Stater Brothers is a great store. They have a really good selection and their prices are very competitive. I wish we had more Stater Brothers stores where I live in East San Diego county.I stop here on the way to the cemetery where my mom and dad are interred. I get a bouquet of flowers for my mom and a Budweiser tall boy for my dad. The store is clean and the employees are friendly.

Smaller supermarket, not crowded. Decent selection. Perenially out of Capicola at the deli counter, sigh. Plenty of handicapped carts so a good place to.go for the mobility impaired.

I like Stater brothers not only because they are close to where I live. But the employees there are nice as well as helpful. I was asked to leave one time this week actually because the Manager working at that time didnt think my small, quiet, very likeable puppy dog was harmless So I returned shortly as the kid outside selling candy bars watched my Nicolas, did my quick bout of shopping so I could get back with my anxious Nicolas waiting with the candy bar kid. If it werent for the Manager on shift at Stater bros.they could have been ranked higher. I still go shopping there with Nicolas,, all the employees there love him, I recommend shopping with your small dog too.

I havent been to this location in a year. Moved away, now moved back. Stopped by thursday night, 10-21-21 around 9pm. And I was blown away by how many young employees are working here. Even management. What used to be professional workers, and quiet isles, Is now young and rowdy kid employees. Atleast tonight. Yelling across isles, telling jokes outloud. One worker busted out laughing out loud. Im all for having fun at work, but this was over the top. Stocking shelves, but throwing the products to eachother. One of them dropped a item, and still put it on the shelf. Manager on his phone, infront of employees. Not setting a great example. Walk up to checkout, make eye contact with cashier, only for cashier to walk away. Typical 1st job behavior. Hopefully they can get some real management to get these kids under control. Never been to such a poorly ran stater brothers.

Can someone please teach courtesy clerks how to bag groceries or at least be considerate of the customer’s time? At least three time in the last month the clerk bagging my groceries took all of my plastic grocery bags (20+) out of the cloth bag they were in and set them on the counter. Then they put all my groceries in the cloth bag. This included milk, canned goods, produce, chips, and bread. After putting everything into one cloth bag they just dumped all the plastic grocery bags into the bottom of the cart. Now I’m left re-bagging my groceries and trying to get the rest of the plastic bags neatly back into the cloth bag. I’ve been shopping at this store for 20+ years and am disappointed at the recent decline in service.

Every visit ive had to this location is a normal stater bros expected type of stop. it usually had what i had been looking for and okay prices. its not on the regular rotation but once in a while when were in the area or nearby weve gone to this one with success to find the items we needed. the parking lot has a lot of space available so thats not a problem.

Newly remodeled! Fresh fruit counter, sushi counter. They have always had the best meat selection.

Clean inside, nicely displayed produce. However, not overly friendly staff. Only one employee said good morning. I was there at 0630.

Love shopping here, very friendly and food is always fresh.

Our favorite Stater Brothers, even if not the closest to our home. . Good selection, always well stocked. Clean, well organized store, Polite staff.. BIG Bonus ... Fullerton Fire Dept seems to shop here near daily.. Love a courageous group of local heros in uniform. What patriot, flag waving, country lover wouldnt ?? God Bless the USA, and our local heros.

Staters Bros. Is the staple of where my family shops ever since I was a child and still to this day my family shops at Staters. I would say going on 40+ years of continued loyalty great service, great selection, always clean and stocked shelves. The presentation of the meats and deli are outstanding and shows pride. Thank you for being a tradition in my family and I hoped my daughter will carry that tradition on with her family.

I spent 5 minutes or so picking out some flowers and then when I get to the checkout the checker wants me to put on a mask before I make my purchase. I left the flowers and walked out

Please inform your employees to keep their views to themselves. If they see something on a person they dont like... Keep it to themselves and they can bicker about it all they want in their employee break room together. Just dont say what theyre thinking directly to the customer. I think Im done with this Stater Brothers location. In fact i think Im done with Stater Brothers all together. Ive had too many problems at your locations and Im finished dealing with it. Ill find another place to shop, even if it means driving further.

I like their food. I like their prices.

We shop here when were in the area. Its always clean and well stocked especially the produce. They have a soup bar, sandwiches, bakery (weve ordered a few bday cakes here) and multiple flavored bread loaves. Even in todays climate its pretty well stocked. You have to get there at the right time for toilet paper (yeah I know). Check it out 👍🏻

Allison S. gave me sub-standard customer service. I have encountered her at the check out as the cashier. 5 separate times she has been rude to me. I complained. However, I will not return to Stater Bros. I will shop where I am respected and valued as a customer.

Amazingly well stocked, given the circumstances. Everything looks fresh. Checkout was fast. Flower bouquet combos are kind of colorblind (fresh but mismatched), but the store is great otherwise.

I love stater bros! The meat section is way better than any other grocery store in the area. Its pretty much a full butchers shop. Can almost always get a good steak or tri tip for just a few bucks a pound.

I didnt purchase anything because they ran out of what I needed. The place is gorgeous, though. They just remodeled so it is beautifully clean. The manager helped us look for the item and even called two other stores to see if they had it. Friendly!

What is up with the people in the deli department? Behind another customer, and after that customer received their food, the deli person walks away and leave me standing. doesnt say excuse me I have other things to look at just leave me standing there. A pattern I see all too often. Very rude.

Ive shopped at the store forever. Today for some reason I dont know if shes a new manager or what but her and her employees followed myself and my husband around the store humiliating and embarrassing us our whole shopping experience like we were going to steal something or run out with a cart full of groceries with no bags! The manager that usually works is amazing and the crews usually great but because of this incident I will never ever go back to that grocery store again! Just because you have tattoos and look different doesnt mean youre a Thief, I had a pocket full of cash to pay for my groceries, no need for her and her employees to follow us around and pretend like youre stocking shelves its very obvious and extremely disrespectful!

The ad produce at this location was terrible! Green grapes were on sale and the (maybe) dozen bags on display were already on the soft side and looking old/brown. Peaches were also on sale so I bought 6 because they looked amazing. But when I got them home they were mealy and flavorless. I had to throw all of them away.

Madhouse, most essentials gone, none of this is staters fault, panicking people. They had every register manned and was dealing with the madness

The store has recently been rearranged OBVIOUSLY by marketing people, NOT cooks. Less variety of products and the prices went up also. 1000 varieties of canned soup but only beef or chicken broth. This is one unhappy customer

The wife and I shop here every week and are always satisfied with what we get. The meat and the produce are fresh and the checkout lives love quickly. Not to mention, the prices are really fair 😀

They need to enforce mask wearing while shopping. Most customers do wear face coverings, but there always are few who dont l.

Their Deli French bread loaf sandwich is not as good as at other Stater Bros. For one thing, this store is the only one of several at which I shop that does not put olives in their sandwich, skimps on the amounts of meats, and cuts the sandwich unevenly and sloppily. I normally buy several pounds of apples, the sweetest varieties. Today they were mostly unripe and/bruised or rotten in spots. I only found a third of what I wanted to buy! But I wasted a lot of time searching for Any ripe ones!!

Great location. Always love Sater Bros and their prices. Employees are extremely friendly. Low prices. Great quality meat that is inexpensive.

I prefer this CA chain over other national chains. Seem to have better quality fruits and vegetables. They package their meat fresh daily. Only place I can find club soda in the can. No club card required, so they are not tracking you.

Stater Brothers has good pricing and their sales ads are even better. I love that they have my credit union inside so I can kill two birds with one stone on any visit!

Large selection of international foods. Also carries a bunch of different k-cup varieties. Expiration dates on food are far off. Open till eleven on saturday.

I usually really like this store but you have to watch for expired products. Today I made a return and as my change came out of the dispenser Amy walked by and took my change. When I objected she apologized as if it was not really a big deal. That was a first and hopefully last.

Customer service has gone down hill at this location since Helene left. It used to be I didnt have to go very far to find an employee to get help, now I have to look all over and I still cant find anyone. Its very disappointing.
