Hands down restored my faith in Verizon and their business practices. My father and I was helped out by Mo. He fully disclosed everything and even printed out papers without me asking! I felt reassured I was actually getting a nice 1000$ Off my new phone and that it wasn’t a bogus promotion or scam to upsell me. I’m not sure if he was the store manager or not but he was very knowledgeable and was directing a crowded store very well. Highly recommend Mo and this location.

Where I begin, Sonia was wonderful! I came in for a upgrade and she was so helpful and patient. She showed me how to use my new phone and transferred all my information into my new phone. I was very lucky to have such a amazing person help me.

Went to this store recently and when I say AMAZING service, it was phenomenal!! I am always skeptical when I go into stores to buy phones now, but these people made my phone purchase a great experience. Erik went above and beyond to make sure he went through all my options with me in regards to my broken phone. After visiting two corporate locations and them jumping right into just trying to get me a new phone, I came to this authorized retailer and for the stigma that is with authorized locations, I did not get that vibe here. The corporate store were the ones who did not even care to want to help me out. Over all, stellar customer service, I ended up buying from these guys 👍🏽

I needed help trading in my older phone for an iPhone 7 as the online process was not user friendly at all. I called the local Verizon store and Matt patiently spent 20 minutes with me on the PHONE walking me through the process while attending to another costumer he was helping in the store. He could have easily asked me to call the customer service number but he didnt. He is one of the most knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful employees I have ever met.
This guy really made my day as a very nice personality i just met him and then we were talking like we were friends really enjoyed my time there definitely will come to the same place again.

I went to Verizon to upgrade my phone after learning that my iPhone 5c would no longer be serviced. I had the option of going with the 8 or the XR, I ended up choosing the XR because I knew it would last me longer. The associate was very helpful and answered all of my questions!:)

Walked into this place just wanting to upgrade my phone and I had the best most outstanding experience someone could have while purchasing a new phone. Hazem was his name and he was the man. Extremely knowledgeable about products and his attitude was the best Ive experienced from anyone who works in a phone store. I would encourage anyone reading this review to do yourself a favor and ask to speak with Hazem, you will not be let down.
Very disappointed with costumer service. They were great while I was making a purchase but when I needed assistance with my order they did not care. I only had one person help me as much as he could Ivan but he is no longer there. I have been dealing with these people for almost a year and still unable to resolve my complaint. The DM Corey was suppose to credit my account left the company and did not credit anything. Now I am dealing with Sadie and its not any better. This company does not care about their customers like they say on their mission statement. Pretty sad, be careful and beaware.
I opened 4 lines at this store. They did following with costumer:1. Unlocked note8 not work with Verizon, need upgrade to a new phone because my previous carrier cricket block my cdma function in my phone. So we called Samsung, cricket, That spent me almost 10 hours to solve this “problem”. In fact, just need a actived SIM card.2. Never told me they will charge $19.9 service fee for each line, totally $79.96 since I walked in to their store and charged it finally when I left.That’s they give me the reason why they should charge it.a). No service is FREE.b). They should charge $19.9 service fee for each line, totally $79.96 because they waived $10 SIM card fee for each line, totally $40.c). They should charge $19.9 service fee for each line, totally $79.96 because I can get “open new line rebate form Verizon which $150 for each line 2 or 3 month later.”d). They should charge $19.9 service fee for each line, totally $79.96 because I can call Verizon costumer service waived $30 activation fee for each line, totally $120.(actually Verizon didn’t waive it).3. They gave me a huge discount. They would charge $10 SIM card for each line, totally $40, $19.9 service fee for each line, totally $79.96, I can call Verizon costumer service waived $30 active fee for each line, totally $120. They only charge me $79.96 for open 4 lines. Most unprofessional crew and customer service Ive ever experienced. Claimed to be Verizon Corporate store but they are not. They wanted to charge $10.00 for sim activation while it is free at a corporate store. When I asked for my charges to be put on my account, they said that they couldnt do it due to fraud. FRAUD??? Who would be able to fraudulent access my account beside an authorized dealer like them??? I wasted a Fing hr. of my time dealing with these numb nuts!!!!
On 11-26-17 . I walked in to the Verizon store wanting to buy an iPhone. Haha fat chance the associated RJ, SCOTT provided me great customer service and most importantly gave me the best phone (note8)They both are well educated in the phones and answered all my questions.Go see them

Poor customer service, I went there and they told me I could cancel a line, when I was early to cancel and have to pay $80, manager promise to take care of that bill, next month I hope they do. And they also told me I could upgrade my phone and if I return my old phone my old phone I will get $300 but they never told me that I was not ready for an update and I had to pay $132 before I send the phone back to qualify for that $300 refund. When I went back to discuss how bad they did the employee practically told me that if I wanted to return the new phone, I had to pay $160 re-stock fee or pay $132, those where my only options turned around and left me standing. To top it all, his co-worker a guy with horrific long hair sarcastically tells be to have a good day. Where is Verizon hiring this unprofessional employees. I been with Verizon for over 20years and have never encounter such as an illiterateness from you. Verizon can you do more trainingbefore you let people represent your company.
Worst experience ever!!! To much happened to write about. I believe the persons name that helped me was AJ. First off he lied and told me my iPhone 6 is not compatible with the new iwatch. Said I needed a iPhone 8 or later. He lied about the total of my purchase and lied about other items he said where part of a Black Friday special. Long story short. I had $400 in charges on my bill. Thank God customer service took care of all the wrong AJ did. Thank you Verizon customer service. Store on Harbor/Orangethorpe is now my go to.

I have been going to this Verizon for business a few times when upgrading my phone, and have always received top level customer service. However, my June 18, 2017, visit was a totally different story. I bought a new phone and wanted to change my old one out. I walked in to this store and saw a sign on the window that said 5gigs of data for $55. I had, at the time, only 2gigs of data, and I was thinking of increasing my amount. I asked the sales rep (Cassandra) what the $55 plan was all about. She told me that you get 5 gigs and the HUM device as an added bonus. I didn’t care about the HUM, but if it was being thrown in I thought nothing of it. She also explained that the HUM was something that gets attached to your car, and helps you diagnose issues with your car. Upon asking for clarification about the device, she told me examples of how to monitor the car with your phone, as well as other benefits. I was thinking, “If it’s thrown in free that’s cool.” However, she did not mention that there was a 2 year $5 a month subscription commitment fee (an important point to let the customer know). She left that information out. So up to this point, I’m thinking that I get 5 gigs of data, a changed over phone, the HUM device as an added bonus, and I leave the store paying about $36.I got home, setup my new phone, and look up what the HUM is. It does exactly what the sales rep Cassandra said it did. However, I looked at the fine print and realized that there is a 2 year $5 a month subscription fee. This is where I start feeling uneasy. I didn’t go into this Verizon store to buy the HUM device, and I certainly did not want to pay $5 a month for 2 years on the service either. I started thinking I should just return it. I looked up how to return this device back to Verizon and discovered that there was a 14 day trial in which if you are not satisfied, you can return it. I thought “No worries, I’ll just return it before the 14 day trial period.” The box was never opened by the way.I headed back to the Verizon store and met with the same sales rep, Cassandra, to return the HUM device that I did not want. I told her that I would like to return the device and she told me okay and called her manager. She got off the phone with the manager and told me that what I purchased with the $55 dollar plan was a bundle. That bundle states that I get the 5 gigs and the HUM device. If I return the HUM device, I will have my account bumped back down to my original 2 gigs. Also, there will be a restocking fee attached to the return. I said, “Huh, okay, what’s the fee?” She said, “The restocking fee is $90.” There was a long pause after those words. I started by clarifying what she had just said. “If I return this device, I lose my 5 gigs of data, and I have to pay a restocking of $90.” She said “Yes.” I followed that up with a question. “How does that make sense? Where does it say there’s a restocking fee?” “In your paperwork,” she answered, “where it says ‘Satisfaction Guarantee’.” That section in my paperwork indicates a $35 fee on any returns, but a $70 fee for iPhones, Tablets, and Netbooks. No where does it say $90 dollars for the HUM. I pointed this fact out to her, and she said that the HUM is under the iPhone, Tablets, and Netbooks category. Clearly, it’s not there. Clearly, it doesn’t say $90.So here is the situation up to this point. I want to return the HUM device. If I do that I lose my 5gig data plan, pay a $90 restocking fee (on a device that only cost $75!), and walk out of the store paying a total price of $126 for simply changing over my phone and the attempt to change my plan to 5 gigs of data. Make sense? No freaking way. This is the very definition of theft, embezzlement, and bullying. I am being forced to take this device and pay a $5 per month subscription fee. Or I can pay $126 for nothing....The manager and sales rep should be ashamed. In what way does this serve the customer, especially one that has been a customer since 2005? An extremely disappointing experience.
