This place was recommended to me by a friend and he wasn’t kidding! It’s an awesome shop for Gunpla and modeling needs. They’ve got tons of current and older models, as well as some Hot Toys and collectibles. I haven’t used their online pickup service but that seems to be the way to get the popular kits before they sell out. With a friendly staff and organized selection, this place is perfect for anyone looking to scratch their Gunpla itch.

My brother bought Gundam for my 2 kids. They loved them. I had know idea what they were or anything about them. I stopped in Robot4less in Fullerton. Lucky for me and my kids, this was just the right place for a lot of info and choices. They have quite the selection. But the best part of the visit was DIEGO. He’s a awesome guy, got me and my kids up to speed with the whole Gundam line. Also helped the kids pick out a few models. Thank you DIEGO!!! Couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

A friend of mine mention this place to me around early 2020 covid lockdowns, I decided to give it a tried when they were open for public, it was amazing how clean and organize the store is that I bought 3 fate kits from them, and started to come more often, the staff is great and will keep your orders you paid online safe till you arrive for pick up, never had a bad time over there, there was a time when I order something very late that they send a email and help me to refund on a product they sold out,just most hobby stores in SoCal, only issue and cant blame them is the quantity theyll receive for their shipment, I do highly recommend follow their Instagram and check out when they get a next shipment, its very helpful that I gotten kits Ive been waiting to get my hands on, much better price and less wait then onlinethanks to them Im becoming a regular here to pick up any kit/paint/brushes when i need them.

Got my gf her MG Strike Freedom through online and pick up over the weekend there. We decided to stay and browse some stuff since we needed supplies. This store is pretty awesome so far! There are variety of selection for Gunpla and supplies. No complaint on customer service. Theres a display shelf at the front of the store right after you walk in. The Gunplas on display look fantastic and well built. The only downside to that is that the shelf is collecting dust so it seems like a waste. The store capacity for customers is 5 so I can respect that. Due to the pandemic, this store is also low on stock so you might not be able to find what youre looking for. So far, there has been only one guy that works there besides the owner since we came twice. He looks pretty chill and in general a decent guy. He seemed tired so we didnt wanna ask too my questions.Tldr: Good store, low stock because Covid, 5 people per visit, chill dude at the front, nice display shelf but needs to be dusted off a bit.

Ive always had good experiences coming here as a means to celebrate after semester accomplishments. But, if its as simple as getting fresh snips or getting lost in the sea of Gunpla boxes, the staff have always been patient with me with each visit. Their selection has always been fantastic with even some obscure products available, even beyond Gunpla. Their website is easy to work with and judging from seeing customers perform pick ups, they clearly know what they are doing. I assume the current lack of Gunpla is mostly because of Covid related impacts (procurement, execution, etc) but they will always be my first stop when buying models or getting supplies. Their prices are competitive and even if I had to spend an extra dollar here or there, having a brick and mortar Gunpla/hobby store is better than waiting for a shipment (which they still offer as an option). The store definitely has my loyalty as my go -to.

Came in to the store as a first time gunpla buyer and the worker was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, as well as easy to talk to. He helped me pick out the appropriate tools I needed to start putting together models. Prices were also cheaper than expected for everything from the model kits to the tools. This is a strong recommendation for anyone looking to build models.

My son loves this place. Place is clean and has alot of selection. The prices are reasonable. The workers are polite and professional.

I learned about Robots4Less through many of the gunpla groups I am on social media a couple years ago and have been buying gunpla from their online site since. Recently my girlfriend and I were in Fullerton and decided to visit the actual store and Im glad we did. Great service and friendly environment. Lots of HG, old school style gunpla (80s), and the largest section of PG kits ever seen at one store. If your looking for paint, tools, and accessories to help make your model pop they got you covered.

Uncle Zaku was pretty friendly. The place is well stocked and very clean. My only complaint would be that I didnt know who the staff was. We had to wait a while with no one ahead of us because we didnt know who to ask for help. But besides that, the store is very neat!

A lot of model kits there thats for sure. Ranging from a load of hgs,rgs,mgs, pg, and sd. Also have some pretty sick figmas. The prices are ok. But, if you want lower prices then try BrookHurst hobbies, you may or may not like it. But, back on track. I bought myself some Gundams (mgs and pgs). Love the amount of kits there are once again. In easier terms people, If youre looking for a model kit you LOVE AND ADORE SO MUCH you dont care about the price, heres a perfect place. If you just want (probably) the same thing but for a cheaper price, Brookhurst hobbies all the way :)

Not a bad shop. Prices dont seem as for less as they could be, but ok all the same. Selection was good. On a house keeping note, remove the broken down shipping boxes from the store and dont let them block product. There was so much cardboard by the metal Earth models that it was like I was spelunking to get to them

Husband buys gundam model kits. Kinda disappointed with one of the workers there. Hes kinda rude. Almost like he gets jealous that your buying kits that maybe he wants for him self? I dont know... Weird

Great place to buy Gundams

Huge selection of model kits at reasonable prices. They also carry gundam markers and the Mr Hobby and Tamiya brand paint. They have tons of accessories like gundam stands and option parts.Theres a little selection of anime figures and statues, but they mostly specialize in gundam. Ive seen air brush accessories but no air brush system on sale. The people are super nice and willing to help answer questions if you have any.

Prices were marked high but was 30% off so pretty good prices. I would recommend to any gunpla fan

Prices are marked ridiculously high. The prices are around 150% of retail and their own website. You could get what you want and pay for shipping cost and the price will be lower than the prices marked.Hobby tool supplies are also extremely disappointing. Good portion of the available one are not related to gunpla, common tools like nippers, fine sand paper, and top coat are no where to be found. The pricing on supplies are also marked up to around 300% retail.

This place is gundam heaven for those who love building models. They probably have over 200 different models to choose from. Service was great and they were offering 30% off nearly everything when we were there!

My latest experience at this store was the absolute best the employee that helped my cousins and I (his name was tony) was awesome l, he was on top of things, was very knowledgeable with the various kits, and he was just hilarious. I’m definitely gonna come here more often.

I am very happy with my experience.Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, also friendly.Most of the more obscure gunpla I was looking for were not in stock but I was able to get a reborns 1/144 that was on my list.I was a little bummed that they didnt have panel lining pens besides brown though.Also keep in mind the prices seem a little high but for some reason they take 20% off the prices so it pretty much evens out.

Great place to find Mr. Color lacquer paints which are difficult to find anywhere and the prices are less than the other hobby shop down the street. They also have a good selection of hard to find japanese modeling tools as well.

Drove from Rancho Cucamonga with my two Friends to check out the store. My friends were really excited to see so many kits. We plan on going every month or twice a month. Plus the staff was really knowledgeable and gave us their own opinions over certain kits.

Worst service!I hav given iphone 4 for water damage n he didnt work on the fon at all he just turned it ON. Now speaker n receiver n wifi is nt working n he has only one thing to say its water damage so v cant do anything..If u guyz have only one answer fr evrythng then y u take fon for repair only wen u r not capable of making it worked?? N top of tat he told if it works orit doesnt work v charge u $30 anywayS..Wow!!
