Oscar Galeas was the most helpful sales consultant I’ve ever encountered. He walked us through plan options, phone upgrade options, and everything else. Then he helped us set up our new phones. He did this all while being friendly and professional. 5 stars, he went above and beyond!
At the beginning when you first enter the store they are very nice. But after they sell you a device they don’t explain to you anything about return or exchange policy, or help you to setup your new phone and backup all your data from old device to the new one. All they want to do is sell you the device and I do not recommend you to visit this store when it comes to doing a phone upgrade through AT&T. Horrible customer service at this store.
Ramon was so great! He worked with me for almost a hour before we discovered that I had to use a corporate store. He was gracious and kind and so helpful even though I couldn’t give his shop my business.

My IPhone X, about 2 1/2 years old was not recognizing my Sim card. I rely on my phone for work and cannot do any without it. They took me immediately in the store looked at the phone and would have been able to get a free replacement, but also showed me Money I would save if I upgraded and changed plans. They were able to net me $10 less a month on my overall bill with additional perks and HBO max as a bonus! I would not hesitate to recommend the guys at this location. Their customer service is top notch!
Ramon Santeliz has been awesome in helping me - 2 visits to the store, 1 to upgrade my phone, and the 2nd visit to activate my new phone and help me get all of my data transferred. I would highly advise visiting the Kentlands location and asking for Ramon - excellent!!!
Best experience at an AT&T store. The store was not over crowded and we got very prompt and thorough help!
I was getting my mum a new phone and Ramon was very helpful in explaining the price change and also informed me about the 5G plan which I switched to. If you visit the store ask for him.

Worst customer service ever had. Paid off old contract phone(~$500) and traded in for an iPhone 7 in Sept. Cashier said the order was placed and would be delivered to store in 2 month. Never got updates on the delivery so went to store after Thanksgiving. Was told that theres no such an order at all! I had to pay another $700 for the phone since the promotion was gone. The store manager named Sean Kim was so indifferent. No apologies and no solution. All he did was kidding the ball!! I had been polite with him and asked if this is how they treat their customer and he said YES. Worst Ever!! I would never go there again.
I don’t think the staff inside this store know much about At&T service; visited the store for Apple Watch cellular plan issue and didn’t get anything useful.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I purchased the Samsung Galaxy 6 here through a promotion that included a Samsung tablet. When I was able to pick up the phone the employees stated they did not have any of the Samsung tablets and so I would not get one. Now I have to return the phone myself, cancel everything myself, and go to another location that does not cheat its customers. I still am trying to figure out how a business like this finds it acceptable to sell two items under a promotion only to decide not to provide one of those purchased items to the customer.

I already lost the account that I have with this company.Today I have been left 32 minutes from one Person to another without any help.At & T does not allow us to handle our voicemail as we please. We have to be a slave to a lousy claim service with this inefficient delay.This is USA, if you do not work well you are left without a client. I decided to change providers.Too bad for you!
