Brought my partner here last week, and it was so nice! Very comfortable, familiar atmosphere! The seats are nice and comfy, and the private rooms are very nice, although the televisions do not actually work. Were going again tonight, and definitely plan to make this a weekly thing!

Awesome hookah lounge, very chill and laid back. Love coming here to sit down with the owners who actually makes me feel at home. Prices are very reasonable compared to other lounges and Tina always makes sure that I have everything I need.

Mystic is hands down the best lounge I’ve been to. The service is the best and it’s such a laid back atmosphere. They also offer private rooms where you can play your own music! My friend group has made it a monthly outing to come here and we are never disappointed. Definitely recommend for anyone needing a relaxing night out!

Website said it was open but when we got there it was closed. They need to update their website. Big disappointment!

Very cool vibe

When you go to a hookah lounge you’ll either get extremely lousy service and decent hookah or extremely lousy service and terrible hookah. This is the only hookah lounge where I have gotten incredible customer service and amazing high quality hookah. The owner, was probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is even better. I’m not from Gainsville but this place easily tops all the places in my hometown of Dallas. If I’m ever back, I’ll make sure to come here again.

Nice hookah spot back rooms are relaxing. Cops awkwardly walk in and make sure youre not smoking anything else though. Owners are super sweet!

This looks like a family owned place, but not a happy family. The lady was kind. She ended up doing all the work, and the wait wasnt so great. It took awhile for the food and hookah to come. The food was very below par. Heavily salted, and the portion was extremely small. The guy, Ricardo, definitely seemed either drunk or on drugs, which made me uncomfortable. I did hear the lady yell at him about him not doing any work, and I did not feel at ease at the place so I left. Also, the hookah was overly expensive, though since I left early I didnt get to try much of it.This is a seedy place for sure. I think it has an inkling of potential, but if they keep going the way theyre going, I can definitely see this place shutting down within the near future.Not a good experience if you want to go to a hookah lounge in a safe friendly atmosphere and eat good food.

Great place to gather with loved ones, and delicious hookahs at a reasonable price . The staff is very welcoming and inviting and it’s almost as if you’ve been apart of the family for ever the way they treat you. I highly recommend this place . Especially for large groups

This place USED to be great. The staff was attentive and very accommodating. Now, the staff left me with a bad taste in my mouth, prices have risen, and I would absolutely not recommend it to a friend.

Glad to know I drove an hour to get here bc it says it was open, the signs all say open and there’s music playing outside but the doors are locked and the people that work next door say they pretty much open when they feel like it 🙃🙃

Very bright, hot lights inside make for an uncomfortable setting. Our order was forgotten and would never have come if we didnt remind the staff. No tongs with the hookah and no one came by to change the coal. Charged $20 for the hookah - completely unreasonable.

This place is rather terrible. It seems to be family owned and the couple who owns it always seem to be fighting when I come to this place and they do so openly in front of customers. Theyre not professional at all. The man seems to be on something and I felt creeped out by him and for that I wont be coming back. Everything they serve is expensive and I SWEAR I saw them go to trader joes on numerous occasions and bought their frozen samosas from there. Rip off.
