suggested Grapple, a mix of apple and grape, so I bought it and immediately fell in love. I had always dismissed trying Grapple since I am a hardcore Grape Ape consumer, but her confidence inspired me. She had terrific customer service and friendliness, and knew which flavor to recommend. Chandler is absolutely the BEST!!!! I went in, asking a ton a questions about why my SMOK ALIEN 220w was leaking fluid, and not holding a charge. I had purchased mine, through another company, who had closed down. Chandler, greeted me instantly, and explained in detail what was going on with mine. He answered all my questions, showed me how to actually use mine, and also provided me other helpful information. He had me test different strengths, until we found the right one for me! The staff here are super knowledgeable and friendly. Great service and selection. And ask about deals, theyre always running specials. I will keep on returning to this location.So I upgraded to a bigger,more powerful mod. Using the house juice, everything tastes so chemically. I tried premium/Max vg that they sell and nothing helped. So I decided to try a few other places. And wow, what a difference it made. There are so many flavors of juices out there. So unfortunately I will no longer be buying my juice from here. So if youre like me and have only ever gone here, try a few other places for comparison. Check out Nirvana Vapor in The Colony, awesome prices and friendly staff. Another is Vapor Lab in Frisco, a little pricey but good selection. Try the juice brand Naked or 3 Dukes, best bang for the buck.

I have been a loyal customer at this store for a long time. I bought a mini snowwilf kit and at the beginning it was giving a weird flavor and burnt juice smell took it back and no problem. The second device I got was firing the juices at nonstop as soon as i put the tanks and took it back today and because of a small scratch on the device, the two people working there did not help at all and did not appreciate i was a loyal customer. They refused to exchange my mod and i was NOT happy at all. They kept telling me that the device was dropped but i told them i did not drop it and did not believe me although i have been a loyal customer. I will not go back and will never recommend this place to anyone.

No samples of anything you want to try, ALL in-house made eJuice, and an unclear return policy.WAY overpriced. Too many people working in the stores, why else do you think the juice is so expensive. Theres multiple sales people to run something that should be run like a Convenience store. This place is a setup to Trap beginners who dont know anything and arent informed enough to know any better. Soon as they do know better, they see theyre being ripped off by stores like this and never go back. Brilliant business plan. Gives experienced vapors, ZERO incentive to come in or spend money. Beginners and senior citizens, no repeat business because eventually every customer will feel ripped off eventually, depending how intelligent they are.Offer some Commercial Juices and New juices the vaping community actually talks about and THEN maybe people will try your in-house, but you have to offer samples or it looks like youre hiding something. Make money being a local convenience store for commercial juices, theres no reason to come to your store to check anything out. Not even for cotton or replacement coils, It just screams overpriced.Ditch the cheap idiots and pay someone a decent wage to run the store on their own, youre not going to learn about your customers, get ideas for improving your business and telling you when your ideas are bad from cheap labor. Cheap labor also has that annoying tendency of stealing to make up for their cheap wage.Spend money on someone good and your business will transcend from its scheme model.Good luck.

Every time I have gone in the staff has been extremely helpful. They have a nice area to test any flavors you want to try. Prices are great and they offer a 10% discount to Military and First Responders. Only place I shop for vape products. Highly recommend!

Statistics show that its better to have a return policy for your business then not having one. Because having one makes the consumer feel like theyre not going to be cheated out or be stuck with something theyre not very happy with. very few people actually use a return policy or exchange policy. This business doesnt seem to believe in that statistic. I return or exchange policy is just a sense of security a consumer gets for doing business with you.This being said I went in yesterday as a new person to the scene to buy two bottles of juices. I did not know what I wanted because I dont have that much experience. I told him the last two bottles that I got from which one I liked and when I didnt. He gave me very few suggestions instead just looked at me as if I should know what Im talking about. I didnt and so i went with whatever he said. I got home I cleaned my thing out and I tried the two juices that he suggested and they were horrible. I called then just now and they said that once the bottles are opened they cant do anything about it. Well, you could have suggested I try them in store, you could have asked me probing questions about what I bought before and what I liked or didnt like. You could have asked me how long I have been vaping. You could have helped me make a better choice. Now Im stuck with this nasty two flavors and I am told by your staff that I have to come buy another one. Not everyone is a seasoned vaporist. I think you need better to explain things better and be a sales person who ensures the customer is getting the right fit for him or herself. Out of 20 upset customers 1 only complains, so trust me that there are a lot of folks who dont appreciate this just like me.

Ive tried going to other vape shops. Nothing has quite compared to DFW Vapor. Went today at 2pm. A woman there helped me pick out the perfect vape juice for me. I had told her that I was quitting after 2 years of smoking a pack a day. I needed a good suggestion. I told her that I tried a 50mg salt nic juice the other day at Vapor Lab and it was hitting way too hard (to be fair I also switched my coil to a .6) She suggested 6mg salt nic juice for me. I thought it was maybe too low, but shes the professional. I got the Cooler Cacti and I just tried. Its a perfect hit for me. Thank you for the wonderful suggestion!

I went to this location with a family member who is 25 years of age. I am 28 years of age. They denied us BOTH entry and purchase because I forgot my I.D. even though I was not purchasing anything. They died to let my 25 year old family member purchase juice for my lack of I.D. So I leave the store so my OF AGE family member can purchase his juice. Yet they still denied him purchase of juice After being of age and having I.D. the store manager needs to realize he is working at a vape shop....not a gun store
