Ive had a terrible experience with the online customer service because of a SIM card change. I went over to the Front Royal Boost Mobile store and the lady there (Im sorry, I did not get her name) has been tremendously helpful! She was polite and apologetic that Ive had so much trouble and couldnt use my phone. The online customer service didnt even offer an apology. Highly recommend just going to the store :) Thanks again!

These employees cant even stand up from their seats behind the counter to greet a customer walking through the door or offer any information requested about iPhones. They just say we have x, y, z phones. Your on your own. I find I get the same results at the Luray Boost store.

I was considering boost mobile, but upon approaching the store one associate was outside the store talking to another person. They were using foul language and when I asked them to watch their language, one person said, “we can cuss if we want to.” I replied, yes you can, but it is rude and uncharitable,” They proceeded to laugh! I just skipped my visit to the store and walked on by. Any business that would hire such trashy people is not one I will give my business to!

I would give it more but they dont ever have anything in the store!!! The lady that was working there today July 14, 20 was SUPER NICE and very HELPFUL tho. I wish I had paid attention to her name! She went above what she needed to do to help and explained what I asked of her. Even talked me into an Iphone(well not yet,but Im really thinking about it..lol) Will be a new experience for me.Anyway, if you want answers, go to the store, a newer phone, well depends on which one. But be prepared for a big NO. JUST GO TO WEBSITE SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME! 😂

This service has been a complete nightmare. I canceled the service I had with AT&T for 14 years because they offered Internet data hotspot for great cost. When I got the phones home the service will not work here. I’ve made several calls to tech-support customer service I’ve gone to the store three times. No one and I mean no one will help. When the going gets rough at tech-support they transfer you to your phone model support. I canceled the service mediately because they were not helpful. I got new service with AT&T that actually works. I would never ever in 1 million years recommend the service to anyone. The store in Front Royal knows they’re in the mountains. And I’m surethey know that some of the service will not work here. The store is a franchise here. They will only except phone for factory defect. They really don’t care if the service works or not. Do not patronize the store Unless you want to lose your money. I’m typing this message on my AT&T service. It works great!!!

The salesman was incoherent and could not tell me a price. Simply told me they dont sell separately. Insted he offered to sell me a phone number that I could port over from another company, making the phone free. When I said no he told me that it would cost 275 for my first month and activation.

Seriously couldnt tell the staff from the customers. (There were about seven people in store with me) Was never acknowledged even though I waited at the counter for assistance. I need help switching back to Boost because the service is awesome and affordable.. But unfortunately I did not and probably will not do it in store. Also their phone number is not good.

This store has the most knowledgeable employees in the area. They have a great selection of phones and accessories. If you go to the store then ask for Jessica because she is the most helpful.

Pretty good place, but all these places arent anything but a RIP off it is what it is though, not a bad price for unlimited data and talk ..! With insurance 57 dollars a month

This Boost Mobile has the nicest and most helpful employees. Great selection of phones and phone accessories. Good location in Front Royal with lots of parking. I would highly recommend any one to visit this store.

Horrible customer service. The girl with the green hair and the bald guy in there were absolutely no help and were very rude. They didnt even try to help me and were rolling there eyes pretty much the entire time I was in there.

Its not a bad store they have lots of products there and the employees try to be as helpful as possible most of the time. They only have one or two employees only working at a time though and it can get extremely busy in there so if you plan to go there prepared to possibly wait a little while.

One employee lied to us, led to us returning the phone. Lost $57 due to nonrefundable phone plan. Horrible business model. Will report to BBB. PLUS one star for allowing return of phone without hassle.
