I had just bought a phone and the screen was cracked. Saad told me about a flexible screen protector. Its been put on and so far it is better than I could have imagined. Everybody I dealt with there is just wonderful wanted to say thank you and that I will be back

I needed to have glass on back of Iphone replaced and found Trust Cellular after searching online for a location to repair. They were able to replace the back glass, but within two weeks I had an issue that I was not sure was related. I was told to come back to the store and they spent the next month trying to resolve issues on my phone. The owner even provided me with a loaner phone during the process. During my many visits to get updates, I witnessed the workers helping people with repairs and providing phone plans. They treated everyone with respect and are highly focused on customer service. I would recommend for anything dealing with phones and accessories. Class act all the way around. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

Love Trust Cellular. If you need something for your phone and they dont have it in store they will find and order it for you. Everyone in my household and some friends have there laminated screen protector. If you drop your phone alot or always end up with a cracked screen I highly recommend you go see them and get this screen protector. If I could give them 10 stars i would stop in a check them out . Highly recommend for any of your cellular needs.

Lucky Find for meI needed a replacement screen and contacted several places who were not interested in repairing my older Moto E4 Plus phone. Contacted Trust and they agreed to order a screen and repair.at a very fair price. First screen would not power up so another was needed and it took care of my issue. All is well . Let me tell you! This place is amazing! My poor kid was so stressed about his phone when he dropped and broke it. I was going to make him pay to get another one, but we decided to get it looked at first. This place was perfect. They made us feel so much better. They replaced the screen, reset the phone, and did it in an hour! They were professional and extremely knowledgeable about their products. They were confident in the results they could get out of the broken phone and they were right. Finding a good phone repair place is not easy. We have found our place for sure! My screen is already trying to pop off. Its only been maybe a week if that. Then there a white light that glares out of my screen. Like its just a random white dot. Then the colors of my screen are not what they where before he fixed my phone. I paid 100 bucks and this is how you fix my phone. Never again. Awful job would never recommend. Wish I could post the photos on here.

The price was a tad pricey but after hearing about that the parts they had used to repair my phone, it was well worth it. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and cordial as well as having supreme patience with me and my girlfriend. Their options for phone cases were also spectacularly varied, and they were very well priced. They went out of their way to stay late and repair my daughters PRECIOUS I-phone 7+.They are super friendly and professional. I realize this place may have given others good service, but their prices are VERY high. They wanted to charge me $25 for a simple SIM card that other places are charging .99 for. Even when I called them on it, they wouldn’t be reasonable and give it to me or come down to even $5. I walked out and won’t be going back

This place is a joke. I went there yesterday to reset everything on a iPhone 6 and waited almost 3 hours and they did absolutely NOTHING to the phone. They charged me and wouldn’t even refund my money. I would never recommend this place it’s all lies and a waste of time.

This place is a Joke they replaced a battery on a phone and it expanded and it cracked the screen. They told me from overcharging the phone. Well i took t phone somewhere else and the battery that they use is from 2017. Dont take your business to them. Only reason i rated 1 start so i could write the review.

Just had my iphone 6 screen replaced today and I must say this is the BEST service Ive experienced when Ive gone to do anything with technology! They were kind, explained what they saw the issue was, and checked for other issues before I left my phone there. I am a friend of the owner of this company and I must say this is a wonderful business. What makes it so great I think is that it is a small family owned business. The owner works with people to give them best deal on anything possible. I must say that I am very glad I met the owner and his father several years ago. This place sucks, bad business

Due to the fact I have 5 kids my phone cost are usually higher then my monthly cars cost. The staff at Trust Cellular has fixed this for me! As we all know with kids comes messes, cracked phones, broken speakers, every issue you can think of I have had. I have tried many places to repair and its like dealing with a used car salesman. Once I have found Trust I truly know I can trust them!

Great customer service! They fixed my phone in a reasonable amount of time and the prices are almost half of what other places were charging. BUT a few days later my touch screen stopped working. They fixed it. A couple days a later my button Stopped working. Again, they fixed it. AND a few days after that the button stopped working AGAIN. I was then told I would need to go somewhere else to get it fixed.

I had a iPhone 5 which they were able to replace the screen and add some missing screws which was messed up by Gizmo Dr. and Battery + ( in Gainesville ) which they would not warranty anything not even their own work because they said its been worked on. Trust fixed it in a couple hours and a good price. I should have came here first!

Came in to get a quote on my Galaxy S8 screen replacement it was little out of budge. Saad offered to use nano coat screen protector to stop it from cracking more, I cant even tell my phone is broken! I love this shop will definitely be back & recommend always!

Hey ! I want to tell everyone, this place is great . it also very cheap! they fix my phone fast. the people who work here are also great.

I came in to get a phone repaired and it was a wild process. Phone diagnosis is difficult to hold through, and things got delayed. I was ready to tapout and take my money back, but Saad was insistent that he would take care of me as a customer. He did not let me down-my phone never got fixed, so he set me up with a comparable device. This is unheard of in the current market...he has bought my loyalty for any future purchases and I highly recommend this shop. They will deal with you honestly.

I had my phone screen repaired there for 100$ and due to lack of a quality new screen and faulty installation it broke in the same day. Then I returned expecting some sort of refund or replacement and the owner expected me to pay another 100$ in the same day to replace it again when it was his fault for bad quality parts and faulty installation. I DO NOT recommend them at all for any type of repair.
