Grace the Store Manager was extremely helpful and honest today. I recommend anyone that is in need of a carrier to go to them, she was up front and truthful as for AT&T, liars on everything. Thank you Grace for the amazing customer service today. I’ll be back definitely.
Ive been a Sprint customer for about 3 years (former AT&T) and Ive never had a bad experience with customer service over the phone or in person, especially this location. Bobby was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and helpful!I had a bad idea and purchased a refurbished phone through Blackmarket, I found out about an issue with the phone once I brought it in to the store to activate it. Bobby was completely understanding and non judgemental about my choice. I did return the phone and got a refurbished one from Best Buy. Im so thankful I had her to help.Hopefully she gets to see this! 😏

Got there and sales rep came up to me and didn’t know how the do anything, Kept asking other rep and then just went in the back and I waited and waited. My suggestion get your sales rep up to speed!

Zack was extremely helpful in finding the right phone and unlimited data plan for me. While coming from AT&T due to poor customer service and outrageous pricing I was greeted with respect and courtesy and he was knowledgeable as well as helpful. Would give 6 stars if I could, great service!

Be extremely careful visiting this store, they will tell you whatever they need to in order to make a sale and get you under contract. They have provided the WORST customer service I have ever had in my life.They said the bill would be about the same, they lied, it about doubled until I call Sprint directly.They gave me Sprint Drive and said it wouldnt cost anything with auto bill pay, they lied.....In my instance they lost my phone I traded in for an upgrade, then lost said phone for weeks only to find out someone, not sure if an employee or customer, stole phone and activated it and was using it, then they get phone back and try to tell me it was never a trade in on my upgrade. Not to mention when I finally got the phone back (which should have never happened as it was traded in) to me it was damaged and that damage was not there when it was traded in, yet again, you guessed it, they lied and said it was like that already......There are many may more negative things to say about this location but who has time to write a novel about the worst experience of their life.Ironic they are in Crooked Run Plaza... bunch of crooks....You are much better going to the other side of town and visit the Sprint store there or if your not under contract check another carrier.On a positive note Sprint customer care call center was absolutely the best people I have dealt with in a very long time. They fixed everything and my hope is they look into the shady business practices of this particular store.

So we went to get a phone for my son. Ive been a sprint customer for 20 years and always use best buy, but saw good reviews. After 23 mins and not even being acknowledged we just left. Worst sprint customer service Ive had to date. Only two other people in the store and I can understand working with them but to not even say hi, we will be with you in a bit is completely unacceptable.

Ive never in my life experienced a salesperson so eager on helping me get what I need. This is the second time I have been to this store and both times, Chris spent hours focus on helping me get what I wanted. Plus he always works hard on finding a way for me to spend the least amount of money. The first time I came here, I walked in and told Chris I needed a new phone and only had $150 dollars in my pocket. I walked out with an iPhone, a case, back up battery, screen protector and unlimited data and 100gigs of hotspot for LESS than $150. All I can say is these people care.
My family has been Sprint Customers for over 15 years, recently we were very close to changing to another cell phone company. Until we stopped at this Sprint store. Hands down the best customer service we have ever received from Chris, Olivia and Micah. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is our go to Sprint store, and Micahs customer service is excellent. Micah goes the extra mile to ensure his customers are happy. He makes sure the customer gets what they ask for, ensures they understand how everything works and all is user friendly. He takes all necessary time for each customer and never rushes them which is extremely important to me. I highly recommend this Sprint store location, and suggest ask for Micah.
I was ready to dump Sprint after having my account for over 16 years. That changed after I was assisted by Dana and his crew (Grace and Jon) in sorting out my account. I am leaving his Crooked Run store a much happier customer. I recommend them highly!

Went to sprint on sunday to open an account with them was assisted by Grace, she order our phones Sunday afternoon and went back on thursday to them and switch our numbers over to sprint from my old phone company. Very great customer service with Grace.
I went in with a problem I was skeptical about, a 2-year struggle with 3 previous failed attempts to solve at separate 3 stores. Chris Marston at the Crooked Run Sprint Store was the man to solve it. Not only that, but he was very thoughtful and thorough, making sure Id get the most for my money with my new phone and corrected plan, as well as being accommodating and kind to my young and very bored son. I absolutely recommend. I wish there were more stars to give.
My visit to this store to upgrade my phone was quick and seemed painless, but turns out they were just rushing me to get me out of the store. I was not properly logged into my phone to allow my backed up data to transfer over and I was incorrectly told that I just needed to be patient. I ended up spending 2 hours on the phone with Apple Care that evening so they could figure out what went wrong and had to do a factory reset. This should not have happened, there was no reason they couldnt have plugged my new phone in and told me to hang out for 15-20 minutes while all the stored data downloaded to my new phone instead of pushing me out the door. Also I was told different prices on the same phone by different people. I will not be coming back to this store.
The greatest experience I have had in 18 years dealing with sprint was Christmas Eve when Chris took the time to make sure all of my needs were met plus I walked out with the perfect gift for my husband. Had Chris been like all other business and was more concerned about himself and walking out the door it would have been disappointing but he stayed late and made sure I was set for Christmas morning:-)ThanksDonna Rogers

Worst experience I have ever had!!! Went to upgrade a phone and they wanted to charge $175. for damages, which are 3 chips in the lick liquid glass they charged me $ 40. dollars they put on the phone.to protect it.

I love the folks at this store. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable, but I have dealt with Chris Marston and Jonathan the most and would recommend them to anyone.
My wife and I drive an hour and pass two other Sprint Stores to get to this one. The staff, mainly Micah in our case, were very helpful when we needed to make some changes to our plan by streamlining some services and offering some good tips. Well go back to this store for our future needs.

Not a very happy camper right now. Signed up for the 5 phones $120, lines 3, 4 & 5 supposed to be free. They keep charging $230/ month. Only been with then since January.My BIGGEST complaint is nobody answering the phone, bc they have caller id. Micah, Chris, Dana and now Brittany have all neglected to call me back. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED. If this problem is not resolved by 5pm WE ARE DONE WITH SPRINT!!!!You wont answer me nor call me back Ill post it publicly.

Chris Marston informed us of a plan that we could switch to which will save us over $80 a month. He took the time to explain the differences between our old and new plan. The store is great I dont know the assistant manager name but hes the reason I havent left sprint yet they always went out there way to help me out with my phone issue for a month when sprint did not want to help me with my detective device other then that I will not go any other store then this one so go to this store if you have any issues they will take care of you if they can

I have always felt that I never got the whole truth and nothing but the truth, when conducting business in this store. Multiple times I asked about new pricing programs only to be told it wouldnt change my monthly fee by anymore than $10. We were paying $370/mo for 2 iPhones and 1 dumb phone!! The last time I went in (we were due for an upgrade), I was told it would cost me $500 UP FRONT to walk out with 2 new, 128GB iPhones! $100 each for the the increased memory, and a new $150 upgrade fee for each phone! Turns out both were BOGUS! I went to the Sprint store near Rural King and walked out with 2 new, 128GB iPhones and 3 new Samsung Emerges for $90 UP FRONT!! My new monthly plan for 6 smart phones is approx $425!!! STAY AWAY from the Crooked Run store. According to the other store, theyve had a LOT of people coming in because of this baloney!
