Just had to say this store is very organized and clean! I Went in with a few questions on the cellular plans t-mobile had to offer. The employees were super thorough with their information. Clarissa helped me and she was super personable and knowledgeable! Thank you!!!

Heaven and Jasmine helped me and were wonderful. I walked in a little mad because I got a bill after canceling, but they straightened everything out and they did it with a smile. Very polite! Thank you for the great service! As for cancelling, tmobile is great, but I just found something cheaper.

The worst experience on getting a phone. Rep. Start getting our information acting like she has the I phone 12 pro max in stock at middle of transaction after getting our personal info. She said now you have to waite until January. Really . Then we went to 3 other store in the area no of them had the phone. Tmobil service is getting worse after the join sprint . Why tmobil advertising the phone and no where to be found. Went to other carrier they had the phone ready for me. 15 min. Walk out with phone and new carrier.

I have NEVER dealt with a situation like what this store and T-Mobile put me through!!!! They sent me home without a receipt and didn’t email( like they said) a receipt for my 500 purchase. After 2hrs on the phone and about 10 people getting transferred to of being told they see no receipt for my purchase, I finally got a lady that was willing to do her job. Called me 1st thing the next morning and connected me with a person who went above and beyond to correct the situation and I got a copy of the receipt ( thank you to those two nice ladies) with in 15 min.I was supposed to receive a delivery today for the phone so I called to see how it was going cause I needed it before tomorrow. Low and behold the phone purchase had been cancelled. 😡 Not by me but by “someone in the store” ( I believe the manager, seeing how she hung up on me when I was trying to find out about the receipt, which she gave me wrong info on, according to the head people.I would absolutely not recommend this store and from my experience there I wouldn’t recommend T-Mobile.Sincerely an angry, frustrated and disgusted customer.

Awesome experience at this store! Finni helped me out, she was super pleasant, so kind, and light-hearted the entire time. By far the easiest and smoothest transaction I’ve had at any T-Mobile! Finni, if you’re reading this, thank you for helping me with the transaction and making the whole situation light and cheery! It was a great ending of the day after my mistake of losing my phone. You are amazing :)

Because we were limited on time, we called in advance to make sure the warranty exchange phone was there, as well as a knowledgeable employee to do the exchange. Unfortunately, they chose to use this opportunity to train a new person. On top of that, besides being charged the warranty exchange fee (fee for honoring their own warranty, and this is the 2nd exchange for the same original, and yes, we had to pay twice), we were also charged $6.99 shipping, to have a replacement phone shipped to their own store!!! All of this after purchasing a brand new phone that didnt work.

Leeson helped me out big time. This may be $30-50 more expensive then the cheapest repair in San Diego, but Jacob uses original Apple parts and isnt a scam like some other repair shops. Hes responsive, and repair only took 15 minutes. Great experience, would come back and recommend to anyone in an instant.

Avoid! Avoid! I stopped by this store on Wednesday 9/14 trying to do a iphone7 trade up. While the sales Rap Yvonne was checking my phone for any physical damage, she broke my screen. Then she said I was not qualified because the creak screen and the lift up of the screen. She then acknowledged me to fix it in some third party repair store. So I went ahead to fix it and tried to do the trade up again. She then told me the promotion was changed and forced me to swap to a rate plan that was much more expansive then my current one. Immediately, I called and spent more than two hours with customer services trying to get a solution. I went back and forth to the store for more than four times, and waited in the line more than five hours. NO SOLUTION MADE! The manager protected the Rap by telling me wait for the district manager. BUT I NEVER RECEIVE A CALL BACK. No follow up, no solution made, extremely unprofessional. Must avoid!

Super slow. I have to wait for 40 minutes to buy a new phone. That was when I was called, then the process took another hour or so to complete. The best of all was I saw 4 more people in the back relaxing rather than helping the customers

If i could give zero stars this would be a zero review they told me i should get my iphone 11 pro max in the mail by the 13th or 14th so i paid the down payment and all that only to find out the phone will not ship until the 23rd or at the latest the 6th of next month i get it is a very new phone but just tell me the actual ship date so i know do not give me some false ship date that you know is wrong and the women in there kept rolling her eyes at me very rude I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS T-MOBILE AGAIN the rudest people on the planet

This location is a smaller then other Tmobile stores. Their inventory is lacking to say the least, and worst of all seemed to have older phones. On display was Samsung Galaxy S6 edge, a year after the S7 came out,, with S7 no where in sight. Do not recommend this place unless you are just paying your bill.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Upgraded my device here, turned in my old one to them in person. Ever since, Ive continued to be charged for the old device and corporate TMO has no record of this store noting that I turned in the device. Straight up thieves. Find a corporate store and save yourself the headache.

This store is the worst when it comes to customer service. Im not someone who would rate unless the experience is that horrible. I litterly stood there for 20 minutes without anyone asking what brought me here today? Ill stay loyal to the Orange location off Tustin and Katella, where youre greeted and assisted in a timely manner.

Long story short: Go to ANY other Tmobile. The customer service reps here are rude and do not care in the least to help you. They seemed to try to make things hard on purpose.When I went to buy a new phone, the sales reps seemed uninformed. They charge a $20 fee for upgrading (Tmobile does that everywhere so no big deal), but then did not know how to upgrade the one phone to the other. The phone immediately had problems. I mean within an hour of opening the box. I was told that I would need to pay a $50 restocking fee,would not be refunded the taxes on the phone, and would need to pay taxes on a new phone. I called Tmobile service who said none of that should happen and I should take it back to the store to get a full refund on a defective phone brand new out of box. The called in customer service also said I should be able to change to a new phone no problem since I was within their policy of the first 14 days where a person can exchange the phone. The customer service from tmobile said that if the store had any problems, the store should call them. I went back to this store, was told it was their own store policy that they cant do any of that and I would need to pay taxes, could not exchange for a new phone and would need to pay the $50 restocking fee. Their own corporate said I would NOT have to do that! Called Tmobile customer service again who said that should not happen. That even franchised stores should have helped me out per corporate policy. The sales people at the store said that they could call customer service at corporate, but that was their policy. They said I could go to another store, if I wanted (ya thanks). I asked for a corporate store nearby and they couldnt tell me where one was!! I called customer service again who said I should go to another store. I had to drive to a corporate store in Anaheim off Lincoln and State College where they let me change the phone without fees as the phoned in customer service said I could do. Edgar there was absolutely phenomenal! Go see Edgar! He rocks! I cannot believe the headache the Fullerton 550 N State College Blvd. store caused. I will literally go anywhere else other than there. This took way longer than it had to and should have been solved the first time I went in. I have never had that experience at Tmobile before. I am glad that on the phone customer service and the store off Lincoln and State College made it right, it was just a pain to have to bounce around and call multiple times.

The worst customer service ever took our phones worth over $2000 told us they would pay off our AT&T plan over 2 months ago and we are still waiting had a phone problem less than 2 weeks after signing with them and we are still waiting for the phone but we were charged for the phone that we couldnt use DO NOT SWITCH TO T-MOBILE nothing but lies and crap and the worst customer service i have EVER had
