Went in to upgrade phones and Had a great experience. Corey helped us out. Corey is extremely knowledgeable and provided awesome customer experience. Tiara also helped us out and was very friendly and provided great customer service as well. Would highly recommend going through them to have a good at&t experience.
Amazing experience! Corey and his team are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and really look out for their customers. I stopped in to inquire about changing Phone carriers. I talked to Corey who was incredibly friendly and very helpful. He took time to discuss plans and what would fit my budget. Ill actually save by jumping to At&t. Overall I felt valued and it was a breath of fresh air. Ill definitely be back in a week once my contract is up to switch.
Go to a real at&t store, this place is a volume sales store. diffintly did not have a good phone buying experience. Corey sure didnt do me any favors, I wanted to add a phone line, wand up having 2 lines added to the same device, and then, he tells me to call 611, and have them cancel one of the lines. when I called 611 they told me to go back to the store to cancel the line. I wasnt even offered a phone Protector to purchase on my original visit. I wasnt even offered a replacement plan or insurance on my phone, do they still offer insurance plans on phones?NOT HAPPY
Disappointed on eligibility of lines for first net especially advertising it when u walk in, was very disappointed on the staff at this location, although they informed us of the issue, one employee was talking to a manager about a past problem subscriber...very unprofessional, she was also talking to another purchaser while try to act like she was helping us. Should have just said that she would be with us in a few minutes instead of asking what we needed. Manager was very unprofessional. While I joined att, ill continue to do it online instead, and hope the rules of firstnet expand to other first responders in the ems field instead of one or 2
I stopped in to add a phone to my plan. I was helped right away and the service was great. I had an old plan so the manager walked me through my options and was able to upgrade me to the latest offered by AT&T. So now I not only have a higher data limit but it lowered my bill after adding a new phone! Couldn’t be happier!
The attendant was really snappy and not nice at all.
Went in today to upgrade my wifes phone. We were greeted by Corey, wow! After speaking with him for a few minutes he had my wifes new phone setup and helped us add a new line, which we have tried multiple times subject for a different time. He was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend Corey!!!!

Couldnt replace my microcell that AT&T provided so I could get cell phone service.
Alex was literally the best sales person in the world. She is so nice and so helpful. Not only was she assisting me but she made sure everyone was getting help. Kept a smile on her face the whole time, she really put 110% into her job with helping me and everyone. I will be coming back only to talk to her. Shes that great! Honestly this company should give her a raise! She deserves it.

Terrible service. They only have one person working. Tried to get my new phone set up and was told it would be just over an hour wait to be helped. Then I went to different at&t store to set up my phone. Tried this location again just to purchase a wireless charger, case and screen protector. Would have given them 200+ bucks but I stood there with my items for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged.

Alex is awesome, every time I go in I make sure to ask for her. She has never been anything but cheerful, helpful and just all-around great. The only reason for 4 stars is because I have found Corey to be rude, unhelpful and it really would seem that he despises working there. I have had to deal with him on a few occasions and each time has been a negative experience.
I just went there for the first time, looking for an otter box case for my iPhone. Everyone was very nice, attentive, informative, and quick. I was in and out of there in less than 15-20 minutes with no headache AND no pushy hassling. I got what I needed (an otter box) plus some (a Wireless charger and screen protector) for a great deal. Chris, the manager, even put the screen and the case on for me! It was a really great experience.Ps. My family and I have been sprint customers for years but now we refused to get anything else from them unless we have to, because of the horrible experiences we’ve encounter with them. So I just told my dad about the wonderful experience I had here at AT&T and now he wants to switch. So we will be in contact ! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is what keeps your clients! We went to the AT&T at RIVERTON Commons in Front Royal to resolve a problem with my I Phone 8. We ended up getting 2 new I Phone 11’s.Anthony was very knowledgeable, patient and courteous to us throughout transferring all the information off our old I Phones to the new I Phones. We will definitely recommend AT&T to our friends.
Zero is not an option so one star it is. Waited 45 mins to find out the phone they had in stock when I called was out of stock in the store. Then the attendant asked the other to call another store while, get this, played on his phone that made calls. All while 10-15 people waited.Save time and frustration. Go to Winchester.

Horrible the kid that works there is just down right lazy . They sell phones but cant do ANYTHING else there but take ur money and sell you a phone. AT&T is the worse !!

Never enough help. Anytime you go in it is normally a wait and they do not allow appointments like the Winchester location. Staff has always pleasant but management is failing customers and staff requiring such a long wait with people standing around during a pandemic. Set up by appointment!
This place was phenomenal - Sales staff really knew what they were doing. Approached me with tact when talking about promotions and other products. Even though I didnt purchase or sign up for anything extra, they were excellent and could tell they definitely cared about their job and making sure you got the best possible service!
A single typo caused me an issue. Alexia (Store Manager), corrected the issue, attempted to expedite the solution and then added a heap of customer service on to ensure that the customer was known to be appreciated (ie Me). This is the model customer service AT&T SHOULD be going for in all capacities.
So I just purchased a new Google Pixel 4XL from At&T, online through my account. I really needed a phone case so I looked online at sites and really just wanted to see one in person. So after a few stores I thought I call this store while I was at Walmart. This was about 6pm on 4/30/20, when I called a young lady answered the phone, said she had two cases in stock and I told her I would be there n a few mins. When I arrived I was greeted by a young man and did get his name. He showed me the two cases, they didnt fit my needs. I explained to him what I wanted and he pretty much told me to go to Amazon and order it. I literally told him I wanted to see it, that you really could tell online. Long story short I really wanted some customer service, I was just shocked that they didnt show me nothing online or we could order that for you!!! I know they work on commission and make an hourly rate, but just to send me out the door not even trying to attempt a sale just blew my mind.
Excellent service provided by the Store Manager! Very knowledgeable and thorough. Wont go see anyone else. He set us up with our phone lines at another store location a couple years back and we now travel out to Front Royal just to have him help us and take care of our phone needs.
You have the best employee in Alex at the Front Royal AT&T store..she not only is very knowledgeable of your products but very polite, helpful and just willing to help you with anything...it was a pleasure to have her assist me..she deserves nothing but kudos...

Ive been a Cingular/AT&T customer since 1999, and this was the BEST phone upgrade experience Ive ever had, thanks to Alex. She was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Normally, going to get a new phone is about as pleasant as going to the DMV, but not this time, thanks to Alex. I cant say enough about her. Outstanding customer service!
Very disappointed in the customer service. As a customer I’ve never had a salesman take the position of being 100% unaccommodating. Any five star ratings for this store are most likely friends or family members of the employees. I would go without a cellphone before doing business here again.
Ok, Ive been with AT&T for since the dawn of cellular one so that should tell you how much of a fan Ive been. BUT!I have the lowest GB plan of 6 GB of data per month with rollover.The other day instead of my app sayingYouve used X of your 6 GBs with X remainingIt now says Youve used X of UNLIMITEDNO, I didnt get a free upgrade instead all they did was change the wording because when I looked up my plan it now says 6 GBs with Unlimited voice and textingI still have only 6 GBs and had I not checked I would have been Fooled or scammed into using more data and being charged for it which I am sure has happened to some unsuspecting customers.

There are two younger guys that work in the morning and needless to say they’re just like every other young person, lazy! I went in about almost 2 months ago and I was getting a whole new plan with them. He told me I was approved for 2 lines but since I still had my Indiana license he would have to ship the phones to me. I said okay no problem. Another customer came in and I let him help her while we ran next door to eat because we were going to take a while. We came back & him and the I guess “so called manager” said we can’t help you, you have to go to our corporate store and you have to provide your proof of residency and a birth certificate. I said uhmm what? I’ve never heard of that before. So we went ahead and went to the corporate store in Winchester. I walked right in and Sean helped us out, told me he needed my ID and I was approved for 10 lines, my fiancé and I got 2 iPhone X and 2 apple watches. He didn’t need my birth certificate or anything and I got the phones that day. I went back in today about 2 weeks ago because my watch wasn’t working. And I live in Huntly so didn’t want to drive all the way to Winchester. Well the again “so called manager” helped me but didn’t really seem interested at all. Told me your watch is working idk what you need help with. So I left and figured it out on my own. I again, not sure why, but went back in today after work because it’s closest to my house instead of driving all the way to Winchester to get my father in law a phone on our plan. & yet again it was the “so called manager” he was so un-interested in our purchase I wanted to walk out and drive to Winchester. He was rude the whole time and acted like we were inconvenicing him. I will NEVER go back into this store again. They are rude and act like we’re a burden.

The store manager was absolutely the most rude person I have ever had the unfortunate experience to deal with as far as a customer service rep!! My husband and I have been in the Front Royal Va store numerous times and never had dealt with him until today. From the moment we walked in the store he seemed inconvenienced by having to help us. He was very dismissive and we left the store without any resolution to our problem! When my husband asked for his name his response was, and I quote CJ Coates, spell it right!. Unexpectable behavior. I was a Sprint customer for more than 10 years and needless to say after this experience I will be switching back to them!

Horrible. Just got a plan with AT&T. Top plan with top coverage insurance. One of my devices breaks (accident) and AT&T refused to replace it. The insurance will only send me a replacement is a pay $250. This is absurd Very disappointing

I went in to the store today seeking help with changing over my sim card and the sales guy told me i could do it myself and then I asked for help with a charger pack and he just told me everything that was the box and then when i asked for the price he picked up the package and just set it back down. So now Im home and can not seem to get the sim card switched and now am phoneless in the middle of nowhere! SO THANK YOU GUY AT AT&T FOR NOT HELPING!!!!
