I went to the right place after browsing and wondered around Boost and other stores,I got 2 phones I wanted for a reasonable price,Diana super nice and cool girl,please when you go to a a store choose the right phone because you put so bad reviews on store instead of talk with customer service,if you buy cheap phone you will get what you buy,if you bought a good phone try on store if not call 611 and bother them till they help you before putting negative reviews on stores!

My new phone is a lemon. I have taken it in many times and your 611 assistant had me open the the back thus causing a large crack. The phone did fall out of my pocket while on the toilet( 18) which did cause a crack. This phone was a gift therefore no insurance, in hind sight i wish i would have known. Im a handicapped person so insurance would have been a plus. I dont understand why an exchange is such a BIG deal. I was out of the country for two weeks with NO SERVICE THIS PHONE HAS PROBLEMS, IT HAS SINCE I GOT IT, IT ALSO WONT CHARGE TO100% . What can you do to help me get past all the inconveniences?????. The staff is willing to help i just dont think i need to make so many visits to the Metro shop & i have to go to the main office to try to resolve the issue. Metro is the only carrier that has service in Baja & at a reasonable price, but a lemon is sour and Im very unhappy puckering up.

SO I UPGRADED MY PHONE AT THIS LOCATION LASTWEEK, I WASNT ABLE TO GO ONLINE AND MAKE CALLS ON THIS NEW PHONE EVEN AFTER I PURCHASED IT. THE METRO WORKER SAYS I NEED TO LET MY PHONE LOAD FOR AN HOUR AND SAID EVERYTHING IS LOADING AND ITS JUST LIKE A CAR GETTING ITS BATTERY OR OIL CHANGE IT NEEDS TIME TO ADJUST.. IT SEEMS LIKE CALLS MESSAGES CAN ONLY BE USED USING ANOTHER WIFI SERVICE. I AM FED UP WITH THIS SERVICE I SHOULD HAVE NOT UPGRADED WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. ANOTHER REASON WHY I AM WRITTING THIS REVIEW IS BECAUSE I WAS TOLD TO TURN OFF MY DEVICE SO IT CAN REFRESH AND NOW THAT IT TURNED ON THE PHONE IS ASKING FOR A CODE TO GET IN THE DEVICE... DID I JUST BUY A STOLEN PHONE

This place is great. The staff is always very helpful & be patient. I have always gone here when I need a new phone & I always leave happy. Also theres an ATM on the outside so you can pay your phone bill after regular business hours which for me is perfect cause I like to do my errands in the night time. Great place for great phones at great prices!

Dont get me wrong this place is quick-service but most of the employees I feel were trying to rip me off just to increase their sales. I went in for a phone exchange because its under my warranty and they forced me to buy a bunch of extra products just so they can do the exchange that is already under my warranty when I try to return it they refused. Horrible horrible service. They have a bunch of plaques on the wall for sales and such I wonder how they get it? The manager was not helpful at all I think his name was Jose or something like that definitely do not remember commend this place go to the Metro down the street or get a better phone service this place is garbage

All personnel are knowledgeable and polite. Phones are competitively priced or free. Network provides excellent coverage. I highly recommend Metro by T-Mobile.

Horrible Customer service. They refused to warranty a defective phone, I had to call corporate to get the problem resolved.

It shows open till 9:00 pm online, but went there and they had already closed at 8:00pm. I am really getting sick of businesses changing there hours. There is no reason they had to change their hours. Curfew isnt until 10:00 pm .

Its a corp. store which is a good thing! Staff was very friendly but dont really seem to knowledgeable about most phones! Do your own research before going to any store and ask questions! And dont let any associate touch your phone if they dont know how to work them! A word to the wise!Thank You

Honesty theres alot of Metro pcs stores out there. The service here is amazing. Fast . the store attendant Brianna shes very helpful. All the staff is very helpful the security guard so polite. Horrible! Went to buy phone and was told I could get car plugin free for first month by olivia. Was hesitant but she assured I can cancel it after and not be charged. I say okay and when I see the receipt I find a $20 charge for the plugin. I didn’t even want it and was pushed into it because it was supposedly free only to be charged for it she is a liar. Don’t go here unless you want to be lied to

I want to commend Fernando and Rosa for their outstanding costumer service. They were promt to help and very cortious. By far the best experience with Meteo PCS. They resolved my issue in a matter of minutes and made me feel extremly appreciated as new metro PCS costumer. The store is clean and very modern, I highly recomend it.

Security gaurd was clearly on some kind of stimulate because he was pacing back and forth constantly, nervously. It made me anxious like he was unstable.

Really really bad service one of my aunts had the service with them for many years but then she went to buy a new phone because her old one wasnt working anymore then she decided to move to T mobile(be careful because even if you pay for a phone they dont unlock it unless you have six months of service with metro pcs and they are obligating you to stay with them even though you are paying the full price for the phone and they dont advise you that you have only seven days to return it or you have to stay with them for six months

The employees are naive and incompetent. No matter what I tried I couldnt get them to understand the concept of an unlocked GSM phone. They kept trying to sell me an inferior phone. Went to another store and they got me what I needed with no issues.

The sales woman lies, pushy, and trys to add extra charges. Dont use Rosa!!Tried to sell me a $30 case when you can buy online for less than $10.
