He went above & beyond to assist me today as I went through self checkout. The level of thoughtfulness that goes into his customer service in this store is unmatched. This Target is awesome. Great merchandise. Great staff- Nice store atmosphere- Plenty of parking- I am happy because this place is well staffed and has inventory. Some Targets will run out of things but not this one. Really, nice Target :D

Good people, but would be nice to have a quicker person to person teller service.Purchasing alcohol is a long wait. Perhaps someone who stands by to determine if you someone is waiting too long and is ready to open another spot.

When I was returning one of my item at customer services the target seem to not care, as she ask debit, cash, gift card. I said debit, and the target employee just the left the counter without a care. Thinking that another target employee would assist. What this cause is because she didnt give my original receipt, I find it impossible to return other items listed on that receipt in debit or cash. I know target policy of given back in I lose percentage of refund. To whoever that target employee of your going assist customer assist dont asking them a question and leave. So much assisting your customer. Definitely not shipping at this Target anymore.

Lack of Grocery Selection. Not Carrying enough of my Favorite Products. Like neither of my Favorite Yogurts are Sold at your Target: Oikos whole Milk Greek Yogurt(Blue Label) or noosa Greek Yogurt. You also Didnt have Lawrys Taco seasoning, Vitabone Dog Biscuits, Diet Barqs or Mug Root Beer, Snyders of Hanover Butter Snaps Pretzels, Morning Star farms Veggie Breakfast sausage Patties & Sargento Sliced Sharp Cheddar/Jack Cheese, And Planters Regular Salt Delux Mixed nuts.

Have everything, clean store and great prices love this Target 😀

Only two lanes open once a third line open the employee send the customers behind us instead of getting the next online. Not a great customer service. Also I had to clean the credit card reader because they don’t wipe it down after a customer used it.

By far the worst customer service iv had I called to tell them that they overcharged me on some bacon and just to give them a heads up on the issue and they just hung up on me . I called again to clear up the misunderstanding and they just ignored my call .. I was just trying to help them out but f them I get better customer service at Walmart forget target .

Excellent service, fast and friendly

I love Target, but my experience today was unacceptable. When I have a need to shop for essentials now I make sure I wear a mask and gloves. I am extremely cautious with my safety and the safety of others in mind. This morning at 11:30am at the Amerige Heights store in Fullerton, very few of the team members wore gloves or masks. I was especially concerned about the ones in the grocery dept. Some were standing less than 6 ft. apart, and no-one hesitated to let a shopper by if they were too close. I spoke to a young mgr who said they were waiting to receive masks. I asked why they didnt at least make some. She honestly didnt seem concerned. I honestly felt afraid for my health being compromised. Almost every shopper wore theirs.

App said they had something I was looking for but they didnt. Waste of time. Not the stores fault but maybe inventory should be tracked better.

10-12-2020, Four employees were not properly wearing their masks, yet all customers were. What is the sense in having an employee wipe off carts, yet pull down his mask to talk to another employee while breathing on the recently cleaned carts? Another female employee in cosmetics had her face mask off talking to another employee. Even the self-checkout employee did not have his nose covered. I will be sure to let my neighbors know that this Target is not safe and is not complying with local and state guidelines.

Target in West Fullerton is a very good shopping experience because of staff, product availability and cleanliness.

Used target kaiser clinic and they were thorough and didn’t rush. Felt comfortable, made an appointment (easy transaction) and picked up my meds from the pharmacy as well! 10/10 for every experience I’ve had at this exact target/clinic.

This is always my favorite target. Amy helped my in cosmetics and she was knowledgeable and super sweet! I was at the target off orangethorpe and harbor and they were so rude to me. So I came to this one. Everyone is always nice and helpful. Thank you I appreciate it!

I have been still being charged 10 cents for the bag after I denied and did not receive the bag for the stores pickup item. This type of incidents did happen 3 times at Targets pickup customer service desk.

Great selection of items, pretty good clearance sections. When the store isnt busy, the checkout goes quick. My cashiers name was Jessica and she was super friendly and helpful!!

This was one of the best Targets Ive ever been! All the staffs are helpful and nice and try to get you the things you actually need that will help and work. Their very clean and organized the prices may be too high on certain things but they have really good deals. This is one of the best Targets Ive ever been in. It was an amazing experience.

I was unexpectedly surprised of how helpful the workers were during the remodeling. Target has ambassadors like Jessica who walk around the store helping customers find items they need. I was grateful for the help and how patient everyone was. This was a good experience.

I come here a lot and its always clean, quiet and no long lines. I got my eye glasses here Doctor Tang and Brandon helped me and I had a great experience! They were both very friendly and helpful.

Employees of customer servive department are very kind and flexible.i went to target store at the harbor and orangethorpe for price match and they don’t know what is price match well.its not first time.never understand them.they respond me wrong answer about this.(sorry its ling story so i cannot write down all the situation with them)i gave up to explain to them again n again.i visited here for same issue.finally the staff solve to price match without return items which i bought.i will be this store to buy anything even if its little far frm my house.and i won’t be back the target(harbor&orangethrope)

I like Target... Dare I say, I LOVE Target. Anyway, this store is definitely one of the better stocked, organized, and serviced Targets in the North Orange County area. The staff are always friendly, you are likely to find items you are actually looking for, etc. However, I have to remove one star for a very simple reason: NO OUTDOOR/NURSERY AREA!!! There used to be one, and Ive noticed their disappearance all over. Does Target no longer carry plants?

Very limited selection of automotive and hardware unlike the other mega chain store, their selection and prices are the best but not Target.Same on energy drinks, a very skimpy display its more like a collection of a few brands. Mens shoes, only two racks of mens shoes...Ill stop here; its like guys dont even exist.Will not be back.

Nice feel/atmosphere at this Target. Usually well stocked. Starbucks inside. Gave a 4 star because the customer service can be haggling with returns or discounts compared to other Targets. Also this Target had a Starbucks, pharmacy, businesses, and a lot of high school students it frequents yet it doesnt open til 8am and theres no alternative drug store in the center.

It was easy and fast to pick up my order through drive up

Ordered online yesterday and ready for pickup notice received in13 minutes! Walked into store and picked up with no line. So Easy!! Just placed a second order and with in 21 minutes notice received that it was ready for pick up. Very happy with this Target online shopping option.

Target is clean, well stocked, great prices, helpful employees. I use the Target app while I am shopping to find products and it is incredibly helpful. Highly recommend the app for scanning items for prices, and for the use of the Cartwheel app.

Heard they were asking people to wear masks, only to be disappointed that checker was we as ring mask below nose, 2 stock guys from back came out with no masks. Not enforcing customers wear masks. Some plastic protectors were cut so high as above credit card machines dont see how protects employee or customer. Totally disappointed in Covid 19 safety.

Specifcally Israel in the electronics secrtion and the supervisor Carina were extrmeely helpful and informative of all the products i was looking for, there was difficulty with an xbox live subscription card product but both of them tried everything they could to se sif it how to fix it, and when they couldnt they gave me a giftcard for inconcivnece. But in all honesty I did not feel inconvinced at all because of these two individuals great customer service.

I shop at Target all the time because the staff is friendly and the store is very organized so everything is easy to find. Plus, the app makes this even better!

So we tried to use a cartwheel coupon but Tracy, our checkout lady (who wasnt friendly at all and seemed like she just couldnt stand being there), said that the coupon was not working and everyone else would say the same thing if we asked. Then she finally calls over a co-worker after my girlfriend asks if she could just please speak to someone else. Afterwards when her co-worker explains it to her, she tries to say WE had the coupon on the wrong thing when SHE was the one who opened it, trying to BLAME US for HER mistake.Target really needs to do a better job on their hiring criteria because this was one of the least friendliest/helpful workers I have ever seen.

Target is a great place to shop -- however prices seem to be increasing quickly - I wish they would have more plus size clothing options.

Since CVS bought the pharmacy, it can take an hour to fill a prescription. You wait in a marked line without any indication how long you might have to wait.In the store, prices have recently increased as much as 25% and you have to be aware that the marked price might not be the checkout price.The red card site has been wrong for four days due to enhancements.

Reasonable prices and items are fully stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful. It’s always a good experience when I shop here.

Not a bad store. Convenient. Went to Wal-Mart afterwards and found all the things target didnt have.. the store was clean but there wasnt enough sales associates working, so I had to wait a while to get some electronic items unlocked from the cabinet. You would think they wouldve had more people working so close to Christmas.

The Target App automatically notified the Target employee that I was in the parking lot. He was at the Trunk of my car before I could exit the car.

This Target has most everything including select groceries. Many registers and ample parking. I have never seen the parking completely full. The customer service has always been friendly.

This is a target greatland, which I think means its a large target? The plaza itself that its in is beautiful with plenty of shopping and dining options. This target is consistently well maintained like most of the other targets.

Im trying to locate a pair of pants that I love. My original pair are starting to get a hole sadly. Just worn in from wear. Ive called multiple stores that have gone and checked since to item is now on clearance. I was directed to this store by a super helpful employee from the La Habra Target and the person at this store said they couldnt check. I was clearly disappointed and it just didnt seem very important to the employee. I dont live near the store so it would have been helpful for her to check for me. Not a very proactive experience, unfortunately.

The customer service I received when I called this Target was awesome, I called yesterday in the morning looking for an item and the operator ( Lisa )was patient, friendly and very helpful with helping me look for my items. Keep ip the great work.

Great store! Reorganized layout with more selections. Now they carry a lot more toys, furniture and house hold items. Even got the self checkout going.

I make a Dr. appointment at the KP Clinic at the Target in Fullerton. I was checked in by receptionist J Martinez and then was seen by RNP Toy who treated me in a very condescending manner during my exam but I let it go. I expected to see a Dr but am told there are only RNPs there. Afterward I am told to step into the next room to get blood drawn and to my surprise the Phlebotomist is the Receptionist J Martinez. She proceeds to poke my right arm and no blood comes out so she takes needle out. She then pokes my left arm with the same needle and no blood comes out either so she proceeds to wiggle the needle around in search of my vein while she’s under my skin. At this point I am very angry at the incompetence and cannot tolerate the pain any longer, I stand up and demanded a refund. I do NOT recommend this place of business to anyone! No one deserves to be treated this poorly. 6/12/19

I depise this location. Why is there a need for employees to breathe down our backs at self scan? We go through self scan to not to talk to the idiots at the checkstands! This is completely uncomfortable!

This Target location is probably the biggest Target Ive ever been in. Compared to other locations, not only is it huge, but also carries a larger variety of inventory. Ive found that the kids section here carries more items than the location in Brea (and even that one is big). This Target has a cafe, a Starbucks, a pharmacy, and a clinic. The staff here are usually really nice and its near other stores that are nice to browse around in (like Barnes and Noble).
