Jared and Denise helped to port number over. There was some complications in my case and another store could not do it. The reps here were knowledgeable and knew what needs to be done exactly.

I came in to the store asking for prices to switch over companies. Elia helped me and my wife with such a great offer we couldn’t resist. We ended switching right away. I purchased a new cell phone today and I could not have had a better experience. Elia and Joseph both helped get everything transferred in a timely manner. They showed us choices of accessories and made sure we were happy with them. They explained everything to us and even explained what was different with the iPhone 12. What a terrific experience despite a hiccup. I decided it was time for a phone upgrade and I am a long time AT&T customer. This store is only a mile from my house. I stopped by at 10AM and I ordered my new iPhone through a terrific fellow named Joseph. He was patient and kind and thoroughly explained everything to me in spite of my many questions. He did all he could to maker sure my discounts were maximized and that I for exactly what I wanted. I felt like I hit it off and since I wanted a lot of storage we ordered my phone and it arrived the next day.All great except... the wrong phone got delivered. I had already decided to let Joseph help with setting up my phone and so I went back. It was late on a Friday and Joseph wasnt there. Bummer.However, I lucked out because two fantastic people - Michelle and Julian took care of everything! Michell truly saved the day by getting me a phone THAT very night and then Julian spent at least two hours helping me set up. Incredible! The next day, after I had erased all the content in my phone and returned it I felt like I had made 3 new friends. All of them were smart, kind, and very helpful. I cant recommend this store highly enough nor can I adequately express my appreciation for them going above an beyond to help.I’m sending my wife and family and friends to this store. In a word, my experience was fantastic.

Came into this store due to issues with my bill. I got new phones from the store off Malvern and man was I sold a bunch of lies. Luckily this store was able to straighten it all out for me and the reps here were completely transparent about everything. I recently switch from T-Mobile to ATT and one of the reason I chose them over Verizon was the service provided at the store. Elia guided me through the entire process and she went out of her way to reduce the costs to almost 50%. Came in to get a new phone case and screen protector. Service was great, reminds me of pre-Covid when everyone wasn’t so stand-offish. Got helped out immediately and I know usually the gimmick is to upsell things you don’t need, but I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t and that alone is why I’m giving this place 5 stars. Quick and friendly service, got what I needed and came for, the young lady helping me, Michelle did an excellent job of installing my screen protector, no bubbles and she helped me choose a great case for my job, since I’m always dropping my dang phone. This place is trash. there is a better location in Brea on Imperial where people are way more professional. Manager didnt know what the prices were and did not know what she was doing AT ALL. She was also very rude. Cant understand how she became a manager. DONT come here at all. Go to another store or buy from T-Mobile.

We were at Heisler Park in Laguna, California. Its metered street parking accepting coins or credit cards payments. There are three stair stairways spaced out along the road which take you down down to beach.At low tide there are rocks to walk, stand or sit on and watch the sun sets dipping below the Catalina island mountains. On the evening we went, there was a skyful of high clouds, and we watched a beautiful dazzling pink and gray sunsets appear 10 minutes after the sun dipped below the horizon. If you observe carefully, there is another gorgeous sight as the lights of homes on the Laguna hillside appear when the night darkens.

I went to the Fullerton store and there was a gentleman and a lady in front of me and the employees told me welcome to me and told me to be about a 15 minute wait she’s very pleasant I believe her name is Cassandra mom and I just couldn’t believe that she was there by yourself I was stunned but you know it’s the new now so and she just handled everybody smoothly friendly she was positive upbeat nice and very helpful answer everyone’s questions when the gentleman who is before we came back and just yelled out I don’t know how to use my phone she walked over calmly showed him asked him to practice it why she was there came back she hustled she was quick she handled two people at a time when she could it was just fantastic experience.

I came into this location because my phone screen had gone completely black and I wasn’t able to use it. The phone would still ring if someone called, would still connect to apple CarPlay and Siri still worked, but the entire screen wouldn’t light up. Cassandra did a hard reset on the phone and it fixed everything! She was super informative and helpful and I am so beyond thankful that she was able to get me in and out of the store in less than 15 mins and I left with a working phone. Thank you!

Best att store I have been so far. Nick young was great at helping us porting our numbers and solving other problems. Even though it took him a lot of time he was very patient and helpful. He was able to solve a problem that we have been trying to solve for like 2 months in different stores and through the phone. Terrible service. I walked in, ready to buy a hotspot. Already an existing customer, everything should have been easy. Waited an hour while the reps messed around on the tablet. Multiple issues with pricing and after an hour they finally told me the system wouldnt let them sell it (no specific reason). Waste of time.

My Friend brought two s7 edge, one tablet from here. They gave best service. They went out of way to satisfy his needs. They offered lots of deals. I have tried other ATnT shops but this one really care about customer satisfaction.Thanks Nick and Chris

Store employees are rude kids who dont know what they are doing. You cannot buy a phone and pay in full. You will get set you up with financingon a small balance and they dont tell you about it . I have no choice but to give them 1 star when they do not even deserve 1 star. They deserve zero stars.

I am happy to say that I have switched from Tmobile to AT&T all with the help of Michael. I recently switched over and I am completely satisfied with the products I purchased and the customer service that was provided.Initially I was just browsing my options with carriers and doing a little shopping around but I was instantly sold with Michaels knowledge of the devices I had interest in and the great deals that were offered to me! I purchased a family plan with new iPhones and an Apple Watch, which I am defiantly in love with. Michael was all so kind to show me how to get the watch started and set up my at&t app so I don’t have to deal with in store payments! I’m glad I made the switch! Highly recommend this location !

Went to this AT&T store a month ago and was very impressed. Salesperson was attentive, respectful and very helpful. No wait too! Im glad I decided to go to this store and will go from now on. So different from the Brea store where you always have to wait to be helped.I almost didnt want to leave a review because well, Id hate to see it turn into the Brea store. But they were really good, so they deserve a 5 star review.

Normally I dont like going to the AT&T store. It always seems to take forever, but this being a smaller newer store gets you in and out quickly. So far the folks there have helped me out with a few different things, free of charge.

Originally had went in to put in a order for a replacement phone since my screen crapped out on me.
