Matthew of the Front Royal store is a GameStop rock star. He went out of his way and figured out that I had two accounts with two numbers that were separate. One free and one paid. He somehow figured it out and linked my accounts. He was very friendly and helpful. I wish every store employee everywhere was half as good as him at their jobs. Had some questions about the new Xbox and playstation consoles. The guy working there was knowledgeable and friendly. He took all the time I needed, even though there were other customers in the store. RESPECT!!!

The crew was polite from the beginning. They opened the door for my twins as we were coming inside. Very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Friendly and also helped my 10 year old make the decision of what he wanted. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

The friendly service here is great and they were able to answer every question I threw at them. I needed a controller for a system I had and I decided to try a used controller because it was a few dollars cheaper and came with a one year replacement if I had any problems. Sadly the controller had a bad trigger so I had to take it back but they replaced it no problem and I got to keep my one year replacement warranty. But again the replacement I received had a faulty battery which isnt there fault but I had to take it back. I was able to exchange it for a brand new, unopened one but I lost my one yea but didnt have to pay anymore for a new one, but it was nice to have the friendly reps to help in that way.

Guys in there are always very helpful and friendly. They are knowledgeable about almost all the games I have ever asked them about. Its one of the best Gamestop stores I have been in.

Wanna be harassed to buy preorders and game protection plans? Want to be ripped off, told they never have cash on hand for trades? Most of the people who work here Do Not Care About Customers, they care about being a Prestige store, and about their number game. Its not only this store, its the company itself. It wont be around much longer anyway ;)
Most all of the staff is friendly and helpful, but i have had a few instances with the manager here, he has a very arrogant attitude and i dont feel he has very good costumer service skills. Maybe its just me bc im a female, but hes been rude and arrogant on more than 1 occasion and i will not go back.
My girlfriend and I walked in and were not greeted in any way at all, yet every customer that walked in aftward was, they were also followed up on during their time in the store, yet again, we were not. This is uncalled for. Terrible, just terrible! Of course we walked out with nothing! If they cant give us service, we do not need to give them ours! Would give a zero if that were an option.

Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.... But a heads up if youre trying to trade in games for cash youre going to get ripped off even games for credit rate is pretty bad...

Worst customer service ever all because I wanted a new Nintendo ds3 and he only had refurbished ones and cock an attitude because I wanted a new one and was telling me there is no difference. what happen to the customer is right and if I want to spend my money how I want to I can thank you. He could have just said we dont have any new but instead had to fight with me. i will be buying my things from a different company from now on.

I wanted to make a purchase with my GameStop credit card for my sons birthday but I didnt have the physical card, I called the GameStop credit card 1800 number and they told me no problem, just have the store call us from their phone and we would be happy to help you. The cashier Natsha Potoreiko said that she called her manager Neil Pendergast and he said they arent allowed to help me, that I need the physical card. The customer service agent I had on the phone for game stop credit card said that is not true, they are in fact allowed to to call and get my credit card number for me to make the purchase. I put the agent on the phone with Natatsha then she continued to argue with him about store policy. The agent said he does not understand why they would not help me but that is not store policy, they are lying or severely misinformed.
