The people who work here are sorry. Any time my kid had ever wanted a sundae is always something. They have no ice cream they dont have hot fudge is always something. And the inside is super dirty. Customer service sucks too.

Ice cream coolers are broken, literally the glad on top was broken. The cooler for juices didnt work, and they had no idea what a cappuccino was. I wanted 15 donut holes was told I had to buy 5 10 or 25......

If I could give it zero stars I would. Been here 5 times in over 3 months and the coolers are broken everytime. In the latest time they had no ice cream at all, and only had one lady working in there by herself. She also seemed miserable working there. Who ever owns the place needs to step it up.

I probably wont be back. Many of the fixtures and equipment appeared broken or in need of maintenance.

Its supposed to be open till 11.00p.m. and is closed by 9.26p.m. on 06/07/2021!

Idk if theres a delivery issue, stock order issue or poor management but chocolate ice cream is ALWAYS OUT. ALWAYS. A ice cream shop consistently out of a base flavor? Make it make sense! It doesnt matter day of the week they are out.

They Are ALWAYS out of strawberry ice cream !!! You would think with the milkshake being almost 8.00 they would stay in stock i have had this problem for going on 2 years so it doesnt seem like they will ever care.

Good customer service. Coffee was great. Havent tasted ice cream yet. Location could have used a little better cleaning but they only had 2 workers behind counter. Overall its not bad. A lot better than going to expensive Starbucks.

The place was good but I have some complaints. I feel like the coffee is an illuminati scam. They put ice in the cups for the iced coffee. But they fill the cup all the way with ice and not very much coffee. I ordered a LARGE iced coffee. Its been two sips and Im almost done with it. But everything else is good👌👌👌👌

The person at the drive through was apparently tired! Stated you don’t sell sugar free BR and I found that strange! Will inform all my friends who prefer sugar free to skip your store! Customer service decorum skills really needed!! This was 12/9 @ approximately 9:45 pm! Thank you

They carried all 32 flavors of ice cream. The building was clean. The staff was friendly and fast. Prices were decent, quality was good, and it was a family-friendly establishment.

Sooo continued from my other bad experience at the other store... I came to this location to purchase the USS butterscotch sundae because the other location could not make waffle cones due to staffing issues. Well this location had waffle cones but they Informed me that they could not make the USS buterscotch because they were out of of the buterscotch ice cream. So I asked if they could make it anyway just substitute the ice cream with another... the employee seem confused, he called the other employee from the back to help us, so I asked again and was told no they couldnt make the sundae with out the buterscotch ice cream....???

Have not been to baskin-robbins in a long time. But this particular bass of Robin is inside with the Dunkin donuts. At the Gainesville shopping area in Florida that we visit.

I drove out of my way for a peanut butter chocolate milkshake. They dont have chocolate ice cream. And I dont have peanut butter. What kind of ice cream store doesnt have basic chocolate ice cream? Mind blown.

Clean and friendly but Ill never go again. I only ordered two scoops but the clerk gave me closer to five. Good intentions, but too much ice cream ruined my overall experience. I couldnt even finish half of it.

Wouldnt recommend this place at all! This is our second time stopping through to get ice cream, first time customer service wasnt there..Period! A year later it hasnt changed and NO napkins, didnt even ask what kind of cookies we wanted (we didnt know there was an option), threw 2 ice cream sandwiches in the bag like burgers.
