I ordered item online and picked up from the store but when tried to return they can’t find item serial number. Per manager it is very normal with apple product. So think when you try to return you can’t. Asked me to call care. Now I am on hold from last 30 mins.Pathetic customer service and support. This was my last purchase at Best Buy.
What a fabulous experience we had with Best Buy! Charlie got us all set up at the store in Frisco with what we needed to install 4 new TVs. Alex and Ben showed up on time and ready to help us. They had great suggestions and went above and beyond to make sure every thing was perfect! Highly recommend the Magnolia team!
